One of the wrost place in the country, the wrost people. I bought engine from them with warranty , he sold me faulty engine and later he refused the warranty too . I reported these scamers. Also filed claim at the court. I don't recommend these scamers. Anyone has problem with these scamer please report on them and file a claim at the court. We should close these kind scamers business!!!!!!
Bought a foglamp from them. They said only one tab was broken off. Once we got the fog lamp low and behold the tabs inside the foglamp to hold the wiring harness are broken. Also they didn't provide a wire harness with the fog lamp. Won't take returns. out of a lot of money. Seems like a scam to me. Do not buy any parts from them!!
Sold me a part that does not work. Even told me the part has been tested and works properly. When I asked for a refund they blamed the problem on another issue. A replacement was not available. They only gave me store credit. So I ordered the same part from another company and it worked just fine.
Take your business else where.
Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Horrible customer service experience. They sent a bad part and would not stand by their parts in a professional manner. The only thing the offered as a remedy was a transmission they knowingly knew was in an accident. Over $300 in shipping for a bad part. 0/10
**BUYER BEWARE** BAIT & SWITCH
I purchased an engine that was inspected by Max. The invoice said to "inspect for compatibility before install." Checking the oil showed babbet bearing swarf. Removing the oil pan to investigate showed the #2 rod bearing and crank were damaged. Sent photos and was denied a warranty claim. The engine that was shipped was clearly not inspected and would never run long-term! Total frauds!
They list on craigslist and don't mention they are actual store, they don't update their listings when parts are sold, wasting customer's time, when you call and wait for them to answer the phone only to learn they don't have the part you need, annoying.
Called him before get myself there asked them about the headlights they said yes we do, after driving 100miles to them they said we don’t have it. Such a waste of time and gas
I called this place for a small part the guy said he had it in stock. I proceeded to ask him how much for the part he said $175 but he will give it to me for $150 out the door I told him okay I’ll give him a call back then out of no where after doing some research the guy had the same part online for $42 plus $10 shipping so I called him back he got kinda mad because I found out he was trying to scam me so he told me to just buy the part online and he will ship it to me. Of course it might be broken once he sends it. BE AWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH WITH THIS COMPANY..
Moe and his team at EZ Auto Dismantling were exceptionally supportive. Although I didn't find the specific item I was seeking for my Tundra, Mo dedicated his time to steering me in the correct direction. Thank you guys!
I called for a part and they said they have it. I had to drive 15 miles but when I got here they said they don’t have it. Such a waste of time to shop here.
Bought a headlight assembly. It was dirty so cleaned it up and found a 2" gouge in lens which distorted the light and leaks in the case when it rained. Cannot trust these people.
Ez sent a pic of a good trunk lid, then we got a junk lid with tons of damage. They charged us $150 freight, and then $100 to send the part back. Why even sell something like this? They blamed the damage on the courier, but the driver said the lid was like that when he picked it up and had photos of it like this.
We called inquiring about a used transmission they had posted on their FB marketplace profile for a certain vehicle. The stock # on the post did not match up to the car in the ad. After checking their inventory for the specific manufacturer, there was one. Next, we asked for their price, and the gentleman on the phone kept increasing their asking price.
I came to EZ auto because the rest of the stores on recycle Road wanted entirely too much for a used AC compressor I came here and got a better deal than expected and I will be coming here first before checking other stores from now on
So I called around on the motor I needed everyone wanted $1,300 I called and talked to Mo and told him everyone around was $13 I only have a certain amount he almost dropped the price in half and delivered it 2 hours away it don't get much better than that these guys have been a blessing
They are awesome. I went all around Sacramento looking for one part and the guy there found it for me and even took it off the car for me. Awesome place!!!! Defiantly going back for future needs!!!!!!
This place is a straight scam! When you call them, they quote you a price and when you show up, they act like they have no idea what you are talking about. After you pull out the proof and phone calls, they say “I’m just joking”. I guess I came to Acura Comedy not Dismantlers. There is only one older foreign male, who barely speaks English, and has no sense of customer service (picture attached). He’s rude, degrading, and has no respect. The same male, doesn’t know the different models of an Acura, but works for a Acura dismantler? This man needs some serious help and training to not only vehicles, but common sense. If you like money hungry scammers, I highly recommend working this guy!!!!!!
good place to buy parts in rancho cordova i went to buy an engine an i got good price better than the other store around rancho cordova and i did the installation and so far it is good engine they give me warranty the guy at front desk mou take care on me thanks EZ AUTO DISMANTLING FOR GETTING MY CAR BACK ON THE ROAD 5 starts
They gave me an engine that had rusted parts, the radiator parts where dry with rust through the pipes and they only other a 90 day warranty despite the fact you don't even use your engine! I'm sorry this engine sat a little over 90 days and they did not swap the engine for another one without asking me to show proof of putting any miles on the engine either! Also, they were playing thier little kid games not getting their inspector to go out to look at the engine too!
Called them twice in two weeks and called them the day before I went to make sure the parts were there drove an 1 1/2 to get there just to find out they never even had the parts what a waste of time and gas these guys are playing games with customers every Unethical, So I went down the street to Toyauto mart where they took care of me right.
Most of their reviews are coming from users that have nearly the same user name(take that for whatever it's worth).....Here is my experience with EZ Auto Dismantling: Someone stole the catalytic converter off of my Toyota Prius and I searched the internet for somewhere to buy a replacement part. I wanted to be sure that I wasn't buying a stolen catalytic converter myself so, I was happy when I found EZ Auto Dismantling because I felt more comfortable buying the part from a business, rather than a private seller. I found EZ Auto Dismantling via a Facebook Marketplace add that showed a crashed Prius that they were parting out. After calling and very carefully asking a company representative whether the part I needed was an original Toyota part, I decided it would be worth the 2 hour drive to buy the part I need for $1400(Prius catalytic converters are very expensive), since the part costs about $2000 new. Once I make the trek to EZ Auto Dismantling I waited about 30 minutes for them to bring the part out for me. Thankfully I did lots of research in the process of searching for the part I needed because to my surprise the part they tried to sell me was a used after market catalytic converter(only certain catalytic converters are legal in California). Ultimately I made a 2 hour one way(4 hour r/t) drive only to find that this auto dismantler tried to pass an after market catalytic converter as an OEM part. I was told, the person I spoke to on the phone was not available since he "had surgery" and wouldn't be in for days. I was invited to return in a couple days to talk to him personally. If I had not done hours of research prior, I would have bought this aftermarket part that is widely available online for $150(but as mentioned is not CA smog legal). The employees on site claimed they had no idea it was aftermarket and claimed that, only the guy I spoke to on the phone has expertise on catalytic converters at their place of business. I'm posting this review because I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the hassle I did or even worse get scammed into buying this California illegal part.
