They were extremely through. Gave me a list of all things wrong to approve or deny. Service takes a bit of time but it’s because they do a full inspection. Great customer service as well. As long as you have the time to drop your car off and aren’t on a time crunch. This place is great.
Amazing shop and mechanic. Gives detailed reports on what is going on with the car. Is great at explaining it to me even though I know nothing about cars. Easily the most honest mechanic I've ever known as well. Every time I research what he's telling me it all checks out perfectly.
Great service, very knowledgeable, and fair prices. I was short of time so Jeff gave me a slot for an oil change at 1 pm the next day - I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! When he commits to a time, the job is done! Highly recommended.

This is an awesome "mom and pop" type shop. I brought my van in to get the gear shift fixed and it was fixed in a very timely way. They have a great waiting area with 3 rooms ome with a table and coffee/tea and light snacks, a children's waiting area and a living room. Its all beautifully decorated! They do a quality job on the vehicle for a fair price and they are very helpful and kind.
I have taken my car to Buck Family Automotive several times since they opened and I have been very pleased every time. The owner, Jeff Buck, is very knowledgeable, has integrity and aims to make his customers happy with his work.
