The auto part store tried to sell me an FLA battery when my car requires an AGM battery. Fortunately, Batteries+ had what I needed, and my online order was ready for pickup within a couple of minutes. It couldn't have been easier.
I took my iPhone in thinking it needs a new battery and Anthony figured out what apps were draining it all the time that I don’t ever actually use or need that came installed with my apple. So I don’t have to buy a new battery we both hope! What a great service.
I have been a customer so long, I can't remember, but I have lifetime batteries on so many things, I can't keep track. I called for a new car battery and the workers are fabulous, but the new thing is they now want to charge you to install batteries, fine except I got the same battery for $30 less locally and I am all about free enterprise, except when it feels like the old nickel and dime, his companies always tell you how important their clients are until they nickel and dime you to death. I'm just so tired of it. Just give me one price covering install or no install. Instead of figuring out 20 different ways to charge me more money. I will definitely take my new business elsewhere where I don't feel like I'm nickel and dimed to death.
I had an amazing experience getting my car battery replaced here. Their website allows you to pay for the battery & installation (if you choose) and pick an appointment time. It was raining & the girls working were hustling! I was very impressed w/ their work ethic, the professionalism & the entire efficiency of getting this done. Was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend.
Great service, very friendly and quick, good price on the battery I needed. They even carried the battery to my car and brought the core into the store so I didn't have to carry anything.

Battery Plus in Folsom is a awesome place to get all your battery needs, from hard-to-find watch batteries to large RV ones, they seen to have or can get the next day any kind of battery you need and the new fresh ones at that, very friendly and knowledgeable, there Duracell car and RV batteries are the best there is other than $300+ dollar Odyssey off road four wheeling batteries.
Batteries-PLUS provided great faster-than-estimated service for the original request of a new iphone screen. Then they confirmed another problem, which was quickly resolved re: my newly discovered need for a new battery and a hardware issue. At first it appeared to both them and I that there was no resolution and I needed a new phone - BUT they had one new soluton idea which worked. Thanks for your persistance & excellant service.

This place is awesome! Wonderful customer service. Angel helped me and she is an absolute angel! My car battery died upon arrival and she installed the new battery I picked right there and then. There was sadly another issue she discovered when testing and helped me find a trusted local shop. I would highly recommend this place.
I came here for a screen replacement on my phone. I didn't even know this store did phone repairs! It was recommended by my cell phone carrier (had purchased the insurance). This was much quicker and easier than I expected. Convenient location and the technician, Matthew, was very knowledgeable and competent. I would not hesitate to come back to him for any future repairs.
Batteries Plus was recommended by a phone store customer service rep who couldn't help us with a cell phone repair. From the minute we walked in to this clean, well staffed, efficiently run business it was such a pleasant experience. We were helped almost immediately by Jeff. Jeff was personable, knowledgeable and so very fast. He literally had us fixed and out the door in less than 5 minutes! The phone works like a charm now. It's not often you find customer service representatives that are pleasant and friendly like Jeff, it's just really nice when you do!
It is one of the best places to buy batteries. I recently purchased motorcycle batteries. The prices are good and the staff is knowledgeable curtios and polite.
I would recommend going there vs shopping online for a battery. They do warranty the battery and can do a full test of its condition

Fantastic customer service! I got help picking the right battery and I immediately got a refund after we realized that my battery was okay. There is free installation and a free test of the current battery on top of 36-48 month warranties. I highly recommend this store over buying online.
Friendly, helpful service, had everything I needed. Few places replace watch batteries for you, and this is one of the them! This particular store in Folsom was really outstanding in terms of customer service. Our store had closed in El Cerrito, so I didn't bother telling her that I'd had a Batteries+Bulbs battery in my watch before. She discovered that it was theirs with a lifetime warranty and replaced it for free after looking me up in the database. She was extremely pleasant. Great customer service.
This is my second experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs. The first time was to replace a battery in an iPhone, and this time was to replace the screen on an iPad mini. I have received excellent customer service every time. I am a return customer because the employees are knowledgeable and friendly and have gone above and beyond to fix my devices in a timely manner. Very friendly. Very quick service. Very accommodating in helping to reserve a time online. Didn't even know this was a business until we needed a replacement battery for an older iPhone. The fact they had a replacement in stock, without having to make a special order, and were able to replace it in the store, was a real plus.
Customer Service was exceptional! They were experienced professionals in replacing the glass touch screen on my daughters iPhone. Took them less than an hour and the iPhone was brand new again. Keep up the excellence.
The customer service was excellent. They had many employees working with several customers. Each employee worked hard, and made sure they greeted me as soon as I arrived to let me know how long I would wait (which wasn't long). They worked very hard to program my car key, using several methods, and they were unsuccessful, so they gave me a full refund despite spending so much time on it. My Jeep battery installation was seamless, very quick, and an excellent price!

Had a battery that went dead after 2 years and they are able to replace it under warranty. (taking longer to get it than expected, but Happy I don't have to pay another $230+ for the battery.

I bought 2 Duracell gel batteries for my car. These were recommended because of the poor performance from Optima Batteries. These also have a 4yr warranty.
My car was having intermittent starting issues. I thought it might be the battery so I ordered a new one from Batteries Plus.. When I arrived at the store they tested my battery saying it tested perfectly well, and refunded the charge back to my card. Very impressed with the thorough customer service provided, and how honest and trustworthy this store is.
FYI.. it was the starter so Batteries Plus saved me from buying a new battery that wasn't needed.
Store concept is brilliant, service is superb, product selection spot on, prices reasonable. I've purchased batteries here for my laptop, auto, solar-powered driveway gate, keyfob - and each time it took at most 5-10 minutes to get the job done! Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.
