I just bought a 2025 Honda Prologue from Elk Grove Honda, and the experience was stress-free and actually fun. At no point did I feel pressured, misled, or fed a line of sales BS. Daisy and Sinclair were amazing, straightforward, honest, and a breath of fresh air in the car buying world. They truly took the hassle out of the process and made it enjoyable. If you’re tired of the typical car-sales games, go see them. And as for the car, I absolutely love it!

Not impressed thus far... actually, fairly horrendous experience following mine and my wife's purchase of a brand new car from Elk Grove Honda. Evidently, Owner & General Sales Manager Jason Radich can't "be bothered" on his day off, and too make matters worse, I was put on hold for 15 minutes by one of the female customer service reps before being disconnected and not even shown the courtesy of a callback from her or another staff member. It's as if there IS NO customer service at this place. Whelp, I'm going to give this company a few days to follow up and will update this review then; either doing a complete "about face" and singing Jason Radich many praises about how he promptly took care of everything single handedly and provided some much needed employee training to the employees I've encountered... OR... I'll explain everything that my wife and I have inconvenienced with and dealt with by coming to Elk Grove Honda instead of the countless other Honda Dealerships all over the valley. Stand by to stand by, everyone. ... and me luck.

***NEED MORE SHUTTLE DRIVERS*** On August 4, 2025 I had to take my car into the dealership for a recall. My appointment was at 7:30am and the work was completed at 2pm. Why did I have to wait for TWO LONG HOURS (4pm) for a shuttle to come and pick me up from my house to go get my car from the dealership?!? When I called 3 times for the status of my driver I was getting the run arounds. Shuttle services should be extremely important as a car sales man, mechanic, front desk personnel or anyone that is apart of the shop. With less shuttle drivers customers are late for their daily routine! Made me late for work. The young Asian driver was a great employee whom I interacted with during my visit. Very professional, kind, and understanding to my needs. He did his job very well! Other than having to wait so long. I am extremely unhappy with this part of their customer service! Please provide more shuttle drivers for your company!!!!

Bought car from other state, which had no issues. 1.Came here to do service as TPMS was lighting and flat tire after hitting a curb. Received a report that car tires are good to drive after reading. The writtrn report that tires were dunked in water. Drove the the car to Roseville but I was uneasy and nervous such that I was doubtful of the report. While driving back home, in the middle of the road, TPMS on my dashboard appeared.Drove slowly to home then saw my car wheel was flat. "Elk Grove Honda"It is safe to drive." Really? 2.Went to a small car tire shop, since no appointment available at honda, they checked the flat tire, and showed me the problem, tire was torn at the side. Bought same tire number and went home. Went to honda to have the TPMS icon removed but said they will do an inspection again,waited for 2 hours. Then the report came that I need to change both front tire for $500 or else the TPMS icon will not disappear from the dashboard.Declined the offer. A friend of mine who worked with cars, did remove the TPMS icon in less than 30 seconds. Not worth $500. 3. Came again for p Oil change and multipoint inspection. Waited for more than an hour. Report came that my car is missing a skid plate, worth $300. "Maybe you drop or lost it when you hit the curb" Note,I do not mess with my car(I am not car knowledge)I did only oil change and car check upwith Honda Elk Grove after moving here. Thank you for your service. I already have doubt and mistrust everytime I plan go to Honda Elk Grove.

Buying a car here has been nothing short of a complete nightmare. I bought a new Honda Civic from here last November. In the negotiating process I clearly stated that I wanted just about everything on their checklist, including new rims, spoilers, and black logos etc. They initially tried to get me for $35,000 but when I showed them that their website showed I could get everything for $31,000 per their online car builder they agreed to $32,000 since it would be about $1000 for labor which I thought was fair. About 400 miles later I start having transmission issues, which I had to then take it in 3 times before they finally figured it out. Then when it comes time to get all the addons put on they got most of it but missed the rims. I go to the manager and he said that the rims were not a part of my purchase but that they'd be willing to charge me additionally for them. When I asked for the checklist that they had me check off, they said they couldn't produce it. Additionally, trying to get an oil change is nothing short of impossible, as you got a line stretching around the parking lot and then some. Even if you get there before they open. Very unhappy with this place and would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Elk Grove Honda refused to fix an oil leak citing my vehicle was modified to install a wheelchair ramp. This was never an issue before. I've had this same van serviced many times at Elk Grove in the past. I drove to Folsom Honda and they fixed my oil leak without any issues. I wasted time and money at Elk Grove Honda. Make sure you keep your receipts because instead of owning their failures they'll lie about your experience too. See the attached screenshots.

I had a bad experience with Kyle in the tire department. He tried to pressure my daughter and son into buying new tires by falsely claiming that the tread on my current tires was dangerously low. I had the tires inspected elsewhere right after, and they were confirmed to still be in good condition. It’s clear he was trying to make a sale through dishonest tactics. Stay away from these types of scams by sales staff — always get a second opinion before agreeing to any service here. I expected better from a Honda dealership

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this dealership. When I called to check on the status of my car, I was met with unprofessionalism and attitude. Anthony A., in particular, was incredibly rude and seemed irritated simply because I asked for an update. As a customer, I expect clear communication and respectful service — neither of which I received here. This kind of interaction makes it hard to trust the service department with future maintenance or repairs. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving their customer service standards.

Well deserved five-star rating! Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Honda. From our first inquiries to the purchase of our new vehicles, the sales process with Daisy Oropeza and the financial services with Sinclair Cowans was non-stressful with absolutely no pressure. They both answered all of our questions up front, and were congenial and sincere. After purchasing, Daisy took as much time as needed to help us learn our new vehicles’ capabilities and features, setting up our preferences while on the lot. Absolutely thrilled with the service at Elk Grove Honda! I brought in my car after an accident, and the team went above and beyond to make it look brand new again. From the moment I walked in, everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. What really impressed me was the level of teamwork. You could tell the staff worked like a well-oiled machine , from the estimator to the technicians and painters, everyone communicated seamlessly to get the job done right and on time. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure every detail was perfect before handing the car back. The quality of the repair is outstanding. You’d never know the car had been damaged. The car looked brand new like the day I first drove it off the lot. I’m so grateful for the care and effort they put into their work. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for expert craftsmanship and a team that truly cares!

Great service would come here again. I recommend Jimmy. They also gave me a free ride to the bank to make a down payment. The car came with a free tire replacement warranty. They're not very assertive about adding on warranty and respecting my choice.

I’ve been driving a Honda for 10yrs, been servicing my Honda’s at Honda Dealership for the last 10yrs!! Been coming to this location for couple years now. Every time service has been wonderful!!! But, this time if I can rate 0stars I would! I had to deal with such a rude service guy named “Anthony A” it was like he was unhappy with something and took it out on me! I just came to get my car serviced like every time! But seems like he was unhappy to work on my car or something! I have no idea! It was like I was bothering him to work on my car! Very unprofessional ! Rude! Unfriendly! Unhelpful! My car needed an oil change that’s why I brought it in and pay for the service! Just like everyone! But it felt like I was not welcome!

Dummy door opener (Master )key $150 and if You want it to be able to start the vehicle Is another $170for programming. For Just a key $320.That is insanity when other companies charge $200 for the same service . Just made another set for $150 (1 just to open and a start key).

This was my first experience purchasing a car, and I'm very glad to have done it through Elk Grove Honda. Other dealerships I went to did not have my best interest in mind; They wouldn't keep their promises on their pricing, and would lie about having the car avaliable on the lot. At Elk Grove, they made everything so easy. They were honest and helpful through the entire process. They always kept their word! Luis was incredibly responsive when we had questions, and Saynt was very thorough when explaining our deal. Would definitely recommend going here for good prices and a stress-free process!

Wife and I had an awesome experience getting our new car yesterday at Elk Grove Honda. We came to see Steve who was already with someone, so Taariq came out to assist us. We test drive 4 vehicles. During the drive Taariq was ultra professional, super down to earth, and his personality was genuine. We shared stories in the car and found that we had a lot in common. We picked a car and headed into the showroom. He made sure we got a great deal and that we were comfortable in our decision. Thanks Taariq, we wouldn't have come home with a new car if we didn’t meet you. Sinclair the finance guy was awesome. He explained everything and all of our options thoroughly so we understood everything. He made sure we got what we needed to make sure our vehicle was taken care of. Here for my normal maintenance work on my Accord. Service was ok but the technician (Nguyen) is very annoying and acting he knows everything and not even listening as I tried to explain my cars issues . Any, the service technician Wait time is typical around 1-2hrs long but ok since not too busy when I got here . Lastly, no coffee, very disappointed, need to fixed the coffee machine asap la. I would not recommend this place for future service.

Great service the office and waiting area is very small it fills to snug. But other than that it is ok they should have water bottles I saw employment fill up there water bottle but the machine they have the top of her bottle where she drinks touches the part the water comes out cross contamination won't drink it now.

I had some major work done to my car at the Elk Grove Honda Dealership Service Department. Paul Nguyen was the Service Agent helping me. He listened & offered the best options for my concerns. He was always professional in how he addressed things with me. He kept me updated on the progress of the work being done to my car. He let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. The Elk Grove Honda Dealership Service Department also offers a shuttle service to take you home after dropping your car off & a shuttle to pick you up when your car is ready to be picked up. My car looked in Showroom condition when I picked my car up & has been driving like a Champ! I will continue to be a loyal customer & share your 5 Star service with all the people I know that are looking for a good dealership for their needs & wants. Tony was very kind and helpful. He showed me what my car needs service for, he also explained me about the service I’ll be needing in the future. He is thorough with his job and I even asked him about the promotion $20 discount that applies for the amount of service I’m getting. He stated that the discount doesn’t apply in oil change, but he still insisted to give me a $10 discount anyways. Staff like Tony makes customers feel like it’s not just an oil change, but it’s how you should treat loyal honda costumers. Props to Tony!

I had a great experience at this dealership. I had purchased the same exact car somewhere else and it was totaled within 23 days of having it. The dealership made sure I was taken care of… the car has more accessories on it… and the finance person really took his time to get me a loan I am totally grateful for. They did a fantastic job on the sale of my car. And I am so happy with how it all worked out. I highly recommend them. They understood my situation and truly took care of me… thank you!!!
