Anne and her team are amazing! They are honest and transparent! They let us take our time, answered all our questions and the transaction was smooth & easy. We purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester with low miles and absolutely beautiful condition.
The buying process was easy enough, Annie was sweet and very helpful and accommodating. However, upon possession of the vehicle, I discovered there was no owners manual. There are a bunch of buttons and options in this car, I have no idea what they are or how to use them. Now I get to check online and read about the car, which obviously is not very convenient, is time consuming, and hard to do while inside the vehicle! I'm still getting used to the hybrid effect of it turning off at stops, but know there is someway to turn that off, IF I can figure it out again.
Wow! Very impressed! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. Firstly, they were extremely professional, offered me a latte, completely comfortable atmosphere I wasn't rushed and they were not trying to force a sale down my throat. After my purchase, I drove home (I live several hours away) and a few days later my check engine light came on. I had my mechanic look over the car to see what the issue was. It was then I reached out to the SuperSacAuto office and spoke with Anne. Miss Anne gave me the personal cell of the mechanic Alex. Alex was very apologetic about it, and said whatever is wrong he would repair. No questions asked. Upon my return he confirmed my mechanic was correct with his diagnosis and loaned me a car to utilize while mine was being repaired. Not only did he repair the part, but he also repaired an additional part that wasnt needed but recommended by my mechanic. He even went the extra mile to ensure my tank was full and even offered to bring the car to me prior to me returning. The car runs perfect, I've had no issues, this is the perfect example of professionalism. Cars are machines... things happen, but with Alex, he cares about his customers and he's extremely honest! 5 stars all the way! Thank you all, I'll definitely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just bought a 2017 fiesta with only 46k miles from super sac auto and i gotta say they have it together over there. They deal with salvage title cars but the auto body/repair guy he has does a fantastic job, and he has really great prices! What can I say. I was helped right away with my purchase. No issues with getting what I needed. The sellers go above and beyond to get you the car you want. Although they do try to get you to buy by giving you lots of options and comments in regards to why you need more time to think about it. Just make sure you be nice and respectful and you will be treated as just. I'm happy for my purchase and thank you for the 1 month warranty. I had bad experiences with used cars in the past but here at super sac I can say without a doubt it has been abetter experience than purchasing at a big name dealer. Thanks again for the car and fair price. Most cars are salvaged but they show you a before picture of how it looked before they did their magic and restored it.

I drove a car off SUPER SAC AUTO on December 1st, 2023. I wanted to put some miles onto the car before reviewing. Here's what I have to say. I'm a Mazda and a hatchback fan. Alex had a 2017 Mazda3 hatch in stock, touring edition, and I couldn't resist. I gave him a call and we scheduled a visit with a text drive. He was friendly, informative, and answered all questions asked. He worked with me around my schedule, with call/texts & emails and any info needed. Easy to contact, quick to respnd. The vehicle I purchased was also salvage title, but in amazing condition after a rebuild and placement on his lot. Brand new tires, fresh oil change before I took it, spotless interior/exterior. His lot also had a ton more great looking vehicles with seriously good prices. I'm not kidding when I say I highly recommend his dealership. Thanks Alex!
