They have the best warranty in this town. 6 month unlimited warranty and I bought an a/c compressor and window regulator for 50% less then the other guys. Just crazy! And their nice!
I recently ordered a starter from this place and when it arrived i got it tested immediately before putting it in the car and the starter test came back negative. I notified the company and a person by the name of Jed C. Immediately responded and offered to send me a replacement part.....(waiting on that part now)

This place takes for ever waited for a part for so long I'm still waiting as I'm wrighting this review. They don't have seats I have a broken leg. There boss is stuck up with his ugly standford hat honestly save some time and go to specialized German. This place is unorganized and needs to be shut down immediately.
Tried other places, and each have let me down in their own ways.
This place is different they aren't rude, everything is on time, and if they don't have a part they give you a realistic time frame when they could get it.

These are the best parts guys. I bought a transmission from them that had problems within a month of install. On their own dime they made it right! We found out it was recent rebuild from Peter Schmid in Burlingame. They had the transmission shipped to them for warranty repair. European Auto Recycling paid for the R&R too! These guys stand behind their parts.
Best after sale care I have ever experienced. Jed was more than willing to help with my issue. They have earned my business. Prices are reasonable and parts I needed were readily available or available within a reasonable amount of time. With the six months warranty on parts and the after sale care makes this a no brainier.
I had to put one star to be able to leave a review they don't deserve any stars from me and don't believe any of these other good reviews either. I had to hire a lawyer to get a refund for an incomplete part I ordered. They lied about everything. Never kept their word or called me back for several months on an order over $2000. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and the Bureau of automotive repair has has gotten numerous complaints of them doing the same thing they did to me too lots of other customers steer clear and get your parts from anybody else you possibly can before you go to these guys
These guys are amazing! I hit a pot hole and cracked one of my wheels john helped me out huge and was able to next day ship me my new wheel. They even provided me a tracking number. For now on all of my bmw parts will be purchased though these guys. Excellent customer service and it was a perfect experience!!!
