We were deeply impressed with the outstanding roadside assistance Metro Towing provided when my brother’s truck broke down. They were definitely caring ,professional, reliable, fast and punctual. Two thumbs up to the dispatcher and he took a swift action and dispatched the tow truck in a few minutes . The driver did great as well . Their rate was fairly reasonable. If we ever call for roadside assistance, Metro Towing will surely be the top choice.

It was good experience on a not so good day. It happens that I hit a 4x4 wood on the freeway and hits my Front LH tire and damaged my mugwheel and causing to be flat on the spot. Thank you Metro Towing and Rishad for helping me get my 5th Wheel Camper and Truck off the side of the freeway. I was coming down from Tahoe back home to Fremont and my truck decided to blow a radiator. Luckily I was able to call for a tow and Rishad, the heavy duty operator showed up and saved the day! Juan was fantastic! Of no fault of the towing company, I’d been stuck on the side of the road (dead phone) for 3 hours after my head gasket blew and took my radiator and timing belts out with it. As soon as I was able to charge my phone, my insurance contacted Metro Towing. I was provided with a time estimate that was within 45 minutes. Juan was there in 20. Within another 5 he had loaded up my bunked car (which somehow still drove the 30 ft needed into the toe) to drop it at the shop. At the shop, he very easily deposited my car in a tight space in the service bay. Truly the easiest towing experience I’ve ever encountered and it was impressive to watch! Thank you for helping make a truly not fun experience a little better!

I called Metro Towing through GEICO app for battery issue. Juan promptly responded to my request and was able to jump start my vehicle in no time. i went to the movie theater and locked myself out of my car. was slightly panicking b/c i only had an hour before the movie starts. requested roadside assistance with the geico app and quickly got confirmation someone would come in 30 mins. my guy Wes showed up in 10 mins! he was super professional, very courteous, and got me back into my car in less than 10 mins. it was a huge relief and and super easy. thank you Wes!

When my car broke down at the grocery store, I used my roadside assistance to call for a tow. John with Metro Towing sent me a text within 10 minutes telling me he was on his way. 30 minutes later he arrived and was very quick at getting my car up onto the truck and even predicted what was wrong with my car which happened to be the starter! Even with two barking little yorkies, he still kept his cool and entertained me with stories of his own fur baby. John was polite and professional the entire time and I really appreciated that! Juan was wonderful he found the issue with my car not starting and he fixed it so my son can drive my car home! My car is still running ! So I appreciate the fact he didn't need to tow it and he took time out to find the issue and fix it himself!!! It saved me so much money! Thank you Juan!!!!

Sami arrived to pick up my car within an hour - I was shocked! I've never had such a fast response from a tow company! He kept in great communication ahead of arrival and was friendly and professional throughout.. in all the years of driving, I rarely had friends or family say they had a good tow experience- guess what? I seriously made a point of calling friends to let them know what a great job Sami and Metro towing did for me!! Don’t remember my tow truck driver’s name but call was placed through GEICO and I can honestly say this dude was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever had. Whoever picked me up on Friday, July 19th on 205 at like 7pm, you are the best and deserve a raise. This guy called to let me know he was on his way, took care of everything with the car, had cab cooled, offered water, let me take a second to confirm with drop off place, etc. Driver could not have been more gracious and awesome.
