I had great service when I purchased my 2025 Honda Accord. I was waiting for the 2026 models but gave up. New is new. I am very happy with the one I bought. Min and his assistant treated me great. I would recommend Elk Grove Honda any time.

It was very easy to get oil and filter change, no appointment was necessary. The service rep, Michael Yang, greeted me at the time of my arrival. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He texted and met me at the cashier and also gave me a summary after the service was done.

I came into Honda not expecting to buy a car, just to drop one off for maintenance. On a whim, I decided to test drive a few cars and was introduced to Jimmie Le by an employee in the service department. Jimmie greeted my husband and me right away and quickly found several cars that matched what we were looking for.
After a few test drives, I found the perfect Honda and decided to move forward with the purchase. Jimmie worked diligently with his team on the approval process and then sent me over to finance with Mark. I truly appreciated having a salesperson who wasn’t pushy but was instead friendly, patient, and down to earth.

Service department charging a 3% fee for paying with a credit card . I would think they have enough business that they can absorb these fees or their bank can waive them. My balance was almost $1K, so that was about $30 fee.

This is the best car dealer I have ever been to. Everyone there is so professional, courteous, and attentive. Their pricing is fair and transparent. They really go the extra mile to put you in one of their vehicles.

I went in the express lane for an oil change and tire rotations at Elk Grove Honda Dealership on December 20, 2025. My service advisor was Martin Goto and he gave me great customer service throughout the duration my car was being service. I went in at 7:13am and my car was returned to me at 8:16am. Not only did I get an oil changed, tire rotations but the service department did a complete Honda multi-point vehicle inspection checklist on my car. I have been doing business with Elk Grove Honda for over 20 years and all my visits have been good. If you need to service your Honda car , I recommend this dealership and you will be amazed with customer serve. Mr. John Sanchez

Very Irritated with this dealership, we bought our car brand new with ALL Warranties from tires to everything on the vehicle- I took my car in almost 3 weeks ago for the recall on 2 separate recalls AND to have my tires replaced under the warranty. I was told by the service department rep Paul that he would submit the claim for the tires and will hear something back from 3rd party- NO CALL BACK so I called left message with another rep and STILL NO CALL BACK, I called AGAIN today and spoke to a gentleman in service department and after him putting me on hold to have someone look at my account he gets back on to say that the tire claim was denied due to me not having my service done there at Honda, 1st of all when I bought the car WE WERE NOT TOLD that we had to continue bringing the car to Honda for service PERIOD- 2nd of all I continue to have my service done as we take care of our vehicles and stay up on the maintenance and service with another business cause Honda is too expensive and to be told this…I AM LIVID!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH TO A PURCHASED WARRANTY! MONEY WASTED BBB will be notified also and I will NOT be taking my car back to this Honda dealership NOR will I be back to do future business with purchases!

I would like to acknowledge Masi Sarferaz for the kindness he showed me while I was choosing my car. He answered all my questions so that I can make the best choice. So in 2017 I bought a certified pre-owned 2011 honda accord coupe, which I was told had never been in a car accident but it looked like it was as the years went on I noticed more and more that it was in an accident. About a year or so the wheel wall from the front driver side fell off while driving on the freeway, I thought maybe the clips gave out because it is an old car. Today as I am expecting and changing the brakes I find a bungee cord just hanging off the shocks. So I came to the conclusion the car was in a accident and they don't fully expect the cars they are selling to give the consumer the correct information on the car. Forget what the carfax says and personally expect the car you are buying. Some comparison from the driver side to the passenger side. There are plenty of other red flags, to many to take pictures of. I hope this helps any future pre owned buyer.

After receiving less than satisfactory service at another Honda Dealer I switched to Elk Grove Honda 4 years ago and have been very happy with my decision. When I need a simple service I can drive up to the Service window when it is convenient for me, without making an appointment and am always greeted quickly. The wait for a service writer is never long, and I have always received friendly, efficient service and am always happy with the results.

I bought my Honda Civic a few weeks ago after I was sideswiped by an uninsured driver. Technically, it’s used, with only 8,000 miles on it & is in perfect condition plus I got a great price on it. Dealing with Elk Grove Honda was a dream! Everyone bent over backwards to explain everything & make my purchase easy & enjoyable. In the meantime, I discovered a slow leak in one of my tires & they had it fixed & returned within hours. I would definitely recommend Elk Grove Honda to my family & friends with the knowledge that they will be as pleased as I am with both the service they provide and the helpful and personable employees.

***NEED MORE SHUTTLE DRIVERS***
On August 4, 2025 I had to take my car into the dealership for a recall. My appointment was at 7:30am and the work was completed at 2pm. Why did I have to wait for TWO LONG HOURS (4pm) for a shuttle to come and pick me up from my house to go get my car from the dealership?!? When I called 3 times for the status of my driver I was getting the run arounds. Shuttle services should be extremely important as a car sales man, mechanic, front desk personnel or anyone that is apart of the shop. With less shuttle drivers customers are late for their daily routine! Made me late for work. The young Asian driver was a great employee whom I interacted with during my visit. Very professional, kind, and understanding to my needs. He did his job very well! Other than having to wait so long. I am extremely unhappy with this part of their customer service! Absolutely thrilled with the service at Elk Grove Honda! I brought in my car after an accident, and the team went above and beyond to make it look brand new again. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work.
What really impressed me was the level of teamwork. You could tell the staff worked like a well-oiled machine , from the estimator to the technicians and painters, everyone communicated seamlessly to get the job done right and on time. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure every detail was perfect before handing the car back.
The quality of the repair is outstanding. You’d never know the car had been damaged. The car looked brand new like the day I first drove it off the lot. This was my first experience purchasing a car, and I'm very glad to have done it through Elk Grove Honda. Other dealerships I went to did not have my best interest in mind; They wouldn't keep their promises on their pricing, and would lie about having the car avaliable on the lot. At Elk Grove, they made everything so easy. They were honest and helpful through the entire process. They always kept their word! Wife and I had an awesome experience getting our new car yesterday at Elk Grove Honda. We came to see Steve who was already with someone, so Taariq came out to assist us. We test drive 4 vehicles. During the drive Taariq was ultra professional, super down to earth, and his personality was genuine. We shared stories in the car and found that we had a lot in common. We picked a car and headed into the showroom. He made sure we got a great deal and that we were comfortable in our decision. Thanks Taariq, we wouldn't have come home with a new car if we didn’t meet you. Sinclair the finance guy was awesome. He explained everything and all of our options thoroughly so we understood everything. He made sure we got what we needed to make sure our vehicle was taken care of. Here for my normal maintenance work on my Accord. Service was ok but the technician (Nguyen) is very annoying and acting he knows everything and not even listening as I tried to explain my cars issues . Any, the service technician
Wait time is typical around 1-2hrs long but ok since not too busy when I got here . Lastly, no coffee, very disappointed, need to fixed the coffee machine asap la. I would not recommend this place for future service.Aug 08, 2024 -
Great service the office and waiting area is very small it fills to snug. But other than that it is ok they should have water bottles I saw employment fill up there water bottle but the machine they have the top of her bottle where she drinks touches the part the water comes out cross contamination won't drink it now.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I had purchased the same exact car somewhere else and it was totaled within 23 days of having it. The dealership made sure I was taken care of… the car has more accessories on it… and the finance person really took his time to get me a loan I am totally grateful for. They did a fantastic job on the sale of my car. And I am so happy with how it all worked out. I highly recommend them. They understood my situation and truly took care of me… thank you!!!
