I bought a car part three times, and all three times the part was defective and didn’t work. They sell counterfeit products as if they were original, and they don’t have good manners.
This place is terrible do not go there. The owner or who ever helped me was completely rude and disrespectful after HE had sold the wrong part. Apart from that he charged me a %25 fee for the return when it was all his fault for selling the wrong part in the first place.
Avoid this place. Worst experience ever! This guy is rude and with lack of respect. This guy sell garbage and will sell you wrong and out of date parts. Once you realized and return the items, they will give you different baseless justifications.
Very disappointed with this auto parts. Extremely rude and and misbehaved owner, zero customer service. I should look his review before coming to this auto parts. I don't recommend this to you and others. I wish I could minus the one star as well from this auto parts.
Worst service ever! Lier people, they don’t keep their words! I drove almost 50 miles although he confirmed the part is available when I arrived he said I sold it.
This guy sales garbage and flooded engine and transmission by using a Chinese finger trap . Once you pay the trap is set and the only way out of his trap is to chew your fingers off. Save yourself and your fingers and go somewhere else. He is a traper and a total coward that hides behind his signs and there is nothing you can do about it and he will tell you to go and sue me . Before you sue him you can call the bureau of automobile and file a complaint with them . That's exactly what I did to get my money back but he was refusing to return the 72 dollars sales tax but i told him to read the recide. I also filled a complaint with state sales tax board for trying to keep the 72 dollars sales tax .The most DISHONEST person I seen in my life . He is not a business man he is a first class thug .He has no good reviews they are all his own writing or his friends writing.
The service I got at Tokyo auto recycling was awesome! I called and the guy on the other side of the phone quickly said he had what I needed and when I got there had me in and out in five minutes and gave me a great deal on the two parts that I purchased from there. I definitely will use Tokyo auto recycling in the future.
Just picked up an engine but no wait just 5 minutes Warranty was not properly explained to my Friend, the customer, and therefore not Honored. Three days is not long enough as a return policy on a used engine replacement warranty period! It takes three days to put one in and take it out should be a 30 warranty with some restrictions, or at least a [week/ week and a half] for realisitic installation and testing timeframes
