Outstanding service. Driver took the extra time to troubleshoot cause for my disabled vehicle. He was personable during the transport of my vehicle and went above and beyond to log my car into the after hours drop off which allowed me to go home after a hot and stressful day at work. Best service I've had over the 2 yrs of using tow service through Geico.
They took a little longer to come out than originally estimated. I ended up waiting maybe half hour longer but the driver was super friendly and able to maneuver my car out of a tight spot. Good service.

Called this company around 4:30pm on a Sunday and they arrived only 25 minutes later. The tow truck driver was quick and efficient and secured the car very well. Price felt good for the service I received!
I was out of town when the tow happened. They got there very quickly, and completed the job in record time. The dispatcher was easy to work with, and very competent. Good experience all the way around.
Captol City Towing did an excellent job to ensure that my car (2004 Corvette C5 Z06 low profile) was handled, protected, and towed properly and safely to location without incident. Once at location they worked with the shop’s owner to strategically place my vehicle with the same excellent level of care.
The tow truck driver of Capitol City Towing responded quickly and was very cordial and understanding of my rconcerns. He explained the procedure of how he was going to tow my car so that no damage would be inflicted. He was patient and well mannered and spoke clearly.

The customer service was very good, and kept me comfortable in a bad situation. When I found the actual work done, I was left without a car, and they wouldn't fix their error. My insurance found another company to do the work.

Wow! My car broke down in the 100 degree heat yesterday, which is not ideal. I called roadside assistance and got Chris at Capitol City and really feel fortunate! Chris let me know how far out he was and got to me ASAP. As soon as he arrived, he invited me to get into his air-conditioned cab. He gave me options to make my situation as convenient as possible, and we had a pleasant conversation on the way to the shop. Chris is a class act and while I hope I never need his services again for a while, he’s the guy you’d want to pick you up. Thank you!

I was stranded in a turn lane of a VERY busy intersection and I was very upset (and hot!). My driver was absolutely amazing.
