Menas Towing did a great job, and at very reasonable price. At first my insurance sent a tow truck from a different company. They said they could not put my truck in my driveway?? I decided to look for a different company. I did a Google search and found Menas Towing. I called them on the phone, and they sounded confident that they could put my truck in my driveway. Everything went to plan with zero hiccups!! Afterwards Menas emailed me all the information I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company. I highly recommend Mena's Towing.
This was my first time needing a tow truck and the person we called helped find us a tow truck quickly. Luis was our tow truck driver. He was super friendly, made us feel very comfortable, and enlightened our sour mood given our situation. Although I gave horrible directions for the area I was stuck in, he was still able to find me at my location. Overall, experience was beyond what I expected. Great customer service which is what I always appreciate.
Luis even gave us a number for a mechanic who comes out to fix our car and charged us everything at a reasonable price. Got my car running the next day. Luis needs a raise and is a plus ultra in my book.

They're awesome and have big hearts, My battery was dead I needed a jump and I didn't have all the money they said it costed, but they only charged me half and then when right before they got there I tried it and it started and instead of being angry they still gave me half my money back, oh and might I mention that it was the manager that was coming out to do it because they were so busy. We don't get towed very often. But we had just bought a 1950 Dodge Pilot House and taking it out for its first run. Did great on the way to the car show but on the way back it had a little fail. Luckily for us, I googled and found this wonderful tow company that would come take care of us and pick us up in less than 30 minutes. It was amazing! He came with a flatbed trailer which was perfect!!! We had fun conversation until we got it home. It was then backed into our driveway to put into the garage so easily!!! Yes yes!!! AAA left my elderly Mom sitting in her car Friday before Christmas in a strange town for 4 hours before finally at dusk telling her to get a private tow. The dispatcher, was empathetic and concerned and found a driver right away. Marty came in rush hour traffic promptly, and was very nice. My Mom lived far away and the dealership was even farther.
