My car was stolen and chp had them recover it. I had to pay 486 tow fee and 60 dollars per day stored there, it was a total of 546. Even though CHP has contract with this company and is paid for their time BY THEM, they turn around and still charge me on top of already collecting from them. Its a shameless cash grab. i asked if i can forfeit the car because it was stolen and damaged. They said i still had to pay the fee. They said it costs them money to have it disposed of. I know for a fact they get paid for it recycling the car. This company does nothing but try to get most money out of anyone.
The worst customer service ever!!! The phone operator is was rude as can be. She hung up the phone on me and then on my mom. The guy that works at the tow yard was a complete idiot. They make you do all these things to get your car back and still give u a hard time about it. My car got towed Thursday so Friday I went to get it out before the weekend. That didn’t happen so I went to just get all my personal belongings out of my car. The phone operator said as long as I get there by 5pm I can get my stuff out. I get there at 4:58pm and the guy says wait I have to help the other customers first. I wait 5 mins and then he comes back and tells me that I can’t get all my things out of my car because the guy who is authorized to do it already left and won’t be back till Monday. I called the operator and she hung up on me so my mom called and they hung up on her. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across because today is my 3 years wedding anniversary and I bought my wife a beautiful ring and it was in my car and the guy wouldn’t let me even get my ring. I don’t know who to complain about all this but it’s really unfair how they can just do what ever they want and get away with it. If I could I would have given this place -5 stars for the worst ever customer service.
