I had a great experience with this auto parts shop. The people were genuinely kind and helpful. I called them to order an engine, and they sent me an excellent one—just what I needed. I’m truly thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!
Came in and got a radiator for my 03 Audi A4. They don't test their parts before they resell them. The radiator had a hole right in the middle of it but now I have to take back off the car and J-B Weld to fix. $180 I should have just gone to the junkyard and pulled one myself. But as they say if you want something done right, do it yourself.
Bought a Sienna Door , and supposedly the door was complete , but came in without a door sensor that costs over $400 , do not buy If you are not able to look at the parts yourself
Have called them from Canada and there were very friendly and had helped me out with the parts I required, although shipping wasn't available from there place yet they made it happen. I personally highly recommend them for your German and Japanese parts requirements.
Very bad experience when trying to buy an item from them. Constantly increase the price of the item. They lie about its presence and play for time. A week of wasted waiting time. I do not recommend. They are deceivers!
I dealt with Khushal, he was very quick to communicate and kept you informed. Purchased parts for an Audi TT, was able to get parts shipped to my convenience. Would recommend All German and Japanese!
I had a terrible experience buying parts from them, they promised to deliver all the parts the next day since I paid double the market price, but they only delivered half of my order and after my 10 calls and 5 days they told me that they don’t have most import part. They never apologize and did not want to do return or refund even for their non-working/not delivered parts. I advise to avoid this place, people are liars here. I am glad that I paid with credit card and will dispute the transaction and receive the money back…
This business was accommodating to me and followed through with a good return policy. This review is based on the timeframe of the year 2018. I bought a used 49C/H8 battery from them but after installing it it failed after about three days. I called them back about it for a return and they gladly excepted the return and gave me a better battery when I returned the other one to them. I never felt uncomfortable around them or had any issues with them.
Great place to have your time wasted. Came in to buy a Golf GTI listed on Craigslist and sitting at the front of their parking lot with a for sale sign. Car was filthy, had empty cigarette cartons still in it, the person said it wasn't ready for sale but was listed anyways, wouldn't pass smog, no AC, wouldn't tell me why it had a salvage title, claimed to call me twice but no calls were ever received and he openly admitted he didn't think I was serious about buying and was "seriously dragging my feet thinking it was a joke".
