Came in with headlight issues AC took care of me got me to the right source n made sure i was taken care of. Most places would give you the brush off but made the right call . I would definitely recommend O'Reilly auto part for good customer support

VERY POOR/AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE “JOJO”. Swapped twice because the cable is still too long. He got an attitude and DID NOT WANT TO ACCOMMODATE ME.HIS CO WORKER ASKED TO HELP ME AND FLAT OUT SAID “CANT YOU SEE IM DOING SOMETHING?!” I dont think thats any way you display customer service infront of 4 customers! AVOID THIS STAFF! RUDE TO YOUR CO WORKER AND TO CUSTOMERS!

I had my car battery die and called a lot of auto parts stores asking if they would help me put a new one in and they all said no, I went to this orielys and Eugene helped me pick a new battery and he installed it for me! I will always come back to this location for any parts because of him. Thanks Eugene you are awesome and you made my day/weekend.

It's a love-hate thing, right? I love going to this location. I changed an alternator in their parking lot! When I have to go here, though, 99% of the time, it's for something not fun. Every employee I have worked with past or present have been amazing. People are super helpful and just overall fun to talk to they have an amazing culture clearly at this location as even the newest guys bring the same energy.

Walter Bell helped me & literally is the only reason. I'm leaving this review& the store was very clean and kept. He was very well informed told me exactly what I needed to hear. As far as getting my car taken care of he mention to me, what I need to do and what would be more likely to work in longevity? Great advice, very nice guy. I appreciate it and he was very, very professional and I like the fact that he asked if I needed help which the last 3 stores that I went to They weren't nobody came up. Everybody was doing something else. But Walter is the man we need more customer service representatives like him. I could appreciate that completely. A man that takes his work with pride is a great man.Thank you again, Walter. I'll be more likely to come to this store to get parts. There's anything for my truck.Thanks again

First off, I have 3 older vehicles I’m always working on and fixing and do a lot of buisness with oreillys. Thank you Christopher! Dude is very professional and executes problems with effective strategies. While everyone else just wants me to spend my money you can tell he loves his job and cares about the customers. People like him are the reason I will continue buisness with this location.

Just came into this location and had an amazing experience. Chris has absolutely top notch customer service, was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us. As soon as we walked through the door he politely greeted us and immediately was ready to help us with whatever we needed. Will be coming back for sure and would highly recommend this location.

As an older woman who does not know much at all about my car maintenance and problems, I can tell you this, I trust this O'Reilly Auto Parts store!!!!! I have been going here for more than 2 years and have trusted Christopher, Manager and his staff with my auto parts and repairs. I am welcomed, treated with utmost respect and kindness. I feel confident that no matter what car problems I have, they will help me, advise me and take care of my situation. A problem that an auto repair shop quoted me would've cost me well over $2,000.00, cost me, today, $180.00!!! Tell me, as a senior woman, no knowledge of car repairs, I did pretty good! I am totally blessed to have O'Reilly, Christopher and his staff in my life!!! Thank you, thank you Christopher!!! Jewel I am truly, truly grateful and very happy with the service today!

Chris (the manager) thank you so much for your kindness and help the other day (6/25/24) regarding my check engine light coming on. Thank goodness it was nothing serious and it was just a sensor for the hood latch, which now is all good! I was very impressed on how your store was clean and your attitude was very kind towards me and that in today’s world is very hard to come by. Thank you again! I really appreciate it!

My boyfriend and I had a long and annoying experience. I picked up brake pads that weren’t the right size. So i went back to trade them in for the right size. Once i got the new ones, they weren’t the right size again. So then we had to special order more brakes. Once those came in, went to go pick them up and they sold them to someone else after we paid for them. They told us that if they aren’t picked up within a week they would sell them if someone needed them. We were never told that on the beginning when we were there ordering them. I would’ve appreciated that information in the beginning when we ordered them so we would have been made aware.

Had a very unfortunate experience with Tyler the assistant manager. Went in to get a replacement battery and was denied because his system wouldn’t let him. 2nd battery in a year and a half and they refuse to do something about it. Very disappointed in the products and lack of customer service

There us one of the staff that was helpful (don't know his name) the rest were idiots. Ordered parts Saturday , were supposed to be Monday. Monday was told wrong parts came in, correct parts would be in Tuesday. Tuesday went to pickup parts, wrong parts. Was told they another one coming in later that day. No word for 2 days. Called and put on hold for 9 minutes , then disconnected. Went to get refund for this fiasco and low and behold they had the parts there . Not shopping this store again. Store on Harding has knowledgeable staff that communicate with their customers.

O'Reilly's is my number 1 auto parts store period. I don't order my auto parts from some outfit on line. When I've got a job to do I don't want to waste my time with ordering something I can't physically check for quality and correctness then have to send it back due to being wrong or poor quality or both. No. I go to O'REILLY'S. Great quality and selection at a good price.

Went in to get transmission fluid for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. younger guy searching it up told me that they don't carry the kind I needed because it was "too new" and I'd need to go to a dealer. Went to Autozone instead, had no issues there.

I went in with a dead battery and Christopher was beyond excellent! He was really understanding and didn’t judge me for not knowing anything about my car. He helped install the new battery and everything! I will definitely be back.

My truck was making a funny noise so i pulled in and before I could get my hood all the way up I heard a voice behind me asking if they may give me some help. Ant ( Anthony) had a big smile and I was impressed of his knowledge as he looked at my motor and had me turn it on. I was going in for brake fluid and he assured me that wasn't the problem it was one of my pulleys and possibly a ball bearing and he was 100% correct my mechanic later told me. 5 stars for you Ant for helping this dumbfounded woman not get stuck on the side of the road somewhere and 5 stars to O'Reillys for your very kind employee and once again coming through for me. I highly recommend this store. Y'all Rock !

I have gone to this store about a dozen times to buy items off the shelf that did not need staff input. TL;DR do not trust staff input at this location. Go to Napa auto parts on Auburn if you need any staff input or diagnostics run. Recently, I took one of my cars in for an alternator/battery test because it was having difficulty starting. Staff informed me it was a bad alternator. I pulled the alternator and took it to Napa for a rig test, turns out alternator is fine the battery was bad. I am frustrated that the staff struggled with such a simple test and misdiagnosed my issue.

I don't know about these bad reviews here but my experience was great!. I came in having a big crack on my air intake on my car. Not only did they have all the parts needed fix my car. When I explained to the Manager Christopher Vanlandingham that I did not know how I was going to fix my car due to not having tools. He not only let me use some tools but helped me with the repair all while assisting other customers in the store and all with a very positive attitude and professional level of Service. I would recommend this location to anybody who wants great service with knowledgeable employees! Thanks!

This auto parts shop was fantastic. I called ahead and they were very helpful to let me know if they had my daughter's wiper blades in stock. They gave me several price range choices, and even set them aside for me. When we got there, the shop was busy, but we were helped pretty quickly. They came out to replace them and even took the time to show my daughter how to do it herself. They were super helpful and very friendly, and I would definitely go back.

I had my cloth mask over my mouth and manager made the cashier stop my transaction until I put the mask over my nose. Being absolutely rude to me. I had a hard time communicating with the cashier afterwards because he couldn’t hear me through the mask. Made my experience horrible, I would think twice about coming back to the store since relationship for them doesn’t matter even though I’ve been going here for about three years for all my auto parts needs. Will be going out of my way to Napa or to the location on Douglas.

Had a pleasant experience at this location. Needed a battery, called in ahead of time, Michael quickly answered and was able to locate and let me know they had what I needed in stock. Showed up, and "Bob with the raspy voice" was able to locate what I needed and the same Michael from the phone call happily proceeded to help me install the battery. Later in the day I needed a radiator cap and Michael efficiently helped me locate that too. I'm sure I'll be back for future purchases

Best pricing. I've had a wholesale account through our Auto Dealership and have had no problems. Customer service is great. They walk you to your asking so and will give you tips.
