A terrible bad customer service..Bad attitude like they don't want to work. Very arrogant they were running me from the entrance when they were putting a part in my truck. I don't recommend this place at all if you don't want to have a bad experience. Dont waste your time here
This guy Moises sell me a differential for 900$ the part was in bad condition and when we return next day he give me back only 600$ he still 300$ for nothing is robbery to his owner also
I don’t know if the guys are actually dumb or just In a bad mood but service was horrible and the part they gave me didn’t even work so never coming here again

I had to come back here to thank the guy at the counter for selling me a great engine. after the engine was installed,and I drove it for awhile. We have to put our trust in these guys and I recommend and trust this place now.

They closed their rancho Cordova location so there was no local pickup. I ordered parts under the promise that they would arrive by the time I needed them. On the day they were supposed to arrive I called to get a status and the salesperson said they would call me right back with a status on the parts. He never called back, so I called and left a voicemail. 4 days later still no response! I called back to check on status and was transferred to his voicemail yet again. I called back again to ask for a status without just being transferred off and the customer service person continuously cut me off and would not let me get a word in. When I told her to stop cutting me off she hung up on me. Will never deal with this place again.
They had the part I was looking for. I was disappointed that I had called twice, first two days ago and then earlier today, and both times I was quoted a price of $50 for the part that I needed, but charged $65 when I got there. But other than that my experience was great. They had what I wanted. It didn't take long at all for the guy to pull it for me. And I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was nice and helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient at their job. I'd absolutely give them 5 stars if I wasn't told I had to pay more than what I was twice quoted prior to my arrival.
I had a terrible experience here, the only reason its not getting one star is because after wasting a few hours arguing with the staff they returned my parts. Otherwise I strongly suggest just ordering online or using a different dismantler..
