Rude and/or Untrained staff (at least over the phone). I called to ask for some parts, as soon as they answered they placed me on hold (this is normal), however after 5-10 minutes they hung up on me. I called again after thinking it was a mistake, then the person just said "what do you want" with an attitude as if I were pestering them.
Even during the remainder of the phone call, they had rude demeanor for no apparent reason. Ive worked retail for over 5 years, and it was clear this person did not want to talk to anyone and did not hide that.
Nick had my rare Audi part, and it was reasonably priced, great postage, and let me know what was happening all the time until it arrived in Malta in Europe. Item fitted, brand new as advertised, and works perfectly! Will be happy to buy from him again.
The person that picked up the phone today al 11:48am was super rude. Just call to get a price for an automatic transmission and after he went back to the phone, he said something I couldn’t here and he hang up very RUDE. CUSTOMER SIRVICE 0 STAR
I had an emergency happen a vehicle I was driving and needed help asap to get it fixed to get back on the road, the guys here were very quick to figure out the issue which was a bad wheel bearing and get me the part I needed, the best part is when they couldn’t do the repair for me they took the time to find a shop that would do it same day for a very reasonable price. If you are in need of parts I definitely would recommend Happy Auto Parts, high class owner who takes good care of his customers.

Misleading and inaccurate delivery dates. Refunds processed extremley slow. They took weeks to try to send a motor, they always promised 2 day deliveries. When I asked for a refund, they barely accepted my request. Beware this place as workers decieve customers frequently.

They sold me a bad part, which you can figure out only by putting it on the car, and the price was higher than the guys around the corner. Had to pay twice more for the labor to take it off and put the good one. Waste of time and money, do not recommend
There's nothing happy about this place. I called to purchase a mirror, which only cost around $15 to ship and the guy wanted to charge me $40 to ship it and stated that was his policy. I even offered to send a UPS label and he refused it. This is how he treats a fellow Hollander recycler, by overcharging me. It's ridiculous.
