Had to have a very small car towed out of a dirt road in a Vineyard tow truck driver had to back down quite a ways the road had washed out car was on the frame no tires hitting dirt on the right side. Super grateful to this company younger guy came out got it done he was not in a hurry and he was gentle did no damage to my car which could have easily been done. I would call them again in a heartbeat!!! FYI I have AAA came out and declined doing it super stupid what do I have AAA towing if they decline when another company will.
I can not recommend AJ’s Towing enough. They arrived about 30 minutes after I got off the phone with my insurance. Upon arriving they diagnosed what the problem was and stated that back at the tow yard they would be able to temporarily fix the problem. Getting to the tow yard, they fixed the issue, sent me an eBay link to buy the part I needed, and stated that once I get the part that I can come back and they would install it. I felt throughout the entire experience that I was treated as family. It is refreshing to see this high quality of service in the world today.
I had two tires not holding air with probable rim damage over memorial day weekend in Yosemite. AJ's Towing was contracted by my roadside service company and safely delivered my car to an open service center 120 miles away. It was more expensive than I anticipated at the time, but considering the mountain roads/gas prices and transit time they had to make to get from Galt to Yosemite along with the trip back to the service center it was well worth it and I understand it now. Thanks for delivering my car safely and efficiently to the service center without me being present so I could get back on the road after the holiday when other closer tire shops were closed. You really helped me in a stressful situation and I appreciate it greatly. Definitely recommend this towing company.
Yesterday I needed a few old cars towed out of a REALLY tight spot in between a house and garage. (Literally 2 inches on both sides) and he got in and got both cars out no problem! Super polite, friendly and personable! Did everything in the heat, dripping sweat with a smile on his face! best customer service I've seen in a while! Thank you sir for all your help! I know it wasn't easy! Plus they were there within like 15 minutes from when they got my call!
My insurance company dispatched AJ's towing in order to get my car to my mechanic. They arrived almost to the minute of when they said they would arrive. The driver was very fast and friendly. I had to ride with him to the mechanic and the truck was clean. I would definitely use this tow truck company again if I need to.
The tow truck driver was professional, did an excellent job, was quick and offered my husband a ride to the shop. The driver even called us to verify where our car was located because it was in between towns in a low traveled area. This allowed the driver to get there quicker. The driver also let me know he got to my husband & our wrecked vehicle.
We were still waiting for AAA after 3 hours in a parking lot. It was cold and there were no restrooms nearby. We called AJ’s and they got to us in 20 minutes. When we explained the wait, the dispatcher explained that we could submit their receipt to AAA for reimbursement. Friendly, helpful, and prompt service. On a scale of 1 - 10, I’d give them a 15.
I had 2 flat tires and he had an attitude upon arrival. He had me back up from the parking spot and then drive my SUV onto the ramp and off the ramp once we reached my destination. He left the tool that you connect to the front of my car to tow it in the car, he never put it back. He never tightened it. Soo my car could’ve loosened up and backed off of the ramp onto traffic. He also was trying to take me onto another call while we were in route. I told him no, and even then the company called me and tried to convince me to go on the call because it was only a jump that the customer needed. I still told the agent no, who was a female. Not to mention all of this was happening between 3-4am. And as a young woman I did not feel safe at all whatsoever. The driver and the company, as far as I’m concerned were completely unprofessional. They are a bad representation of AAA.
I needed some roadside assistance, and everybody else was gonna take multiple hours to arrive. AJs came to my location within 30 min, and was in communication with me the whole time. Very professional, and punctual and efficient. By the time it was all over, I wondered why I'd never utilized their services before.
If I have future car troubles, you can bet I'll call AJ's.
I was having problems with my car starting. AJ’s service technicians had to start my battery and when that did not work they had to come back to tow it about 40 miles. They arrived quickly. Both technicians were kind enough to answer my questions and then quickly complete their work. The car when it was towed arrived as quickly as possible and in good condition. I was very happy with their excellent service.
The service person was very professional, knowledgeable of his job, and curious. He has a good work ethic and had my truck back on the road in short order.

The driver W was extremely professional. He gave me a good time window within which he would arrive and was there promptly. He made sure my car was loaded and unloaded onto the bed of the tow truck without causing any damage to it.

12v battery on my Tesla died - this battery powers the control plane, responsible for all the car electronics... AJs came out on a Saturday afternoon while nobody else was available, and replaced the battery on-site.
I can’t remember the name of our tow guy but shout out to him he was awesome! My car was on the shoulder of a dangerous high way and he was calm about the situation and came to handle business. He was so patient with my family and I considering how jumbled we were with our insurance and everything. With my bad luck my dad’s car ended up getting a flat tire Right when he got to me to take me home and our tow guy was so ready to help us out with that as well! He helped my dad fix the flat and tow us to a great spot. I really wish I could’ve remembered his name but all I do remember is he was Italian. He was a great worker and made your company seem very professional. We even gave him a tip afterwards for all the help.
Earlier then expected. Took less then 15 minutes to help with a tire change. He understood What was going on and went straight into it. Great drive and motivation with communication skills. Great service, would gladly use this service again!
I waited with my 6 year old for 3 hours for someone to finally show up.
The officer also made a call in to get them to come faster while he escorted me off of the most dangerous road that is known for 80% of lives being taken by dui drivers. The officer was cool though, he got us safely to a gas station where he bought my daughter an ice cream and me water to stay hydrated. It was about 9:00 when the car stopped they did not get there until 12:00am and also sent a message saying they had contacted a driver which the officer confirmed after waiting the first hour they did not. Once the driver calls me he asked again for the location which was already provided when the call was set up. This has got to be the worse and blessed experience so far dealing with aaa
EXCELLENT service! I was really impressed with the promptness and the experience of the driver. He was very professional and so kind and helpful. As a 64yr old woman by myself in the evening time he made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend doing business with this company because of the overall customer satisfaction iI personaly experienced.
Oh my gosh these people are awesome. I was told it would be an hour they were there in less than HALF that. And we’re super fast, very nice, processional, my tow driver was super hilarious and all together it was just a really great experience. I haven’t had one of those in a while so I’m pretty pumped about it lol
They got to me so fast I wasn't ready. Had to get the stuff out of my car. The driver was quick and efficient. I took off one star because the guy wasn't very friendly at all. I can't say he was rude because he really only said "yes" and "no". Didn't respond to anything else I said.
Quick response. They showed up within 15 minutes. Polite and professional. Very carefully loaded my car onto a flatbed truck. Clearly, they care about doing a good job and not damaging my property. Definitely would use them again.

I was stuck on the side of the freeway at 102 degrees. AAA was very responsive and concerned for my safety. The office said it would possibly take 1 hour to reach me, he was there in 20 minutes. My friends got to me only minutes before the driver and in no time I was on my way home. The tow driver was 10 minutes behind me. I can't thank AAA and AJ's towing enough for getting me and my car home safely and efficiently. Customer for life.
My driver was very polite and professional. He arrived very late at night and did a wonderful job. Even when my truck became a stubborn problem, he never got upset. Just did a great job, worked hard to get my brakes to release, unhooked my trailer, got me to the shop, then took me to the motel. He was awesome!!!

My driver was J. Johnson. As soon as I received word that the tow truck was on its way, Mr. Johnson called me on the phone to tell me his ETA. Mr. Johnson called me again when he got close to my address and said he would call me when he arrives in front of my house.
Upon arrival, he observed that my car was still in the garage and came up and introduced himself. With me behind the wheel, Mr. Johnson pushed my car out of the garage and down into the street. Mr. Johnson then loaded my car on his truck. It was compassionately and securely loaded.
I followed him in my second vehicle and he unloaded the car at our destination.
Mr. Johnson was incredibly polite very professional and very knowledgeable. He took excellent care of my car and listened to my concerns. If there was a higher rating than five stars, He would certainly qualify.
