Way over charged on a part. Plastic Air Bag emblem on passenger door. He wanted to charge me $50.00 I questioned the price and he went down to $45.00. Later found on google for as little as $5.00 STAY AWAY he is not credible.
Called him asked him if he had a harmonic balancer for my car told him the year model says he has it for 100 I get there the one he has is for an older model and says I have the one u need it’s gonna cost u 180 I drove a whole hour just for him not to have the correct part n then try and upcharge me for the correct part that he didn’t even have at that location supposedly what a waste of time for me
For those that put 1 stars are fruit cakes. this man is the goat! came here twice and both times the customer service was awesome. Owner is super chill, Parts can be a bit up there but you know that you’re getting good oem parts.

He had it we drove 1.5hr
But didn't match.
HOWEVER this owner went above and beyond to make sure we had the correct one said give him a hour he would personally go into the yard and find it .
And HE DID!!! called us 40min later with the correct one.
For $100 super happy great price man of his word and future place to get decent priced parts THANK YOU

Do not go to this place if you respect yourself, customer service is at 0, asked twice if the part is original he promised that it is, I payed for it then we noticed that it’s not, owner Anatoliy charged me restock fees even that he said it’s oem. You are very dirty person Anatoliy.
Price was decent. Owner had a terrible attitude. Wanted a $500 deposit on a trunk lid that a didn’t send for a couple hours because I was working so he called me to tell me that I’m not serious and can look somewhere else. Even though he wouldn’t be able to get me the part til possibly the next week
My experience at this shop was in 2021 and everything went very smooth. He found the wire harness I needed and when I said the wires were different he proceeded to teach me how to unlock the harness and rearrange each wire to the positions matching the broken connecter I had brought in. I really appreciated that he took the time to make sure the piece I bought would solve the problem. I don’t understand why this shop has so many bad reviews. Maybe some bad days and some good days? I received above and beyond customer service. I’ll definitely be back when I need another part.
I would rate him 0 star if I could he’s a scam the part I bought from him he said it was original when I took it to the mechanic he said it’s not original then I was asking for a refund didn’t wanna pay me my money back be aware people don’t buy anything from this scammer!!
I talked to him over the phone with very specific details of what I needed. He gave me a quote, and I drove for about 1.5 hours. When I got there he changed his price by over $150. He said "this is business, I made a mistake. I didn't understand what you were asking because I was with a customer". He wasted my time, and his customer service skills are below zero. He didn't even apologize, and he was extremely rude. Will never recommend him.
Had the part I was looking for after visiting three other shops with no luck. Also very knowledgeable and helpful with parts and ideas for fixing other issues I brought up.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. He went out of his way to help me. Even met me on the weekend after hours to give me my part. That was reasonably priced. I'm going to him for all my BMW parts from here on out. Annitoliy , I think that's how you spell it, He's a good guy honestly I don't see what all the negative reviews are about. Because that wasn't my experience at all. Cheers
Go get some parts from Benzeen auto parts or Auto Gator. You will not get your refund from parts purchased here not to mention that the parts aren’t tested for quality or tested to see if they are working. You will never get your money back and you’ll have useless “store credit” never coming back to this shop and recommend you stay away
The guy went out of his way to meet with me to deliver the part I paid for. Downside was it took 4 days to get him to pull the order. Must've been busy...
Anatoliy did an engine swap for me, from one 5 series E39 to the other. The work cost me about 4,300$ less than EU tech. He is a BMW master technician, and my wife and I always brought our E39's here. We trust no other mechanic to work on our BMWs. None at all. In my opinion he is the best in the business and for far less than you would pay elsewhere. I give this shop a 5 star rating. Please tell him that Moe and Sara highly recommend.
Rare and hard to find bmw parts, basically everything for bmw's, plus he knows the cars. It's better to call ahead because sometimes he is not in the shop.
Anatoly was extremely nice and helpful he told me all 3 of the parts i needed to get what i wanted done, where everyone else was either too busy or didn't care enough to ask additional questions to make sure i was getting everything i needed. Highly recommended and will be buying parts from him again.
Honest guy, if you come with cash/card and are polite chances are this guy will get you what you need for a good price. Small shop but all the parts I've gotten from him are well taken care of and in good shape!
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was willing to spend over $1k on used parts and the guy wants me to pre pay and he keep playing games back and forth. I live 2 hours away I'm not gonna keep driving back and forth. This guy shouldn't be working at any place that has to do with customer interaction. +he's rude
