I just want to take a moment to thank Mark from Sun City Towing. After a 10 hour day at work and heading from downtown to Auburn, my car decided to go into limp mode. A friend came to help but ultimately it needed to be towed. Mark arrived within 15 minutes, got my car loaded on the truck and away we went. He was compassionate, kind and easy conversation. 4th of July a crazy busy day! I was driving an old truck that stalled and over heated at a light. Sun City Towing showed up in 20 min. Very fast, and efficient. Can’t thank Sun City towing enough! My car wouldn’t start after stopping for lunch on a road trip and after several failed attempts to start it with a mobile charge I used roadside service through my insurance company to request a battery jump and after waiting an hour for them to arrive, they were unsuccessful in starting my car. They checked the battery health and said it was good so the battery was not the issue. I contacted my insurance company again to request a tow and after them telling me it would take 90-120 min for someone to arrive, I looked at Yelp and Sun City towing was the first place I called after reading a few positive reviews. I told them my predicament and need to get it fixed quickly as I was hours from home and they were so nice and came in the 30 minutes they told me. I was expecting to have to be towed to a local mechanic I found but Mark wanted to try jumping the battery before setting my car up on his rig and my car turned on!!!!!! So grateful he didn’t just put my car on the truck and took the time to try jumping it one more time!!!! He saved me from having to get a hotel and spend a night or two waiting for my car to get fixed since the mechanics were a few hours from closing (was a late Saturday afternoon) and not open on Sunday. Highly recommend and am so grateful for Sun City’s help to get my car back on the road and we were able to make it home the same day.

Called these guys, they were there quicker than quick, hooked up quicker than quick. Great on the phone, no hidden costs, polite, and since I only had part cash and part cards, I thought it would be somewhat of a difficult way of payment, but it was not. He did it on his phone and I was able to get a proper reciept through email. Felt pretty down to earthy feeling, which is ALWAYS a good feel.

We needed a tow last minute and for a good price! The owner of the business himself came and picked us up and he was there quick and was very nice and very professional. Any time I get a tow I will be calling him! He has very competitive pricing and he was so polite and very easy to talk to.
Great tow company and my driver Mark ( I hope I remember his name correctly) was so nice. We got to the shop and they told me they couldn’t work on my car because it was older than 1996 ( they knew it was a 92 mustang when I made the appointment). Anyways Mark was very nice, waited while we made calls to look for another shop, then returned the car to my house even though he had more pick ups to do. He made my bad day a little better and I thank him for that. Use this tow service because they care about you and your car!

On a 105F summer day my vehicle sputtered and got stuck in a shopping center. It just wouldn't start. I thought for sure it was a repeat electrical problem from 3 months ago and would require a tow. Mark found out it was either a faulty gas gauge (showing 1/10) or contaminated gas at the bottom of the tank. He moved the car about 20 feet in another position and it started and then he drove across the street to a gas station. I got gas and got going.
