I ordered a battery in line and I went into the store they were waiting for me the guy carried the battery out to my car . I am 72 I appreciate that kind of service. The battery that was in my vehicle went bad it was purchased 2020 it lasted 6 years so I bought the same brand

The online tool is a time saver to find the battery you need for your car. I ordered overnight my battery online, and I wad glad to find one according to my license plate. Even better, the battery chosen was in stock with a discount price. The day after, early in the morning, I received an email "Ready to pick-up". In store, the staff was friendly and efficient.

Do not honor their warranty on a one year old car battery and staff seems to know nothing about car batteries. You should probably have someone that knows the difference between 6 and 12v helping customers.
Walked in to the store today needing a new battery in my car key fob. The associate we spoke to was great! He explained the lifetime replacement program and we were out of the store with peace of mind and working fob in minutes. Couldn’t be happier!

The online order pointed to the wrong battery, went to pick it up at the store. The clerk and I saw it was the wrong battery, they had the correct size in the store. If it is a battery the have it. I am happy.
Our garage door opener battery needed to be replaced… Went to Batteries Plus upon recommendation of my mom. And we all know, mom’s the best. The rep there, Donovan, was extremely helpful. Fantastic experience and great price prices!
I came here to recycle my single use (non-rechargeable) batteries because hardware stores, like Ace and Home Depot, no longer accept them.
While Batteries Plus does charge just under a couple dollars per pound recycled, they will wave that if you buy a comparable value in batteries from them.
What I found is a good variety of high quality batteries (not the usual cheap stuff you find in most retail outlets), so I bought some AAs with a long shelf life.
I think I will buy some 9 volts for my smoke detectors next time.

It was easy to use the online ordering. When I arrived at the store, it was obviously the incorrect batteries. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and ensuring that I got the right batteries at a great price.
I was given notice that the battery I ordered was out of stock. It turns out that I had ordered the wrong one. When I went I. To get the other battery I ordered I was given advice on how to maximize online sales while still being able to consult the knowledgeable staff. I learned a valuable lesson and have even more reasons to continue to shop here.

I purchased the lifetime battery replacement for my expensive wrist watch two years ago. Recently, it needed to be replaced. I went back to the store, and it was no problem. They had all my information in their computer system; they replaced the battery quickly. It was a smooth and efficient transaction!
This is where we come for so many different needs. From replacing my cell phone screen to replacing the battery in our car's key fob and programming it. I love that they are so versatile! Paid a core fee they won't refund less than 24 hours after purchase of new battery. Forced to continue to transport and now dispose of battery that they charged me a fee upfront to take care of. Scammed.

Warrantied my 2 batteries that had 2 months left on the 5 year warranty. Brought them in, they tested and replaced. When I bought the 2 batteries they were around $310 each. The warranty has since dropped to 4 years and they are now $472. It saved me over $1000. Very happy with the customer service.
Good customer service! Plus they did the installation of the new battery, that I purchased for both of my vehicles. Ty did the last replacement of my truck battery and his attention to detail and hard work was excellent. Definitely recommend!
I came here because I needed a battery for my garage door opener.
They are located on Greenback close to arcadia.
The staff was so nice and friendly.
They asked what I needed and I showed them...they replaced the battery in like 3 minutes and it only cost 5 bucks.
I then brought my sister in law because she needed a car battery for her car remote. They replaced it quickly...but that battery was like 14 bucks. I don't know why that battery was so much more to replace.
They do have lights and every battery you could need...

Nice team of associates :) On My 2nd visit I found Colin to be great to work with. He managed to resolve my issues quickly and professionally.
I was able to order on-line and within one hour my (hard to find) items were ready for pick-up. I was pleasantly greeted by more than one associated. I noticed that every associate appeared engaged serving either an in store or on-line customer. I was able to ask the associate questions to verify that I purchased the correct battery and their response was thorough and extremely helpful. Great team that seemed to be working well together!
Called before visiting store & customer service over the phone and in person was fantastic. I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for their services. Needed a car key cut & programmed. Turned out to be impossible to find anyone able to cut the keys besides a dealership. Never thought to look at a battery shop, but I'm thrilled I stumbled across them. They saved me HUNDREDS. 2 keys cut and programmed for less than dealerships charge for a single key. Service was quick and programming was done correctly. Highly recommend this place for smart key replacements.
Overwhelming amount of help. Kind of feel smothered in a way. Not that it's a bad thing, i still gave 5 stars. Customer service was great, knowledgeable friendly people. They always have what you need. The location is easy access from the streets very visible. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.
