Best tow service in town! Our PJ master trailer was t boned the day after Thanksgiving so we had to have it towed to our home. Once things opened back up I went through my insurance to get it towed to a shop, they put out a request, 5 tow companies came out and refused to take it. So I called Capitol Valley back out, they took 2 hours from the time I called, showed up right on time and delivered it with no issues. The driver was extremely nice and professional.
They will now be my go too tow company from now on. Highly recommend them!

As a female, I'm always worried people will try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in the car business but I felt safe and they communicated everything to me effectively. My disabled mom locked herself out of her car in Fair oaks. I contacted other tow truck companies in the area with wait times around 1 1/2 hour minimum. This company was able to get to her and unlock her car within 20 mins. Thank you so much for the awesome service and being so helpful during our stressful time!
This place claims to be a 24-hour business, but yesterday morning I called 5 times between 5:15 AM and 6:30 AM trying to get a tow from my apartment. I got the answering machine every time (and it sounds like this number goes to a cell phone, based on the pre-recorded message). I'd love to be able to recommend this place for its low prices, but I couldn't even get them on the phone. If you're going to claim to be open 24 hours a day, you need to have someone ready to assist *24 hours a day*.

These guys were quick! I called them for a quote, and they came same day and picked up my car (that's not running) and gave me cash. It was pretty easy. Definitely recommend.

Stellar service. I needed my car towed up to an auto shop, and another car towed from that shop to a dealership. The owner was reliable, incredibly fast, polite, and generally a nice guy. If you need towing this is the spot.
I needed a tow because a flat tire and they had the best price around and stopped at their yard just to make sure they didn’t have any spares to send me home on! Great buisness and great owner highly recommend.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This is a one man show who tows cars for the main purpose of impounding and then selling them for a profit. And if you call him out on his shady practices, he stammers and stutters and then finally hangs up. Even more pathetic, he cant seem to figure the spelling of his own business name, spelling it with an A at times and then with an O. Which one is it? might it be that he is trying to be elusive? making it harder to track down his non existing licenses? don't let the one star rating fool you either. Had Google offered a no star rating or even a negative star rating, this place would surely have been the recipient....
