Sharing this as a non-automotive person. Needed a modified car towed to my mechanic. The person answering the phone was super nice and helpful - quick with an estimate of cost and time. The tow truck person was awesome! He was super careful and patient. He helped me figure out how to get it in neutral. He had to go back to his yard and get the flat bed. They wasted no time. No waiting hours like I have with other services. Thank you for kind and speedy service. This will be my go to service moving forward.
Nice people but driver dropped off my daughter’s car at the wrong collision repair place. Even after they were notified of mistake and an appointment was made for them to pick up car and take to the correct location, the car was never picked up. We waited a week and finally contacted a different towing service.
They work with the police and ignore everything you tell them. They towed the rear-wheel-drive vehicle without disconnecting the driveshaft. They were warned, but they didn't do it. They broke the door to get in, and when we went to retrieve the vehicle, they refused to use the complaint book. Charging at least $800 for one mile and one night in their yard is abusive, just because they have CHP protection.
Unnecessarily aggressive and dangerous driver who sped up to prevent other cars from merging in front of them. They clearly have a business model that doesn't include customer service or public facing reputation. Though I guess it's good for business if they can cause some accidents?
they have been great in the past but i guess they are under new ownership now, and they flaked on me. its a shame because i used to really like creams.
James and the rest of the staff there are some of the nicest people I've ever met they not only took time to listen to my situation but helped me tremendously in ways no one else would I have no way to repay them except for letting everybody know what kind of good people that they are and if for some reason you end up dealing with them please be kind and courteous they're just doing their jobs and they're very very good people

Nephew had a car wreck. We had to go back to the car to pick up personal belongings very professional, very friendly very helpful people I would recommend them.

Creams towed my van, dropped into a wall and tree and then denied causing the damage(Even though I immediately called to report it to them and sent photos as requested by their office manager, had two eyewitnesses and dash cam footage from the front, back and interior.) and wouldn’t share their insurance info to have anything repaired.
I was informed when I reported it to them as it was 4:55pm on a Friday that their owner was gone but would call me on Monday which was a lie. It took over two weeks to track down the owner(KK) for him to finally tell me the damage was already present and they were not going to do anything.
I had to track down their Commercial Insurance through the DOT and CHP Motor Carrier Unit to file a claim myself. Their insurance company was a nightmare and the process took over 3 months to finally get compensation for the repairs.
Creams completely wasted my time and dragged me along. Their owner KK is a complete Delta Bravo and was very dishonest.
Use anyone else but this company at all costs.
Pro tip: similar to renting a car I learned that day I should treat towing a car the same and record a video of the entire vehicle before it goes on the truck.
I had an uninhabitable RV abandoned on my property. I worked with James to get a driver out to assess how to remove it bc it had to go over a field. Reggie came out and told us what we needed to do to clear access for the tow away. We requested that he be the one who does the tow and set it up. Both guys were easy and great to work with. Did they get the job done? I’ll let my video speak for itself.
Staff is friendly. They have a tough job because if you need a tow , you are not happy. Main yard is north of Friedman Brothers on the same side of street. Frontage is small on Santa Rosa Ave., drive slow easy to miss. Photo is from fee schedule posted on office at this location June 2024.

The tow truck operator, Reggie, was great at his job and the ride to the shop was relaxing. I had to use them one last time to tow my RV to a dismantling shop, and Arlene at the front desk really advocated for me throughout the entire process.

Extremely dependable tow company, Cream's always shows up, if you call. Most recently, My work truck needed a new motor installed from Ford. Tow truck driver picked up my truck & delivered with zero issues at a reasonable price!
Cream's Towing saved us last night when my husband drove over a rock, dislodging it from the ground and it got stuck under our car with the left two tires lifted off the ground. Dave came and had us back on all four tires in an hour flat. They were super helpful, quick and reasonable. Thanks for the help to all involved last night!

I got into an accident and CHP dispatched creams to tow my car. I call the next day to attempt to retrieve my property & the woman who answered was extremely rude. She then goes onto to tell me she ENTERED my car WITHOUT MY PERMISSION to look for my registration huh???????????!!! I was livid! I just totaled my car had no time to get anything out because I’m being transported to the hospital & the ones entrusted with my vehicle are not only entering it but looking through it! Imagine I had something of value inside the car! Imagine I was a fraud and lied and said something was missing because you acknowledged, You entered my vehicle without permission just so disrespectful & honestly distasteful. Regardless of the condition of my vehicle, it’s still MY PROPERTY. God forbid I am ever in another accident I will NOT be using them & I suggest you don’t either!
One of of work trucks broke Down on a Friday evening. Way north of Healdsburg They were there prompt were and got my truck back safe to the yard. . They were great and pricing was fair.
They are friendly and professional for the most part. Unfortunately, I had a few things going wrong with my experience with them. My car was towed there after an accident and it was there for like at least 4 days but every time they were contacted the car was never entered to the system, and then I got two different totals from two different people. 510 and 380. Which explained why the car wasn't in the system. So kinda sketchy, but it's not a big deal, I guess, as long as I pay 380.
Then, when the people who were buying the car came to tow it away, they just gave away my car without my consent. I never even got a chance to clear out my belongings. I didn't give them the title, nor did I get my check. When I asked about it, they said that since the bill was paid, they assumed it was okay. I wasn't really expecting an apology, but the guy on the phone, (who was actually nice when we spoke earlier about settling the bill, he even sent me a picture of the recipient as promised), got defensive and upset about the whole thing and didn't even admit that it was wrong. ( The person who came to collect the car was also equally at fault )
If i could give em 0 stars i would. They are currently holding my car. Told me it would cost 600+ the first day to retrieve my car. Absolutely unbelievable

Our family’s truck broke down, and getting that towed seemed east compared to our travel trailer / RV 34 ft 5th wheel needed to be ftowed 45 minutes to our camping spot, and CREAM answered the call just after 4 on a Wednesday. They were busy with other calls but kept great communication and managed to have the trailer perfectly parked by 10pm. Thank you so much for saving our vacation.

Waiting over a hour for a simple tow. I felt like dispatch was covering for their driver. Since they were full of excuses why they missed the ETA deadline. As a security professional time is essential. I going to talk to the client to see if we can switch to another company that values our time.
Every single aspect of my experience with Cream's Towing was superb. My RV broke down on the side of the freeway. Dispatcher was courteous and professional, and a concerned human being which was pretty helpful since I was a bit freaked out. I had the great good fortune to have my rig towed by the owner, Joe Cream. He was there early, came in under budget, and treated my wounded baby like it was his own. Not only would I use them again if I broke down ANYWHERE in Sonoma County, I'd probably call them if I broke down in an adjoining county because there's not going to be better service anywhere.
I had a 26ft RV that would not start. The driver had to use 3 jumper cables to reach my battery. Once he was able to put RV in neutral he slowly pulled my RV out of garage. This was not an easy feat as there was a small amount of room to manuver RV and tow truck. Pasquale did a great job. He treated my RV with kids gloves. I would definitely recommend this place
Joe the owner of cream's heavy duty towing is a true American hero!!! guy's like him are the backbone to this country. he came to the rescue on Christmas Eve at 4 pm and worked with us for 2 hours to pull our 60ft boom truck out of the mud. he was very knowledgeable and did his job with skill and pride and got our truck out with zero damage. I highly recommend them to anyone
