I bought four new tires here. At first everything seemed fine, but later I found out that my tire pressure sensor wasn’t working. At another shop they showed me that the sensor had been broken and thrown away. The shop never told me about it. Very disappointing experience, I do not recommend this place.”
Brandon came to help me and was very quick with arrival and loading my car up to take it in. Made my ride smooth and was very helpful even when i asked him a few questions about my car. He walked with me once we got to the auto shop and asked questions on my behalf to make sure i was in good hands. If you call for a tow and Brandon shows up you are in good hands.
I needed a tow and was helped right away. Both the receptionist and the tow truck operator were very courteous, made me feel safe, and very professional. I was rescued in a timely manner. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, this is definitely the place I would call on again.

Dustin and his team are always honest educational, and patient with there customers. In my experience has been very hard to find in that industry. Went to the dealer and they wanted to charge me $2,200 and Dustin fixed it for a fraction of that. I don't need to look anymore. Specialized is my one stop shop!!
I usually use a shop that specializes in Honda/Toyota/etc so I called them for a recommendation for our Ford Mustang and was directed to Specialized Exhaust & Automotive. The car was overheating Tuesday night and we assumed we would be down to one car for at least a few days to find a shop and have the issue diagnosed and fixed. I called on Wednesday morning and was told to drop off the car. Got a call with the diagnosis and estimated cost before noon and the car was ready for pickup by 330. I am so impressed with the speed and quality of work. They've earned a new customer for life!
I trust this place with my vehicles, and to make good recommendations. Honestly, they probably could charge more than they do for bigger service items. I have had three of our cars serviced here. Each time I have felt cared for as a customer, and like the work done on the vehicles is high quality. They did a custom welding to secure an exhaust in one of our cars. Each service has been done in a timely manner, and often goes above and beyond. Pricing is great. The few times they checked in with what I would like for next steps, I could tell they cared about the details and about providing quality work.
Getting an oil change currently. Was able to call and just come in same day. Good customer service engagement and consistent quality work. Price is a little higher overall as they pay their workers a proper wage. All of their workers are quality mechanics which is why they can deliver such consistent top notch work. I know it's cheaper to go to a generic oil change shop but I prefer to trust the people who work on my cars, and know that the work they are doing is always going to be top notch. I also appreciate when employerd pay their people well. Pricing on bigger repair needs evens the higher oil change cost out for me.
*They don't do tires here. Our sibling had a low tire pressure sign come on near this shop, and they took a look for free. They made some recommendations as well as referred us to a local nearby shop. They told us to say they sent us, and that shop did good work as well as price matched our tires.
TLDR: they took advantage of me, overcharging by 2 hours AND they didn't even bother to test drive the vehicle which would have exposed a problem with their work. I will no longer be recommending this shop to others
I have been coming to the shop for over 10 years, so I was a looking forward to having them install an exhaust on my car I have been restoring for a while now. I brought a complete bolt-on exhaust that I had purchased from a very respected online performance shop that included all the brackets/hangers/etc you could need - I've actually installed one of these systems myself on another car in the past, but I recently suffered an injury and could not do the install myself this time. My issues with this shop is they charged me for 4 hours of labor when I know there is no way it could have taken longer than 2 hours. Heck, I have done it on my back in my driveway in 3 hours and I work slowly! Secondly, they didn't even check their work. When I left, I drove 100 feet, and had to turn around and go back as the exhaust was rubbing on the car and was incredibly loud. They then spent another 20+ minutes fixing their mistake. It's too bad, I don't like leaving a negative review but I have sent a dozen+ friends and family here over the years and can't recommend this shop anymore.
Stopped at their location to have exhaust system checked out on my vehicle. They were able to help out and gave me a quote to help get the sound from I wanted from my vehicle/exhaust. Fast and friendly staff, definitely would recommend this shop.
Had them re-due my Exhaust because the person who own my 21' Tundra prior ran the tips right where the dang spare tire went...so yeah, the spare tire was always in the bed and the drone was always in the cab. Anyway, the guy that helped me did a fantastic job of listening to what I wanted, which was very very "slightly" less loud, def less cab drone, and duel black tips out the sides. His work was perfect and I got everything I wanted. Literally, the spacing between the tips and the fender is within a MM of each other. That is top notch work by someone who pays attention to detail. I would totally recommend anyone to see them about exhaust up grades.

Took my car to get the catalytic converter replaced and they were amazing! The staff was super helpful and were able to get me in that very same day no problem. Been looking for a place to take my car and had found no luck until I found this place.
Excellent service. Broke a weld on the exhaust for my motorcycle. Needed it done on the quick. They took care of my needs. Great quality. Got me back on the road. 11 out of 10 stars.

They just towed my car, which is why I am reviewing now. This is a service i wasn't even aware they did. I have an extremely low car and am always concerned about how it gets towed (it happens more than I'd like to admit). The tow truck driver was completely on point, being careful with my car. Car is home safe and was very easy to deal with.
We have a 2014 Chrysler 300 and our exhaust pipe broke away from our muffler. They made the process smooth. reasonable prices! great customer service !. This place is hidden gem in Elk Grove . FYI They do more than just exhaust .

What a relief! The AC suddenly stopped working in our 2500 Dodge Ram. We were just about to head out of town and were worried about the cost right before our vacation. The shop had it fixed in an hour, for half of what I thought it would cost. It was so refreshing to deal with a shop that really knew what they were doing and didn't make you feel like they were ripping you off. I absolutely recommend them!
Great shop. Came here to install anti theft protection around my catalytic converter on my 07 Prius. Fast and efficient. They do custom exhaust work mainly. Happy with their work quality. Recommended. I shopped around and their prices were the best.
Had a 3inch cat back muffler and piping done on my 06 outback xt 2.5, james killed it on the bender got the exhaust piping fitment so dam good and jon did a great job welding. This is my second time going there for exhaust and they have done a great job both times. Highly recommend going here for mufflers and such. Great guys, glad i took it to them. And car sounds great.
