We used the Burson Location personally but they have 4 different locations! My Husband was involved in accident and the Tow Truck Driver Glenn was the Most compassionate tow truck driver I have ever Met. He came over to explain everything to us and sae my Husband upset and Mid Sentence stopped to check to see how My Husband was doing. To acknowledge that he just went through something traumatic. It was the most Compassion he felt the whole time after the accident. His wife Thealise was the nicest most sweetest human as I went to tow yard to retrieve the belongings out of the car. So helpful and so compassionate. Will be using Mach One towing for all future needs because we met through unfortunate circumstances, but they really no how to treat people going through a rough time.
Getting my car towed is never fun, but I had a surprisingly positive experience with Mach One Towing. I met Steven, one of the newer drivers. While he’s still learning the ropes and doesn’t know everything about towing yet, he was incredibly respectful, friendly, and eager to help. His attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Thanks, Steven—and Mach One—for the great service!

Waited 45 minutes for a tow truck. Right before it was supposed to be here they cancelled the job. I called to see what happened and if another truck could be available as I have a sick child at home I need to get back to. The woman who spoke to me was incredibly rude, used a condescending tone and told me they needed reroute and sarcastically said, “I’m sorry- there’s someone dead we need to get to,”. Then she hung up the phone on me. Most unprofessional interaction I’ve experienced in a long time. Now I’m trying to find another tow truck to get home to my child with that image in my mind. Horrible customer service.
Yadina was super helpful with getting me set up with a tow on short notice when my car wasn't in condition to drive to the dealership. They towed it to Elk Grove from Lodi. The gentleman that came out was professional and really nice too. Thank you Yadina for your excellent customer service and quick response!
If I could give 10 stars I would. The service was fast. The man who helped us was Kevin. One of the nicest men I've ever met. Highly recommend this towing service.
Joe towed my car out of the campsite where it had broken down. He was very friendly and professional. I also spoke with Glenn and another person on the phone who were both helpful and responsive. They were accommodating when I requested that they tow the vehicle to a different location than I had initially requested.
i brake down and they towed my car and don't want to give it back because i'm not on registration it was my dad and he passed away it was my last worries to get on my name wouldn't feel right
i'm ready to pay fees but they yell me i have to register and it's going to take few more days and they will charge more for staying making business on someone else's grief
Gavin was extremely kind & helpful after my accident. He was very professional & made me feel at ease taking my car home, and then to the shop. Bryan was my driver and he was so nice and helpful the dealership did not even put my car back together and he went above and beyond helping me put it back together he made a nightmare situation not so much of a nightmare defiantly recommend Mach 1 Towing!
They picked us up late at night (10pm) in Elk Grove and drove us and our car safely home 90 miles away. It was enough that they did that long haul, but both the dispatcher and the driver were calm, reassuring and friendly during a very anxious time for my husband and I. I can't even explain how amazing they were and I would highly recommend them. I wish I had paid attention to the name of the driver but he was very nice! I felt terrible he had such a long drive there and back.

On the morning of Saturday, April 23 I was on Peltier about to cross over the 99 bridge. The nut on the axle of my motorcycle came off and the axle came off the bike. I was stranded in the middle of Peltier and could not move my bike. After calling two other local towing companies just to find out it would be hours for them to show up I called Mark one. They came easily within 10 minutes. They were able to get me towed back to my house quickly. Since I was on one side of the bridge and there was a Blindspot The driver called for help from other drivers to help with traffic. Brian had me loaded up and home in no time. I highly recommend Mach 1 and will use them again if needed.
Professional, timely and caring service.
After waiting for 2.5 hours for the AAA tow service that had been requested and never showed up, Mach 1 was called by CHP and they were there within 5 minutes to rescue my daughter who was in very dangerous situation. The driver was professional and caring. When I called the office to get everything finalized, the staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met.
Quick service! My uber driver was supposed to pick me up to meet Mach one towing at my car. I let them know I was flaked on by Uber and manager John stepped into action by calling Brian (tow man) to come pick me up. They went out of they're way to help me out in a dire situation. All Hero's don't wear capes. These men were my super Hero's. This world is lacking in human kindness and these two were exceptional. Thank you gentlemen.
I had an issue with my car being stuck. Called Mach and they were super fast and helpful. Offered to help when AAA couldn’t. Will absolutely call them for help when I’m in their area
Needed help with locked keys in a work truck. Mach One was open 24 hours so I gave them a call. The person I talked to was polite when I called and after texting my address he kept me informed of when he would be showing up. Driver was courteous upon arrival and got right to work. Took a few different techniques, but got the truck unlocked and got my husband back to work quickly. In a day where customer service is going out the window it was refreshing to remember what it's like to have great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you, Mach One!
These guys are the absolute best. We had a horrible situation where the wheels and entire axel fell off my travel trailer while I was driving. The guy sent to us by AAA decided he didn't want to tow us under insurance the 10 miles to our house and wanted to charge us $450. $450!!! Then he just left us in our situation when we said no. So there we were, stranded with a totally unmoveable travel trailer blocking lanes of traffic, when Mach 1 saved the day! They listened to the situation, came out immediately, got our trailer loaded and moved within all an hour for a very reasonable. We would still be on the side of the road if it weren't for the great guys at Mach 1!
I've never had a tow truck arrive so fast. And I've got a lot of tows before. (I used to drive a ford.) Today though was just a simple lockout service. They came and opened the truck within minutes! Fast professional and fair priced!
The tow truck driver "Joe" was outstanding in every aspect! I really appreciated his attention to detail and getting me quickly to my mechanic shop "Lakewood Auto Repair" in Lodi. Being a USMC Veteran, it was also very refreshing to meet a true patriot,who cares about our country. Thanks Mach 1 (and Joe) for providing a Five Star Experience!
I needed help with my spark plugs and ran into a problem and Mac 1 came out, I talked to the guy and he helped me get the spark plug issue fixed. Finished by saying welcome to the community, we help each other out when we can.

Called 3a for my 73 Chevy that broke down in Elk Grove on my way to Tracy. They sent Mach One and Austin came and picked me up. Very personable and easy to talk to. Good experienced tow operator and got me home safe
Supposed to get a tow. Told 1 hour. Called to check after two and was told they'd already picked up my vehicle. It was in my driveway, still. They called back and said their driver was 15 minutes out and had been stuck in traffic! They finally showed up 30 minutes later. After an hour the shop my vehicle got towed to (ten minutes from my house) said my vehicle had just barely shown up and they couldn't get to it anymore since they'd planned on it being there over two hours ago!
If you just plain forgot don't tell me you already picked my car up (I wouldn't be calling if you had picked it up so I don't know what car you picked up) or try and tell me you were stuck in traffic. Sounds more like they forgot to dispatch a driver to me. And if your driver is stuck, you had my number to call and update a timeline. I'd of called elsewhere if it was going to take nearly four hours to get my car moved six miles.
Excellent towing. These guys we're very professional, on time and had nice clean towrig. They took great care with my truck and even dropped it off for me in the perfect spot. Thanks Mach1. If I ever need a tow, you'll be the first to know.
Driver is a jerk, illegally driving in fast lane on the freeway with a load. Three axel vehicles limited to right two lanes unless marked otherwise. It wasn't, thus causing traffic to go around him on the right!
Best service ever!! We had a flat tire and the guy that helped us was Daniel. Such a gentleman, so nice and made me feel instantly comfortable. As far as the service 5 stars across the board. He made sure to use the proper amount of torque as well. Thank you Daniel these stars are for you. I'm from San Jose and I can only hope to find service out there who is just as great. Will be letting my family know of Mach towing as they recently moved to elk grove :)
