My Dad was in Hospice and I went out to my car and it wouldn't start. I first called AAA and they left me stranded, when your driver showed up I explained my situation and he took my keys said I got this go to your Dad. Beware. I don't trust any of the reviews here based on my personal experience a few weeks ago. It was a simple tow but the guy did such a bad job he left 3ft open on side while breaking the gutter and roof on the other. Now we are playing phone tag between the owner of the company and the person they sent both saying "we will take care of it today" and then it's just been crickets. No follow up. No update. They want us to keep calling and then stalling. Even if we assume they had a bad employee, the service on top of that is also unprofessional. One would think the owner would care about their reputation.
River's towing was sent to pick up my totaled Toyota Corolla on 8-28-23 and when there driver asked for the car key I said it in the glove box and I showed him exactly we're the key was I'm totally disappointed he didn't tell the boss or the insurance company I gave up the key so now it's cost me $500 dollars for two keys that the car only had one key and I made a copy of that key but it only unlocked the driver side door cuz not only did my insurance company charge me $250 but the gap insurance charged me $250 so to all your customers don't give up your car keys to any of revers tow truck drivers mail them to the insurance company or your finance company this towing company will rip you off just to get a extra buck scamming people out of there money
Exceptional company went above an beyond fixed my car on site and was so inexpensive . This is by far the best experience I have had with a tow company.!
