I've experienced a very expensive installation of a tow mirror for my truck. I've bought the tow mirror from Amazon and have them installed for me. I've suspect something funny is going on, the owner wants cash, and estimates the job to be done in 4 hours just to install a tow mirror, I hesitate for a minute, 4 hours to install a tow mirror. I've already parked my car in their garage and the owner that's only an estimate. So, I drop my truck at 9 am and at 12:40 the shop called me my trucks done. 12:50 I arrived at the shop it's not even 4 hrs that my truck is in the shop, and they billed me for 4.5 hrs it's total dishonest my bill was $ 684.00 dollars to install a tow mirror for a truck. So beware I've learned my lesson so you don't have to.
Knowledgeable about best fits and decided on a camper shell with extra accessories for our dogs. If you have any I really recommend the tie upgrades for their safety. Really pleased
We had excellent work done on our trucks over the years. I have shopped around but the care to the vehicles is really meticulous and prices always end up being competitive. Really nice people. I’d they can’t do it, or know there is a better option, they will be transparent instead of trying to sell you something that won’t work which I appreciate.

Have done business here 5 times and the customer service has always been excellent! Latest experience had a fuel pump just out of warranty and they still honored the warranty. You don't find service like this much anymore!

The worst customer service ever! Stay away, go to Ultra Truck Works instead! The spray in bed liner was supposed to take one day and instead they had my truck for 7. They ruined the paint on my truck that is less then a month old. The liner bubbled, they sent it to Ultra Truck works to be fixed. The entire paint job is covered with overspray and the inside is coved with dust. I had to file a claim with my auto insurance and take the truck to COOKS Collision for repairs. The vehicle is scratched, over sprayed and dirty. Ali and Anthony accepted no responsibility. The EG police had to be called because he was so unreasonable. I cant believe that I have to place an insurance claim to repair a brand new vehicle. This place is terrible! Stay away!!
