Horrible experience, lack of communication and rude driver. I was trying to have a vehicle picked up from a copart location. There was a miscommunication issue on their end and they tried to change the price from $150 to $450 for a 15 minute drive. Absolutely ridiculous

Guy was great, great service and care with my vehicle!

No one ever wants to need a tow. And we know they’re expensive. But these guys responded to me in 30 minutes and the tow driver was so cool, he was helpful and even helped me look up the part that I would need to replace so I’d have a heads up on the cost. After a scary near miss on the freeway with my grandson in the car, it was nice to run into Rigo, a really good guy. They did a quick tow and it was easy.

I was very satisfied. My van was stuck in a small driveway next to some really big trees, which made it hard to load onto the truck without damaging either the tow truck, or my vehicle. The driver took his time and safely loaded the vehicle. I'm impressed he was able to do it. I definitely recommend this company.

I called at 9:45am to get towed because my car broke down on the side of the freeway. At 10am the dispatcher confirmed a truck was on the way for me and it was going to be 30-50 minutes to arrive. Told me to keep alert for phone calls from the driver. She called back at 10:07am and said the ETA was now 60-90 minutes. Was quoted $140 for the truck to take me to the nearest gas station. I waited for over 2 hours. I never received call updates on the drivers whereabouts. At 12:30 I had to called back business over and over until someone finally picked up. I was quoted to wait ANOTHER 25-30 minutes for this guy who was never showing up. I gave them an earful and told them to forget it! HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Guy was the best tow man you could ask for, did over and beyond for me and my partner. Very patient , moves fast and efficient . Would recommend to anybody who needs a tow. Thank you to them!

I called for a tire repair, Needed patched or plugged. All they would do is sell me a new tire. I guess they dont just repair them? I called a few more places in the area and found a guy that came out, Patched my tire rather quickly actually and also for a really decent price. I expected it to be alot more due to previous experiences. Got it done, Had it signed off and left the inspection station and wasnt stuck there very long. Couple hrs tops...

Ben was my driver today graet job with nice price

Terrible service. Took 1.5 hrs. to come to tow to a Vallejo address & charged $134 to tow the car 2.3 miles! And it turned out that the service center it was towed to was closing because of how long the tow took to happen. The result is that we had to park the car, which couldn't start, in the service center lot (next to O'Reilly Auto Parts @ 3680 Sonoma Blvd.) and it was vandalized overnight with window broken, car hood dented, electronics, battery, fuses stolen. I am consulting a lawyer friend to see if a suit for recovery of damages and emotional distress is warranted. Meanwhile, 10-4 Tow should reimburse the $134 towing fee and pay the $500 deductible for comprehensive insurance to cover the damages. My son & I had never been in Vallejo before & so didn't know the area at all, & only had the car towed to the service center @ 3680 Sonoma Blvd. because my online research indicated that it could deal with the car's special non-starting issue. I ended up driving 400+ miles back & forth from Marin over several days until we finally were able to get AAA Plus to tow the car to my son's place in Sebastopol.

Absolute worse experience I have ever had with a tow company. First they said they could come in 45 minutes, then it turned into an hour and a half and then it turned into another 20 minutes... needles to say I waited over 4 hours after continuing to be strung a long giving them the benefit of the doubt and ended up just having to call another tow company. DO NOT USE THEM.
