My insurance called them for a flat tire and they accepted the job (towing us to a tire shop) and gave us an ETA of 90 mins.
90 mins went by and they did not show up, I called and they tell me to wait.
120 mins went by and I tried calling several times to no answer. Eventually my insurance is able to get in contact with them and they said the provider “couldn’t complete the service” so they’d be getting someone else.
After 2 hours they don’t even have the decency of at least get in contact with us and let us know they won’t be coming?
The next provider called us immediately to let us know their ETA and talked to us about our needs.
