we took our car to get repaired after an accident. These guys took care of us from beginning to end. Dylan, Jose & Anthony were all very professional, courteous & provided excellent customer service from beginning to end.Kept us up to date on the progress as well as spoke directly with our claims adjuster. This was my 1st time going to Bob's autobody shop. When I picked up my car. It looked beautiful & shiny.
I went to Bob's Body Shop after reading reviews. Anthony was very helpful and did not overcharge me. His shop did an excellent job on the repair and they cleaned my car, even the floor mats. I couldn't believe how nice it looked! Will be a loyal customer in the future.

Hi, our VW passat was involved in a collision. We brought the car to Bob's shop. It took so long to get it fixed since pandemic. Steve shows very reasonable response with every email we sent, even covered our two weeks car rental expense, not mention his team's lawfully detail works on the car, made it shining as new. So I will high recommend this shop.
Steve over there at Bob's is honest, professional, and good communicator. His team took care of my weather stripping in no time. Wish I would have known about their shop years ago! Go and get what you need done, done! 100% recommend and will be going back.

Hello everyone My name is Alex And I work for All Bay Cities Towing out of Concord. Recently today713 22I went up to Bob's body shop to pick up a flat bed truck. After I pulled the driveline I ended up forgetting me snap-on tools. When I got back to concord I noticed that I had left them. I gave Steve a call and his guys turned them into him in te office. I asked Steve if I could pay him to ship me my tools so I didn't have to make a trip back up to them. Steve was kind enough to ship my tools back free of charge. To make it a short story I would highly recommend these guys, they are good people
Both Dave and Steve clearly have the experience, knowledge, and most importantly the heartfelt desire to satisfy every customer. I am very unhappy with the customer service that I have been getting from Steve at Bob's. There has been absolutely no follow-up on insurance and parts needed for my repairs that I need!! Everything week I have called and nothing had been done each and every time!!

Month's ago, my 2017 Nissan Altima door jammed. I pulled in front their shop for help, a tall gentleman came out, looked at it and came out with a tool. He fixed it in less than two minutes for free. Such kindness are very reared this days. Thanks and may God continued to bless the work of your hands iJn Amen.
Steve was awesome my truck was in a accident and it was right before Thanksgiving he had it ready before then even washed it and did my rims very excellent service
I did not have any work done, but they gave me good advice and did not try to sell me on starting repairs that would be expensive and may or may not fix the issues with my vehicle.
Went here for a quote, and the manager named Steve was very attentive and quick. I'm very satisfied with my experience here and would recommend to all my friends and family. 5/5
