These people will send you the wrong part multiple times and then steal your money. DON"T GO HERE, there are 100 places that are so much better in the area. The owner of this place doesn't care about anything except making a profit! Like another review said, I would rather pay 10X more than have to deal with the crooks that own this "business"
Ordered some parts, the wrong ones came. They were not willing to work with us. They were quite disrespectful about it as well. I will NOT be giving them any more service. No thank you.
Just receive my ERG Solenoid and right out the package you can visibly see that one of the two ports is snapped off at the hub. Now going to see what happens upon returning the item.
This place is run by Russian sheisters who apparently don't know the meaning of courtesy to customers. I'd just as soon pay 10x more than to be treated with such prejudice and disrespect by the lowlife at this junkyard. Don't come here or buy anything they sell online.
Do NOT go here. I ordered a part with them and I asked them if they could install the part when it comes because I have never installed a tail light before. He told me it was an easy process and all I needed was a screwdriver, I then told him I was unsure about installing it and eventually he agreed to install put it in for me because it was "such an easy process". When my item arrived, I was at work and had my girlfriend pick up the part and have it installed. He then said that he would be charging $20 to install it and told her that if she doesn't have him do it then it will probably be impossible for her because it was difficult and required specific tools and mechanical skills. He judged my girlfriend and assumed he could trick her into feeding him $20 to install a tail light that he previously offered(AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE) to install for free. CLAIMING THAT IT WOULD BE TOO HARD AND REQUIRED 'SPECIFIC TOOLS' THAT SHE PROBABLY 'DOESN'T HAVE' when initially said it was really easy and all it needed was a screwdriver! DO NOT GO HERE!
