I never got the right part. After I talked to them it would be ten days to get refund. The wrong part I was charged 150.00 + 18.00 shipping . it was the same part I got in town at autozone
I bought a engine through this place and they sent the wrong engine I got it at the mechanic shop with my old motor out so I’m being charge storage fee while waiting on another engine I call them and told them that was the wrong engine they said they would send the correct engine so I waited about 4, days and the shop said they never came and got the wrong engine and they never sent the correct engine so I call CPS and they told me that engine is in transit that they did pick up the wrong engine so I call the shop to confirm if they pick up the engine and the shop said no they have not it’s still setting in the shop on the pallet it came in so I call CPS back they say no they have the invoice showing the engine was pick up do I gave them the shop number and they call the shop and the shop told them they samething the motor is still there now they’re saying a truck will be by to pick up the motor Monday 2/10/25 and that the correct motor will be ship that day so I’ll wait and see
I can’t say enough good things about this place. Most junkyards just sell parts and move on, but these guys actually care about their customers. They’re responsible, organized, and go above and beyond to help you find what you need.
I came in looking for a specific part, and instead of just saying “we don’t have it,” they took the time to check their inventory, suggest alternatives, and even call around to help me track it down. That level of service is rare in this industry.

This is amazing company. I needed a same day shipment and get it asap for my mirror assembly. I have made mistakes on my side by confirming and confusing the associate. They have done everything the right way you expect and even tho it was my fault they were able to stop shipment.

This place is the greatest.
I've made several purchases here as I'm partial to VW TDI's and they've always been nice. This past week I swung in because my passenger side door handle was falling off and I couldn't find the right part to fix it. I went in and explained the problem I was having. The young man at the counter came out a took a look. Next thing I knew, there were 2 more men out in the parking lot on a hot day on their hands and knees with tools taking it apart and voila in less than 10 minutes they fixed a problem if been struggling with for almost a year. The cherry on top was they refused to let me pay them for their time. It's rare these days that anyone is chivalrous but to also fix the problem for free.... Their kindness was and is so greatly appreciated. This is a place where you're money is very well spent. Thank you so much gentlemen!
Just for the record, Car Part Solutions Inc. is the real deal, however Car Part Solutions LLC, is not. Dmetre at Car Part Solutions Inc. will never tell you he has something and ready to ship as the LLC version will do, and keep you hanging and never deliver your part. Only deal with this company and Dmetre will be honest with you and help you in any way possible to find the right part for your vehicle. He will go out of his way to help you!
Very professional and responsive, much different than the usual experience at a dismantler, this felt more like going to the parts counter at a dealership. Price was better than everywhere else I called.
I was asked to take this review down. I am very confused being this is the same phone number and address that the order was placed. I even have the same phone number written down and called many time leaving a voice mail but never got a call back.The company has a Cali. address not a De. address. I am sorry for any problems this might have caused you.
I ordered apart for$196.00 and never received the part .I called many times and got the same run around each and every time. You will receive a phone call and or email with a tracking number which also never showed up. Thanks for ripping me off of $196.00
This place is the best. I was fixing my old Audi at this shop and owner and mechanics were friendly and nice. I even bought a car from them which is now servicing only here. Very quick and convenient appointment for big fixes and small such as oil change. They even replaced my oil level for free when I came for oil change. Very much recommended place!!

I just bought an amazing part from Dmitri, the part fit perfectly and is working extremely well. Dimitri is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have contacted him several times when I have been searching for hard to find parts, and he was always able to help me. The parts I’ve purchased have been in great condition. They have great customer service, too!
Bought an engine from this company and paid $4,000 to have it installed. The engine was shot, it pulled 7 error codes after install and the mechanics said they can tell it was rebuilt. I reached out to Car Part Solutions and they informed me parts are covered under warranty not labor. So my two options were to spend another 4k on another engine install or lose the 8k I had already put into purchasing the engine and the original install.
Update to original post - I have attached pictures of the provided engine. The engine was purchased on Ebay under my fathers name.
Update 3/29/23 - I got in touch with them yesterday and understand that mistakes can be made. Unfortunately this mistake cost their customer thousands of dollars.
This is an accurate review as I stated they did send me a replacement motor but the issue still stands; I invested a large some of money in an engine that was rebuilt and broken.
Literally just got off the phone with these guys and I'm blown away with the level of customer service. I was on hold for a few minutes and dropped and they called me back without my request and even though he didn't have the parts available locally he told me where the nearest ones were and gave me the information to contact that salvage yard in Wisconsin for hard to find part for my car... He provided the part number, their price and the phone number to reach them. And asked if he could be of any further assistance on parts for my car that I would give him a call and of course I would. Great customer service so lacking these days and I will forever call these guys on my first call looking for parts on any car. Again just never receive that kind of service and I know a lot of these people share a common Network and it's easy for them to go into and do it but he offered and it was awesome so kudos do you guys at car parts solutions.
The best car part company I’ve ever been to. They helped me find parts for my BMWs Very clean part, very clean lobby, Dimitri and the other people that work there amazing people. They will do their best to find you the part you want even if they don’t have it. Above and beyond service and they treat you like a human.
