I cannot speak on behalf of customers buying mechanical parts because I purchased a bumper reenforcement, bumper cover, and grill (all OEM & color matched) for an 02 escalade. The cost of all of it was the price ebay was selling for JUST the bumper cover that was PRIMERED/NOT COLOR MATCHED. So MY experience was obviously great. It took a bit of time to get the parts to me (2hrs) because one employee was on his lunch but Sam and Sarrow (spelling?) Were top notch gentlemen who did not strike me as greedy junk yard snakes that you come across in this industry. So my experience was A++++ THANK YOU!
Bad experience with this guy's and I thought twice to go back, I got a defective abs module for my Silverado and they made a fake refund, never appear on my bank account. I know is money that Im loosing but definitely this shop loss more with less business
First transmission bad
Second transmission cooler lines quick disconnects different diameter and wouldn’t work with existing cooler lines. If you need used parts try LKQ, G&R, B&R they’re more knowledgeable with interchange years, and additional parts that will need to changed. Save yourself the headache
Also they have now blocked the shop that’s doing the work and my number and have failed to give me a solution.

Sam is absolutely wonderful help, I couldn’t recommend this auto recycler more, even though some of the parts we received in our order were not correct, Sam went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed and honored the original price. He even ordered three parts brand new and didn’t charge me a penny extra. All the parts came very clean, and as expected, and the parts that were supposed to be correct, that were not even though they didn’t have them in stock, they purchased them on my behalf.
Sam and Mike were awesome. They had my part after another yard lied. Friendly. Took forever but they were super busy. Will buy from these guys again. Pays to be patient and I was having a really rough day. Thank you for the great service and hard work!
They sold us a used gas take for a Jeep liberty that already had a hole in it and was previously patched. We did not notice it until 6 months later when the patch lifted and gas was spilling out everywhere. I would not recommend them at all.

Trying to purchase a Door for a 2005 Chevy Colorado and told me he had it and then gave me the run around and wasted 2 hours of my time! Very Unprofessional Place to deal with! Definitely won't be buying anything from them in the future!
Bought a 4l60e for my truck, first time around was given the wrong one. Brought it back they apologized for their mistake then gave me the correct one, except the correct one was worse than my original transmission and doesn’t shift out of gear. Terrible don’t expect a quality product
I bought a rear differential it made a bad bearing noise the first day I installed it. They gave me another differential, it was worse than the first full of metal and grinding. Both rear ends were full of lube which means .... They were never even inspected for wear damage water?? Nothing.. They said they were going to pick up the rear end from my shop and write me a check.. They never showed up so I brang the differential back to them. They then wrote me a check, I paid in cash.. So I proceeded to the bank with the refund check ... There is no money in this account? Really ? I would strongly suggest finding another used parts dealer. There phone was also not working for several days either. Bad business.

I live out of town and ordered wrong part. Called and was honest about it and asked to return it and got screwed 25% restocking fee of $50.00 plus $75.00 freight.
I have a 95 Toyota 4-Runner that I am currently having to repair. I called every truck and car shop in town including the Toyota store. NO ONE had the part I needed. Luckily I found All Trucks Recycling in Cali and they had exactly what I needed. They have the MOST helpful staff! The guy I have been talking to and trying to get parts from went out and took apart half of the motor just to take a picture and send to make sure I had the right part. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I know I will be using them in the future.
