I had a very pleasant experience! Mark my roadside assistance guy was very efficient and arrived before the scheduled time which is always a plus , he was compassionate to my circumstance and put me at ease while he explained every issue he saw and assured me that I was safe and he would have me back on the road in no time . He listened to my concerns and used his professional opinion to point me in the right direction for my best interest. Mark gets more than five stars in my book !!!!!
Mark was on time, prompt and extremely helpful. He not only provided air for my tires on the spot, but he also provided on sight assistance with my battery because it seemed to be a dud as well. Only called for a tire flat, but managed to take care of two things at once! 10/10 service wonderful company

Was stuck out on the side of the road with a flat tire two different companies came out. Did not have the correct tools. But Mark from usa towing and roadside services. Came out had great customer service. Had all the tools. And got me back up on the road. Within 15 minutes. Thank you Mark I appreciate it we need more people like you!!!

I usually don't leave reviews but this time I am leaving one because of bad customer service. The Toyota Rav4 has a full size spare tire that is attached to the back of the car with 3 bolts with washer. The guy that came in to do the service replaced the bad tire with the spare time. But he refused to put the bad tire back in it's place and tighten the bolts. All he had to do is take the washer off and he should be able to put the tire back on. The tire can not be put back on with the washer. The guy had an attitude about it. I tried to speak to him over the phone but he refused and said to my dad "I don't need to speak, I completed the service, I am done".
It would have taken only 10-15 seconds to speak to me and I could have told him that you have to take the washer off. But he refused with an attitude. See the attached picture for the washer.
He put the bad tire in the trunk and did not even tighten the 3 bolts that is hanging outside of the car. The 3 bolts were loose not even hand tightened. I just hand tightened them so the bolts don't get lost.
Overall Poor Customer Service
Dead battery in, of all things, an AVIS rental car causing inability to activate key fob and enter automobile. Mark arrived and quickly and expertly got us on the road again. His methods are genius. Very nice gentleman. Thank you Mark!!!

I requested roadside assistance for a flat tire change. Mark arrived at my home and before I could shake his hand or introduce myself he seemed agitated and proceeded by skipping a greeting and informing me that “I needed to back out of my garage”. I asked him if he would be able to change this tire in place and that I have made a good amount of space to work. He immediately replied almost before I finished my sentence with “I work in my space” and “to just back it down the driveway. His annoyance and irritability was palpable. I inquired if backing it down my steep driveway on a completely flat tire would potentially cause damage to my rim. He replied “no I do it all the time”. I did hesitate at the idea and said that I am just concerned because my truck is very heavy and I was concerned of potentially damaging it. He immediately said “well then find someone else to change it”. I asked him if we can start our encounter over and I asked him his first name while providing mine. He told me he is an independent contractor and he is “out of here”, and literally got in his car and sped off. While he was leaving he continued it ramble about not providing service to me.
I am being honest to this whole encounter threw me for a loop. Mark did not seem like he wanted to discuss or review anything. I was shocked at what had just transpired.
I am not sure what difficulties Mark is dealing with but they are seemingly bleeding over into his professional behavior and ability to communicate rationally with people today.
I am now starting this process over to receive this simple requested assistance.
I have read some good reviews of mark and his service where people found him helpful, so I would like to believe that our encounter was abnormal. I still will not dismiss it however.
If you decide to request Mark for assistance I do hope you do not receive the Mark that came to my home today.

Mark is a heaven sent! My truck was needing a jump which is a huge inconvenience. When you're trying to get errands done before going back to work. I didn't have any money and wouldn't for another couple days so I had to keep calling my Insurance Company. Mark saw what the problem was with my battery and the connectors and demonstrated genuine concern. As an added plus he actually fixed the problem! without me even having to replace my battery!!! Do NOT call anyone else!!

I wish I could give a -0 but here is the one that you don’t deserve. I just got off the phone with a tow truck driver who was sent to me via my insurance agency to charge my battery.
This worker was extremely rude so I called my car insurance agency to ask them to not send that person. This worker called me back twice after I cancelled the service. The first call was to pretend like he didn’t realize that the service had been canceled when I had already received the text from my insurance company that the service was canceled. The second call was him cursing me out, and bragging that he got paid anyway.
This is an unsafe company to use. If you are woman never, ever use them. I’m gonna figure out how to complain with with the Better Business Bureau and beyond.
This unhinged driver has my information. So let’s see what he does with it. I promise you, it won’t work out well for you.
Mark was very helpful. He went over and beyond to get my car started. He checked if it needs to be replaced and sure enough.

Didn't use the service, but one of the tow truck drivers wasn't paying attention to his blindspot and almost ran me into another vehicle. And then when they were in front of me, I took the opportunity to get his license plate and he brake checked. License plate 40791W2
