Got serviced by Ralph, great person. Very experienced and can guide you to the correct part (or other seller if they don't have your part In stock). They will give you the best price online or in person guarantee, and will negotiate if you're a motivated customer.
While other folks had a decent experience here I sure didn't. Waste of time. Obsolete part through the dealer. Their part number didn't match the one off my broken part. I was concerned. The guy blew me off and said "it'll work fine, I've sold 100's of these and it will work". My money and 4 hours later it did not "work fine". When I returned he, of course, didn't have the correct part after "looking". Total waste. Another example of uncaring, unprofessionalism. Just want your money.
