Hrerado is an under-15-year-old guy working here. They don't respect the California law that if it's less than 50 cans or bottles, they must pay 5 cents per item. He said, "Call my boss. Five guys are working here, and no one speaks English. Try to separate heavy cans and keep them in a different category. I don't want to pay for 20 cans, so I'll try to keep them." CRV department or the boss please tell them whats californias law.
This place is very prompt, courteous, and fair. The guys always help me unload my recyclables, and they work efficiently. And they pay fair prices. I've never had an issue with them ever since I left TKO recycling because they no longer accepted CRV recyclables. I always leave a tip because the guys are super friendly and helpful.
They steal your money, they did both times. Do not trust them watch the weight of your bottles and cans and call them out on it. Thieves. They are really nice to your face but dont let that fool you. This place need to be shut down they do blatantly in front of your face. They pick and choose who they do it too. I dont write reviews but this has to be said and people need to know. They have to go!
Staff is helpful, meet me at my car to help with my bags. They are friendly, kind and fast! They make the experience pleasant. I'll continue to use this center!
I got here a little before close and Juan was a huge help! He took care of me and made sure I still got to recycle the stuff I brought that day. This is the location I usually go to and this experience solidified that I'll be only coming to this recycling center from now on! Thanks for being so awesome Juan, you're the best!
They thought they were slick not weighing 2 of the bins I turned in, and they clearly didn't write down accurate numbers for the other ones. Also their cans are all wildly different weights, so theres literally no potential for them to get the right number. Never coming back
These guys are on the ball! They have always been very friendly, greeting you with a smile and they always thank you for your business no matter how much or how little you are turning in. Even when they are really busy you still get in and out very quickly. They are open on Sundays until 2 p.m. which is very convenient. Great location off of Folsom Blvd and down Sunrise to Sunrise Park drive.
Went there today for the first time, they were pretty busy but I was in and outta there in about ten minutes. One of the guys even helped me unload my cans, there was 54 pounds. Everyone was very professional and nice. I will definitely use them again for my recycling.
I go all the time never have an issue. I have been there when there was one employee working. I have been there when there were multiple employees working. Each time was fast, simple, and easy just the way I like it.
These guys ripped me the heck off! They didn't pay me for over half of my load! They toss to the side every can that is, and I quote "too smashed" and every plastic bottle that doesn't have a label still attached to it! All of which I find to be a bogus way to scam their clients of money. Since most people, myself included, like to smash their cans in order to save on space. And I'm sorry but water bottle labels have a habit of coming off, quite easily. I wouldn't suggest this place to my enemies (if I had any) there are plenty of other places that accept smashed cans and any bottle that resembles a water bottle label or no.
Today, 3-11, was my 1st visit, I recycled plastic 1st the site was clean. The lady was nice & the 2 men were very helpful. Same day 2nd visit, I recycled cans. Both ladies were friendly and helpful. Prices are good. Will definitely go again.
Stopped by today, which is Sunday, around 9am and it was closed with no one around. Glad I live closed by. This place should update their hours of operations.
Edit: I did go by again another Sunday and they were operational. The ladies working there were nice and professional.
They are definitely scamming people. I only got 30.00 for all my bags of cans & bottles. Something is not right at all here and I definitely will never go back here again
Says they are open on Sundays, we showed up at 10am, there was no one there. We text & called, no answer. If you are coming here for convenience, make sure you call ahead of time to see if they are open, otherwise you will be wasting your time like us.
1st time visit my next go to spot! Both guys were very helpful with my mother while I was closing up the car after getting it unloaded the two guys came out in the rain to pull everything in fast.
After recently having Covid 19 I thought I was ready to resume my normal activities, so I went to a recycling center to turn in my cans and bottles. Well the will was there but it was just too much for me in the summer heatwave. Enter Juan and the young man who was his excellent assistant. Juan saw that I wasn't feeling well and stepped in to offer me help with sorting and carrying. Both men were kind, soft spoken, very pleasant to work with.

The nicest people running a CRV recycling center. Everyone in the family pitches in and help out all the way down to the kids. They are dedicated and hard-working, and they definitely deserve to be acknowledged and recognized. By far the best people that I've ever recycled with.
I took in a lot of cans and plastic 20 mins before they closed and they were very helpful and kind. I made a good amount too I will definitely be going back!
I've only been here a couple times. I have been pleased with their courteous service. They are very helpful and process customers efficiently. Going to this company has made recycling a breeze. I would recommend this recycler to everyone!
