Very trustworthy and great service

Memo is always a great guy to bring my car issues to, he is very knowledgeable.

The staff at this shop are extremely rude and aggressive. I was delivering parts to them through the DoorDash app. Every time I brought them the parts, an employee demanded that I bring them directly to his workspace, even though I always deliver to the office in every other shop, as instructed by the app. The app clearly states to deliver to the office and not to individual workstations for safety reasons. This employee would accept the order with an annoyed expression and grab my phone with his greasy, dirty hands to sign for the delivery, acting like I was just an inconvenience rather than someone simply doing their job according to the instructions. He never apologized for getting my phone dirty—he just didn't care. But the most outrageous thing was when I told him that, according to the instructions, I’m only supposed to deliver to the office, and he blocked me on the app. This blocked me from making deliveries to other shops as well, preventing me from doing my job. I’m certain I’m not the only one he’s blocked. After reading reviews about this shop, I realized that he treats everyone the same way—whether it's a customer or a delivery worker. I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this shop.

Wow my car went to too shops before going to joes 700.00 and 2 heart attacks later car still not working had it towed to joes late one afternoon went to check The next morning and he handed me the keys. I thought he was going to say nothing he could do but instead he said it fixed! Man I’m on the road and it’s a dream driving this car again

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE PLEASE!!! I decided to come to Joe's thinking they could handle changing spark plugs! I went in to get my spark plugs done and afterwards my car was misfiring REALLY bad, so i took my car back to the shop I always take into at Danny's Automotive and come to find out 3 spark plugs were bad and Joe's shop Broke My coils because they didn't take my spark plugs right.. They glued my coils back together after they broke it!!! WHO DOES THAT!!!so not only did I have to replace 3 spark plugs but my coils!!

I've been taking my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta to Joe's Shop since I bought it 4 years ago. I didn't have a mechanic before that, so my neighbor highly Joe shop to me. I'm glad I followed her recommendation. As a woman who knows nothing about the mechanics of cars, it has always been a little intimidating having to take my vehicles in for repairs. At Joe's shop, it's like having a friend in the business. I don't worry about whether the repairs I'm told need to be done actually need to be done, I don't worry that I'm being told I need additional work that I don't really need, I don't worry that I'm being priced gouged or nickel and dimed, and I don't worry whether the repairs are going to be done correctly or not. They always treat me right, treat my car right, and price it right. They're fair, honest, professional, and they know their stuff and provide quality work. they don't mess around, and they don't nickel and die me. They just take care of my car as specified by the dealer. As long as Joe's shop is in business, I'll never have to find another mechanic/repair shop. And I wouldn't want to. Joe's Shop really is THE BEST!

My car has never know better care. I have a very old Honda Passport and Joe's Shop checks every little problem I have without additional charges and then gives me incredible prices on the repair. No hard sell and great advice on how to obtain the longevity of life of my vehicle.

Had a dodge durango with sloppy control arms on the passenger side. Took it to brake masters to see what the problem was, they told me i needed a whole new assembly and that it would cost over $700. Being a mechanic myself i knew that they were scammin. Took it over to Joes shop, which I should have done to begin with. He said that the bolts were loose and just needed to be tightend up. Didnt try to up sell me, was completely honest. Also saved me from having to change my heater core. Ive taken 5 cars to him so far, and none of them had to be brought back due to the same issues. Quality work, honest work, and i would highly recommend him. Ive been a mechanic for over 8 years now, and have seen first hand how majority of shops try upsell unsuspecting people. Ive never had this issue with joes shop. If your looking for a home, you found one with joe.

I absolutely love this shop! They are so fair with their prices and great about advising me of the best repairs needed for a great running car. They never try to oversell me either. Very trustworthy which I find well worth the value.

Best service and great price. Uses oem parts at half the cost of the dealership. Owner Memo extremely knowledgeable. Service quick. Appointment recommended. Services gas and diesel vehicles. Not large commercial truck.

The whole shop is a joke. They didn't help what so ever. Swore they fixed the problem, not even a day later, the problem is back. Took car today, said they found problem and wanted to fix it for $300, took car home and they didn't even unscrew what they said they did once. Be careful with them, they aren't honest.

I've been coming to Joe's for 5 years. He always repairs any issue with my cars. I have never had a bad experience. It's nice to have total trust in your mechanic. I have sent a few friends there. I will recommend Joe's Shop to anyone!

I took my 2007 ford f 150 to see what was wrong. Joe's told me that I needed $3800.00 of work done. They said my heads needed work. So I thought a second opinion was needed so that's what I did. Come to find out I only needed new spark plugs $140.00 later my truck runs great. Be careful with Joe's they might need more training or more prayers. Just a thought.

left 1 star review (2nd paragraph), but they ended up fixing my issue at an insanely resonable cost, which I rate at 5 stars... changed to 4 stars for lost appt. Unprofessional. Setup appointment 2 weeks ago with manager and the (only?) tech says it wasn't with me and we don't have time for your vehicle. Will find someone that is more professional.

Great service and prices. Would definitely come back here. Could have easily charged us for a bunch of work but found a way to make repairs at 1/10 the price I was estimated at another shop. Van still working great a year later.

I tried calling their office twice and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. Not sure why. Maybe he didn't know the answer to my questions, or maybe they were just busy. But it was very rude. I will not be bringing my buisness here.

I brought my car in for an inspection. The manager made up problems that didn't exist and quoted me exorbitant prices for repairs. This was a very bad experience.
