Hi, our VW passat was involved in a collision. We brought the car to Bob's shop. It took so long to get it fixed since pandemic. Steve shows very reasonable response with every email we sent, even covered our two weeks car rental expense, not mention his team's lawfully detail works on the car, made it shining as new. So I will high recommend this shop.

Month's ago, my 2017 Nissan Altima door jammed. I pulled in front their shop for help, a tall gentleman came out, looked at it and came out with a tool. He fixed it in less than two minutes for free. Steve was awesome my truck was in a accident and it was right before Thanksgiving he had it ready before then even washed it and did my rims very excellent service
I did not have any work done, but they gave me good advice and did not try to sell me on starting repairs that would be expensive and may or may not fix the issues with my vehicle.
