Not a towing company. They’re a GLX interchange. They take calls and then contract the call out to tow companies in the area who are available. Waited 2 hours instead of the 30-60 minutes eta and had 3 calls to the office to get a tow pickup.
Driver who picked me up said that calls through this company are put in the back burner.
Also price quoted over the phone is not what the driver will charge you. It was $10 more than quoted over the phone and only because driver was being nice.
do not call this insensitive insanely dangerous liar!! They lied abt arrival time..lied about eta lied abt initial cost & hung on me, didn't answer & were rude after initial call for service. I was stranded in a park in the dark for 2hrs: at 4:25 I called tow companies looking for quickest response time & Easy Tow quoted 45 mins at 5:30 I called for eta & was told in 15 mins, at 6:15 as the park became nearly vacant, I called for eta & was told 10 mins , At 6:45 called for eta, now frantic & frighten as the park, called & was told truck driver called me and was in the park at 6:55 I was told the same No show! No call! by 7:15. So I called police & Lyft!

DO NOT USE - called at 9:15 - told truck would be there at 10. After 3 additional calls, truck had still not arrived by 12:30 in spite of representations in would be 30 mins, then 5-10 mins. This company is unreliable and dishonest.
I was told a tow truck would arrive in 45 minutes, and after 2 hours no call, no show. I called multiple times and each time they said the driver was "just pulling up" and would be there in 5-10 minutes. After the fourth time i called, I cancelled the call and will be going with another company.
Do not use them! Estimated 45-1hr. And over 1.5hr later I call to get an eta. They would pick up and say it’s almost there but it never came and then proceeded to hang up on me every time I called. Do not give them your card information
Real bad customer service. We are waiting outside 100 degree heat waiting 2.5 hrs for tow truck. No response . Phone operators miscommunication. They said the driver texted n called us but none!

Waited more than 2 hours for a tow truck and it never came. Was repeatedly assured they were only 10 to 15 minutes away. After waiting over 2 hours, called to tell them I was going to call someone else and they still tried to charge me $85.
I'm a mechanic and I was having my toolbox and other items from Elk Grove to Pittsburg for work. i had a scheduled pick up for 830 am on a Friday and he didn't show up until 1130. then the drive from Elk Grove to Pittsburg take about an hour to an hour and a half. it took the driver 5 hrs plus to get my toolbox delivered. I wasn't able to be around when it was delivered, I had to pick up my kids in Lodi. I took video and pics and submitted them to the company that Monday when I go to work and then wont respond to me asking them about anything. now its been over a month and they are refusing to help with anything saying its been too long not our problem. well it will be when the BBB and small calims gets involved.

I scheduled my forester to get moved from one house to another house 15 min away. They told me $130 to $180 depending on if there was any special equipment needed or traffic or anything. I scheduled it for 9am so no traffic. It’s a manual and went into neutral easily & no special equipment was needed. Yet on the driver’s notes they had the price set at $180, it did not have a range. Not sure why they automatically charged the $50 more without explanation. The driver just told me that’s what his notes say. But I scheduled the Appt 2 days prior and needed to get it done so I bit the bullet and paid it. Other than that, everything was normal. Just make sure you know what you’re paying for before you schedule any towing Appt ahead of time. In the future I would try a different company.
Edit: turns out the tow truck driver backed my car into his friends car that was out parked in front of the house. It barely tapped it so not a huge deal since it didn’t damage the vehicle BUT I called the company a few times to file a complaint, never heard back from them.
I am having the worst experience with this company. My husband was in an accident not even a block away from our home. We called the company to tow the car back to our house as the axel was broken and the car was not drivable.. it's been 3 hours, over 10 phone calls we have tried to get ahold of them, 4 wait times over 40 minutes & I never got through because they would put me on hold, never answer and just hang up the call. I tried to speak with a manager & she also left me on hold for over 1 hour & hung up.. I am so so frustrated as I cancelled the ambulance so I can take my husband to the hospital, thinking they would only take 30 min as estimated when we initially made the call. Still trying to find a way to get through to them & take my husband to the hospital. Im on hold as I'm typing this. This is the worst experience. Please understand, I am a very patient person but they are do not care about your time. It's ridiculous.
Great service! Izzy worked with us over the span of 3 weeks to help unload containers at my storage facility. He did an AMAZING job, and had a great attitude as well. Definitely recommend this company. Fairly priced as well!
Easy tow was probably the only one I would recommend when it comes to customer services and prices. My car was in the carport and just need it to be move to the street for day while the apt complex renew the asphalt. Easy process. Paid $180 for 2 trips. Izzy was the tow trucker driver that assist me and made the process smooth. Gotta respect the work they do, they’re hustling in the heat, best to show gratitude with ice cold soda and water.

Amazing service. Came to me in less than 30 mins. Provided me with charge right then and there and hook up was quick. Went from Elk Grove to Stockton, he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and drive went by very quick. 10/10 would recommend.
Worst professionalism ever! Wrecked my vehicle and refused to give me their insurance info. It's been 8 months and my car is still broke. Horrible customer service PLUS their motor vehicle carrier permit on their website says it expired in 2017 It's under certificates on Easy Towing Website
Definitely recommend! Not sure what the driver's name was but he helped me troubleshoot my car and saved me a trip to the shop. Guy also made sure my car was good before he left. Excellent customer service!

Martin helped me move my truck after I was in an accident, and he was one of the most helpful people ever.my house is in a very narrow cul-de-sac and he was able to expertly maneuver the tow truck in order to leave my truck in the right place.
