Wouldn't Recommend! Purchased a transmission for my 2002 and it ended up being bad. Would have returned but shipping would have been too much to return (I'm not in Sacramento). And the driver just dropped off in the middle of my driveway blocking my car from getting out. It leaked oil on driveway too and I called the store and nothing got done or were they helpful.

Very disappointed. Notified them by email on a Monday that I would be in the area on Friday (2 hour drive) They quoted me a price for the parts I wanted. The price made it worth the drive. The customer service did not. Even though they knew I was coming, it still took them an hour to retrieve the parts. Guess I'll have to shop closer to home from now on. Customer service there needs a lot of improvement.

I couldn’t actually get any parts due to some Mis-fortune, but I still wanted to write a review for excellent customer service. My husband was looking for a very specific vent window and they had one available. We confirmed it was in good condition, they took my payment and shipping info and it seemed all squared away. Before shipping it, they took photos and sent them to us because they noticed the window had been manipulated slightly. (Missing a tiny latch) Any other company would have just sent them. They had even charged my card. After looking at the pictures we decided to cancel and they refunded me without further issue. No hassle, straight to the point and I appreciate the extra care to detail.

Buyer beware. Dealt with Richard. I just picked up a door for a Ford Fusion that was the same color as mine to swap out a damaged door, with the intent to unbolt the original door and replace it with one from here, without having to fix, repaint, etc. At first glance the door looked fine, but when I brought it home the door was repainted, with visible clear coat runs throughout. Compared to the rest of the car that, mind you, is a clean title factory original paint, the door did not match (obviously). I called to swap the door out and was told they have 2 more silver doors I could look at. I came back the next day and turns out the doors are white, not silver, and was told I could just re paint them (which is of no use). The establishment charges a 25% restocking fee, which is fine, however they refused to waive the charge, citing that the customer is required to inspect the item before purchase (it was my responsibility to ensure the presumably factory colored door matched my factory colored vehicle). In summary, if you are looking to pick up a factory painted part, beware as the part might be repainted or repaired and won't match a factory painted vehicle.

I called this place just before I leave from Hayward to avoid any disappointment, the guy on the phone told me that they have the part and is in a good working condition. When I arrived and saw the part (back seat) it was torn and had a stain, it was worst than my current back seat in condition which I was going to replace it. This place really made me disappointed and have caused me a time and gas waste.

Call for a skid plate for a 89-95 4runner and was told they had 2 in stock at $65 each. Drove an hour from Manteca to Rancho Cordova, got to the counter and was told they had skid plates from 1993 4runners in stock and to wait while they get pulled. 30 minutes go by and I get called to the counter only to be told that they couldn't find them. Their system shows 2 but neither one could be found. "SORRY." 2.5 hours wasted because it's their policy to not pull and hold parts in advance...must be present for part to be pulled. Service reflects their business...a piece of junk!!

I needed a rear seat for my 2004 4Runner. I live in Oregon and my brother who lives local stopped by to see what the had available. Chris sent one there guys out to the yard and spent a bunch of time to find one that was just right. The next week a friend brought the seat to me in Oregon. When I received it, I found that I missing some brackets from my vehicle needed to mount them. Chris went out of way to get what I was missing and ship them to me. I highly recommend that if you need parts for your Toyota that you give these guys a call or stop by.

I rarely write reviews, but felt inclined with RTR. They never asked me to write a review nor do I think they really care. Their parts and service speak for itself; I think they know it. I’ve done business with them remotely for about a year now. My biggest order was when I purchased an entire 2UZFE motor from them, sight unseen. They told me the compression numbers, mileage and condition. I trusted them with no proof. I received the motor and it was EXACTLY as described. RCR’s service was the silver lining of an otherwise very stressful and troubling project of mine. One day I will be leaving California and RCR will be one of those businesses I will miss the most. Honest service, appropriate pricing that is consumer-friendly and overall a very safe business to deal with as a remote customer who only deals over the phone. A deserving 5/5. Please stay around for all us Toyota people.
