My car was there for service and they had my car for a little more than 2 weeks, they only took care of my rental for 10 days for $425, but I have to pay $615, the service supervisor told me that the parts were being delivered by ground, it took 10 days just to get my parts in,then the service technician put a hole in my tint in my back window and hassle me and to trying to use my insurance to fix something they messed up. The service hasn't been the same since Knight Company took over. Hopefully my car doesn't have to go back for anything besides an oil change!!!

The Jeep appeared to have brake and rotor issues. They informed me that the cost would be $450 for an evaluation. I informed them that I could get it at Folsom Dodge/Jeep for $299. They then told me they could do it for me for $300. They ended up changing it to a break inspection that cost $150(the cost did not go towards any repairs) Waited 3 hours for a diagnostic. They informed me that the rear brake pads and rotors were gone, and that it would cost $1,000 for I asked them to give me the report, and I went down the street to Mienke and got them fixed for $600. I did get other quotes for a lower price.

I called in on Thursday and reported my battery dying. Lincoln got me in Friday morning and replaced my battery and I was able to make it to my son’s football game by 6:00 pm. I appreciate Elk Grove Dodge

Good experience at Elk Grove dodge ram The only think that I didn’t give 5 stars is that when I test drove the truck. It was dirty I was told that they can’t wash them until purchase is maid. Then you see the paint defects which I found one decent size scratch they did addressed and I had to take it in the next day for repair. Not the end of the world. But another 4 hrs of waste time waiting. Overall good experience with the service provided.

I scheduled an appointment for that Saturday August 23rd and was not a walking. I showed up early. No one was helping not even trying to make any eye contact. I walked in and stood there and finally an employee asked if I was helped and he asked someone to help and the employed answer someone else is helping me. The employee told the other employee again to help me. The employee that finally helped me was Jordan and he seemed just annoyed the whole processes of checking me in for an oil changed. I informed him I had a promo and he was like I will add it after would not even look at the promotion I had. He was so unwelcoming. I will not be using Elk Grove Dodge for services and for my next jeep purchase

I brought my Dodge Durango for the 120,000-mile recommended maintenance, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. My service advisor, Bryan (“Big Red”), walked me through three different package options, clearly explaining what each included, why they might be chosen, and even offered a thoughtful recommendation based on my future plans for the vehicle. During the inspection, they discovered a cracked radiator. I was contacted right away, given a clear explanation of my options, and provided a transparent quote with no surprises and no pressure. The entire process felt upfront and professional. What stood out most was how helpful and informative Bryan was throughout. He made everything easy to understand and kept me updated along the way. On top of that, he shared a personal story about recently adopting three kittens after noticing a cat sticker on my car, which made the whole interaction warm, welcoming, and personable. Elk Grove Dodge delivered not only excellent service but also a great customer experience. I left feeling confident in the work done and very well taken care of.

Put a trailer wiring harness on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lights would not work unless I paid $295.00 to have the Service Department activate the harness. Talk about extortion. This will be my last Jeep Product, $295. To hook up a reader to tell my car CPU that it will have trailer lights.

My experience was wonderful. I waited in the lounge. They had coffee and tv and comfy chairs. I had an oil change and was fairly quick. They kept me notified via text. Very detailed and professional.

I made an 8:30am appointment to have a recall fixed on my car. I checked online to see how long the service should take and it said about 2.5 hours. All good, I have a lot of time and made an early appointment. Upon checking in for my 8:30am appointment, they said the service would actually take 6.5 hours and that the car would not be ready until the next day. Note, there was no other customer in the office when I arrived and only a couple of cars parked in the service area outside. I did not and still cannot understand how an 8:30am appointment for a 2.5 hours (even 6.5 hours) long service can take an entire day! Why make an appointment if the service is not prioritized? And why give an estimate on the amount of time a service takes if you will take 2 or 3 times the length. To Dodge's credit they paid for a rental car for the day, but I had to cancel another appointment I had at another location for my car's tires for the next day. Beware of the slowness with which some technicians here operate.

Even though I had bought, they used a vehicle from them before. It's purchase of my first brand new vehicle was amazing to say least. They're extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and we drove out of there with noman down in a brand new truck with the credit score that was done less than perfect and less than seven! JoshEli and the rest of the crew couldn't have been better. Her experience was amazing. Even though it sounds repetitive, it was amazing. I am grateful to all the guy is down there. That helped us get a get our truck and get it at a creek price with no one knew down driving off. I would highly recommend i'm getting your next vehicle from them!

Don’t get me wrong, I like my 2023 Pacifica. I visited this Dealership when I had my 2013 Town and Country Van. I required your services to program a new Key Fob that I purchased from the internet. It came back as “unprogramable”. I had no choice but to order a new one from Knight and have it programmed for my Pacifica. Everyone was helpful and professional but the cost for a new key fob and programming was out of sight, absolutely exhorbatent! Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Josue Cuevas for service on my RAM since 2019… even though I live over an hour away. That should tell you something. Josue’s professionalism, communication, and follow-through are consistently excellent. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, keeps me updated, and makes sure everything is handled right the first time. The team of mechanics at Elk Grove Dodge that he works with is just as solid…. reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s rare to find a service department you can fully trust, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Well worth the drive every time.

Shayna was amazing! She is the reason I have chosen to continue to use EG Jeep service center. She communicates with me the entire time that my Jeep is being serviced, she reassures me that everything will be completed in a timely fashion, and also assist me with trying to make sure that I have transportation when needed. I thank her for that. She goes above and beyond in customer service. Darryl, the shuttle guy is also amazing. He made me feel comfortable and he provided me with exceptional service as well. Had to wait 90 minutes for a "quick" oil change. Only one customer ahead of me. I only have 9000 miles on my car and they wanted to sell me an air cabin filter and spark plugs. When my husband called them out for that ridiculous suggestion they tried to lie and say they got their notes mixed up with another car. Yeah right.

Scheduled an oil change and fuel filter replacement for my Ram truck, the scheduling was a breeze. Arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early and before i could step out i was met at my door by Shayna. She was very helpful, made suggestions of other services they offered but was not pressuring at all. I like the video documentary I was sent by the technician about my vehicle. It took a bit longer than I or Shayna expected so she gave me a discount on the services. I really appreciated that considering she didn't have to. That proves to me they really want my return business. I'll definitely be back.

My wait time was under an hour and she even came and followed up with me around the 25 minute mark. I've had some issues at this dealership and service department that were not so great, this was a great hassle free recall appointment and Shayna made it even better.

Vehicle was kept for an extended period of time. Claimed technician could not replicate noise or find anything wrong. 3 days after picking up driver side wheel fell off while driving towed it to another shop when both front wheel bearings were found so bad as to have 1” of wheel movement by hand.

Well I went through sales and service and had a great experience through both. Aaron my salesman was nice, knowledge, and listened to everything I was looking for, his sales manager Nate worked hard to get the most for my trade in and price of the vehicle. Stephen islm finance walked me through all the options and got me a great rate for my purchase and additional items I was looking for. Then when I had to bring it to service for due bill items and one item that wasn't covered under warranty Brandon took care of everything. He cared about my time, what was right for me as a customer and making sure everything was done right. Great experience overall.
