worse place to buy parts from they sold me a bad transmission and kept $500 dollars of my money dont ever buy parts from this guys the dont care about their customers and they charge you after they sale you bad parts dont buy parts specillaly if you are not from around theur horible horible service i will never ever buy from them ever again they are not fair and take peoples money, we use 9 speed transmission fluid we didnt drive the car not even for 2 miles they sold a bad transmission and they wasnted me to pay for shipping shiping was $250 and they kept $500 they are repoffs trust me dont buy from this guys you will have problems with warranty and will loose money be carefull i am a shop and we repair transmission so we know what kind of fluids to use is not my first rodeo, we end it up reparing customers transmission because of this guys, purchase price was $950 plus shipping $1250 total witch we only got $700 back how do you wexplain that

David Kag scammed my cousin 900 dollars. The 30 day warranty wasnt over and got confrontational when told about transmission and that my cousin wanted a refund. Took the receipt aswell and wouldnt give it back. My cousin was told it was a 2013 transmission and it was a 2012.
Horribly unwelcoming customer service. I walked in to no greeting, 3 guys at a computer in a dirty office and after I stand there for a bit one says “what do you want?” & then shakes his head no when I tell him what kind of car I need help with. I have no idea how they 4.5 stars on these reviews, but I won’t return or recommend this place to anyone. There’s plenty of other places to buy parts on this street with way better customer service.
Zack got me a Vtec solenoid for my Honda Odyssey. Most other dismantlers did not have the part I needed. RHA had an unbeatable price and top notch customer service.
They pulled the part in a matter of minutes. Zack even found a Honda dealer that had an OEM gasket in stock.
After installing the part our minivan runs like new! RHAParts will be our first and likely only stop for used parts in the future.
Terrible customer service. Was told my transmission would be delivered next day. Cleared my schedule waited all day nothing came called to find out what happened I was put on hold for 30 mins and then told I was the one acting untrustworthy. Terrible customer service. Hopefully I get my refund. I wish there was less than 1 star.
Very impressed with this establishment. Called to check inventory (which is well stocked). They had exactly what I needed at unbeatable prices. Very friendly and professional staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I belive the gentleman that helped me was Zach. He deserves a raise for going above and beyond for me. Will definitely be returning to buy more parts.
The transmission I purchased was broken.. and I didn’t notice untill I was home. I left a voicemail and then called them the next day. I came back when I was free and they are gladly loading another one on right now. Jay has excellent customer service aswell

I was like you I would open claim on the company but I don’t want to because they had nothing to do with it the package. once again the wasn’t damaged but the seat was damaged. When they came the box never said fragile or do not double stack so it’s your fault if they put something on top.The reason you said stop calling me is because I asked for a picture of seat.

I purchased 2 Honda civic engine harnesses from them a few months ago. 1 order was by accident. Returned the accidental order and they refused to give me a refund. Yes, i was partially at fault for not returning the harness within the 30 day rule; however, i was also a paying customer. They are good people but very strict with their 30 day refund rule. It was the holidays and I just didn't get a chance to send it out in time. They did not mention their strict 30 day refund rule. When i spoke with them, they mentioned that I should return the item soon. I did return the item. It just took me a little longer than I really wanted it too. I apologize for being a little late but I believe that a refund was due.
I’m giving 5 starts well Deserved for these guys. Very friendly very helpful towards finding the right parts for your Honda. I’ve bought several parts for my accord including a engine with 2000k miles and my mechanic installed - works like new. I can feel the horse power. The engine worked right away without any problems. Also got the left side front bearing assembly that was low mileage. Pricing is affordable and I would recommend to anyone who is shopping for parts for their Honda’s Accord & Civics. Last week I had ordered a few parts for my honda pilot and Rock went out of his way to make sure that these parts were in good working condition. The staff upfront were really cool and friendly, ill defiantly be going back to order more parts from these guys. .

What are the three things you look for when looking for car parts? That whoever is helping you is knowledgeable, honest and fair. Rocky is all three. I was hesitant at first to order parts that I havent seen from someone I hadnt met. But Rocky was able to address all of my concerns and delivered time and time again. I went to Redline to purchase an engine for my 2003 Honda civic. Great customer service, they were able to figure out which engine I needed and they even recommended a few repair places to install it for me.
