Very understandable team. I needed something specific from a transmission and they were able to provide me those parts with my budget. Contacted other vendors to remove parts from a transmission to buy them all together and they didn’t want to do it if I was to buy everything separately from different vendors it was going to be $50 more from other vendors. Customer service was excellent. I asked if there was a way to make it a tad bit cheaper and they provided an option to fold one of the items tightly or to go with a bigger box without having to fold that item they provided me a option many other company’s wouldn’t consider. I did not choose to fold the item as it could possibly damage it they advised me of that prior to offering the savings.
Picked up some parts from Nour with Nadi Auto Parts. Great communication throughout the purchase. Very honest guy knows his stuff regarding all BMW parts. The drive was a bit far for me as I’m in the Bay Area but it was worth coming down to pick up parts from here. Always great dealing with straight up and honest people who sell car parts. 10/10
