I had a wonderful experience at autozone today, Rod was a lifesaver from stat to finish. He was appropriately personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I work in galt & do not live near that autozone, but from now on that is the ONLY location im spending my money at. If anyone needs auto parts or supplies I absolutely recommend going to the Galt location. Ask for Rod, you wont be sorry!
Came in because my car was having issues starting. Rod was great and super helpful. He tested my battery and alternator and then helped put my new battery in my car. 10/10 would recommend!

He took the time to explain my options, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. Customer service like this is rare these days. Rod is a huge asset to this store, and I will definitely be coming back because of him!

Jeremy, the manager, just gave me wonderful service. I was on my way to work, but unexpectedly found my battery dead. He quickly assisted me and solved the problem for me asap so that I could continue on my way to work on time. Thanks Jeremy! Ordered a part over the phone because our truck broke down. When it arrived at the store, they refused to honor their same day delivery polic, so I had to go to the store to pick it up without a working vehicle. When I arrived, one woman was taking a personal call at the register, and the other one had terrible customer service skills when I explained that they ordered the wrong part. Luckily, the woman who helped me was able to help me find a part I was able to jerry rig a fix with, which is the only reason this isn’t a 1 star rating. You guys need to hire people with more knowledge and better customer service.
Was helped by an employee who was kind, went the extra mile to double check on the item to make sure it was THE correct item. Thank you Jeraemy, you are a great example of a down to earth open human being ❤️
Rod, was so incredibly helpful today. I bought a new battery for my car but couldn’t install it because there was so much stuff that needed to be removed in order to even get to the battery. Then there was other things that had to be removed in order to remove the battery. Rod was so helpful in figuring out how to remove and install the new battery and he even helped by providing tools to me to do the job. His guidance was fantastic. What a great Autozone employee.

Used to shop at o’reily however the guy at the desk was rude as hell so I went to autozone and have been going ever since. Super respectful staff and they are happy to help. Always give good tips if and when they can. Would recommend.
Rod is an absolute asset to our community! As an older widowed female, I don't have a guy around to do basic things with my car. Rod has replaced my front light bulbs on my headlights twice now -- even asking me what kind of driving I am doing so he could keep me safe.

I know a professional when I see one and Galt AutoZone is blessed to have him. He patiently and competently explained what he was doing and did not cut corners. Autozone always impresses me with their customer service - and this location is no different. Rod, who went above and beyond to help with my battery replacement - is a lovely human, as well as incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, -- Galt is lucky to have him!! And autozone!
Couldn't ask for better service from Rod K. at AutoZone in Galt. He proactively asked if he could help me with anything, and was able to find what I needed despite it not being an original part for my car, and not just an easy database lookup. He was friendly, and even knew how to properly count back my change, a simple & helpful act that seems to be a forgotten skill now days. A few small acts made the experience of repairing my car much easier. This store will definitely be my first stop when I need anything automotive related.
I always have the best customer service here at Galt autozone and what makes it the best is there worker ROCKIN ROD.K. He is always so polite and very professional with his customer service he always get my parts right not only does he get em right if he doesn’t have the part in stock he makes sure he gets it as fast as possible and always makes it happen he deserves a raise forsure.
This is by far my favorite AutoZone. I live in Sacramento, but work in Galt and make sure to always frequent this location for any of my auto needs. Today Rod blew me away with how helpful he was. I would highly recommend.
If I can give 6 stars to Rod K. one of the store managers I would, had so much patience with me and very good knowledge. Helped me with my air cabin filter and engine filter. Very helpful, you guys are lucky to have him on your team.

When my battery died suddenly, I was in a bit of a panic. I managed to get a jumpstart and drive over to my local AutoZone. There, Rod helped me from start to finish. The type of battery for my car wasn't in stock so Rod ordered it for me from another location and had it delivered in a few hours. He even installed it for me! Amazing customer service!

First they sell me a battery for my moms 2021 Corolla, didn't have in stock,said "it will be here at noon 1 o clock at the latest. At 3 o'clock they tell"oh the guy forgot to put it on the truck" I understand stuff happens:(The next day manager made sure battery arrived,it did and everything work out so im very happy and will came back eagerly)
