I sent a worker to buy a front reinforcement for a Toyota Camry. It was listed for 150 on Car-Part. I didn't tell the worker the price, and they sold it to him for 250. I asked him to come back and ask for a refund, but they refused to refund the money and refused to take the part back. We were their regular customers; these guys fight for every dollar, do not recommend
This is a very high quality business. The prices are right and they filled by order quickly and it arrived on time as promised. Minor defects were fully disclosed.
Unwilling to help me and find a reasonable solution to obtain the part that I needed and insisted on butchering one of his part cars and charging me $50 for a $2 part. You seemed annoyed and disinterested in helping me even though I'm a long-time customer... Longtime former customer!
Great customer service, they pulled the parts and noticed it was damaged (not their fault at all) - they contacted me to notify and refunded. Most yards would slap it in a box and hope for the best, these guys did me right. Don't hesitate to use them.

scammers. sold me two bad cv axles rusted and frozen. returned both axles but never refunded my money as promise. they zane Swenson is the person who sold me the axles outside eBay so they don't pay eBay commission and now they stole my money too. Never buy from this place. Professional thievs
Unfortunately I'm having to leave a bad review since this business will refuse to get back to me and resolve my issue. I ordered a set of calipers that were delivered to the wrong address after going back and forth with ups for a month, ups reimbursed this business who now refuses to either replace the parts or reimburse me after two months of going back and forth. Last conversation I had with the manager he hung up the phone on me telling me I switched the address when I called back and offered to email him the tracking info showing the whole history of the package where it shows I have no way of changing anything on a package coming to me since I'm not the sender, he than referred me to someone else washing his hands. I have not received an answer as to what they will be doing. I have since had to order parts from elsewhere and currently out of the $1100.00 dollars spent on parts plus shipping. It would be nice to receive a curtesy phone call instead of them hiding behind a phone.

You have not communicated..... hence the 1 star review.... apt 127 is not next door to apt 217 which clearly shows on the picture you received from UPS, also it is my understanding that UPS spoke to this facility regarding the missing package from day 1. Which was also found according to them and returned back to you. Clearly stated on the history of the package from UPS. Still no package nor replacement nor refund has been issued not even a phone call explaining what the next step is. A clear lack of customer service and disregard for a paying customer. Seem like blaming the customer is a common theme with this business.....

As stated before I had to start the investigation..... not you guys ...... you claimed to have spoken with ups after I made you guys aware of what was going on ... so you can keep trying do deflect and answer in a manner where your customers can see you as the concern party.... when in reality you have done nothing to help the situation... for any future consumers that are looking to get parts shipped please BEWARE as you will not get any assistance from this facility once they have received your money...
Zane and his crew provided absolutely stellar service! We are restoring an early 2000s Mercedes-Benz AMG station wagon and were informed by the dealership that several OEM parts were no longer manufactured. This was after they had informed us several weeks prior that these new parts were simply on back order from Europe and would take a few weeks to arrive.
Panic set in so we started calling any and all recycling yards to see if they could painstakingly, and carefully, disassemble some cars to find these parts for us. Zane let us know how rare it would be for his crew to find these parts, but they were responsive from day one and eventually tracked down the necessary parts.
Zane even sent photos of the condition of the parts knowing that some were in less than desired condition. We knew what to expect and this allowed us to search elsewhere for the remaining parts. Ultimately, the Zane and the European Auto Recycling crew were able to find the vast majority of the parts that we needed for this restoration!
My wife and I sincerely appreciate the level of service and the quality of parts that we received. From the initial inquiry, to pulling the parts, getting our approval with detailed photos, and finally packing and shipping these delicate parts to us ... the process was our best experience out of all of the recycling yards that we called (dozens of them). We are very grateful for your efforts Zane and will always recommend European Auto Recycling to our fellow enthusiasts when trying to track down used/rare parts.
I am thoroughly impressed with the product I received and the ease of the transaction. All of the adjoining parts for the rear view mirror I ordered were included. Nothing was bent or broken and parts were exactly as described! It's so refreshing to work with a business that lives up to expectations. Especially in these current times when customer service seems to have been put aside.

I could not find a couple of parts for my Toyota Avalon. I found these guys on a parts locator and decided to give them a try. Upon my arrival I was greeted immediately by Justin. He took down the parts I was after and began searching his database for them. A few minutes later he walked in the back and came out with one of the parts I needed. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me locate another part they didn't have with another company. My trip to European auto was a life saver. I went in helpless and left with one part and another waiting to be picked up from me somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend Justin he was awesome help, friendly, and kinda cute.
Had cracked my wheel on a pothole while visiting California, found European auto recycling on google for replacement lexus parts. Justin was able to verify what wheel I had and get me a good replacement with the wheel. Overall it was extremely easy and I'd buy from them again!!
Get your quotes in writing from these jokers. We were quoted one price by Bea, who answered the phone, for a transmission. We agreed to that price. We gave them our credit card number and agreed that we wanted the transmission. The NEXT DAY we got a call from ZANE who said he wanted $1000 more for the transmission. Last time we will call these jokers. GET IT IN WRITING. Even then.... who knows whether they will deliver for you. They will not get any more of my money.
This place is like heaven for DIY car mechanics or people who don’t mind getting their hands a little dirty to replace car parts.
The glass on my sunroof blew out, so I had to do some scavenging to find parts. If anyone knows me i’m cheap and will make the diligent efforts to save a dollar. Instead of going directly thru Safelite or the OEM dealer, there’s a strip mall of Salvage Yard vehicle parts they strip parts from totaled vehicles for a significant amount of savings. Highly recommend seeking these options.
Staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. They were also to hook it up with a Military discount. Prices were very fair. I highly recommend.

It's better than the ripped one on the truck by not by much, I'd have to recover it.
Tacoma/4Runner wheels are listed much closer to me for 50.00-75.00
I paid double that and another 100.00 for recovery my original wheel.

They do not understand customer value. Called Monday morning to get a quote. I had to line things up for a trip to go to their holiness Sacramento from San Jose. Called back on later that day and the guy says they could not pull that part. Called back Wednesday morning to give them enough time to pull the part. Waited all day to get back from his holiness. His highness says yea yea drive over it’ll be ready. Thursday I call back to make sure as I’m halfway to his holiness spot. He says well they pulled a silver fender , not the one I’m willing to pay full price for. Then with an attitude he puts the blame on me. Save your time and dignity these guys are a bunch of morons.
These guys are the best!! So helpful and friendly. John and Zane helped me out through the whole process and I will not go anywhere else to get parts. Thank you guys my M4 is running like a dream again!

Great place, been ordering German parts from them for years. In all that time the shipping has been fast and to date I have, out of nearly 100 orders only gotten one wrong part and they were fast to correct it. Highly recommended.
I purchased a used component from John T. at European Auto Recycling a week ago. Shipment from CA to VA was priced right and fast for Ground. The component received was exactly as-pictured and was packaged ridiculously well. I can recommend these guys without reservation and will certainly look to them in the future to source additional parts.

These Guys are Top Notch in Service and Price, and knowledge. I got a $2k hitch set up for $550 for my ML. I needed something else to complete, Matt had it mailed out to me same day, it was at my door the next. I will call these guys first for everything from now on.
In my business I deal with auto dismantlers all the time, and this place is the most professional and friendly. Matt is awesome, and many times has helped me find a part somewhere else if he didn't have it in stock. Highly recommended!!
