  I called before going, and I just doubled checked and I was told the rates are the same in all sonoma county. So why was I charged $69 at the santa rosa location for a spring box mattress when the rate said it was $55?

  They only take construction materials and debris and they have their can/glass recycling. That’s it. If you’re a regular Joe with a standard dump run don’t go there.

  Just now, I was charged $57 for trash disposal. I agreed to the $57 because I didn’t want to deal with sorting, but the person after the scales still asked me to take the scrap metal to a separate area and the cardboard to another. However, I was still charged $57 as if it were unsorted trash. Ticket number 505773, time 3:20, January 21, 2025.

  Not a bad place to recycle $$$ glass & aluminum - but a HORRIBLE place for taking house or garage trash. Same $ as Meecham (or more) and that's IF they don't turn u away.

  I have a hard time calling this a recycling center. They only take CA.redemption items( money making project)No plastic such as milk cartons,juice containers,goat milk for dogs,no cardboard or newspaper,etc. How can you call yourself a recycling center if you don't recycle the bulk of what fills our landfills?

  I like to go on Mondays in the mid-morning because it's not as busy as it is on the weekends. And the only recycling place for aluminum in Glass & plastics in Santa Rosa. They pay you by check and you've got to show them your ID. I'm not sure if you can take cardboard there but I'm guessing since it's recyclable you might be able to

  We have called several times, they even sent someone out to talk to us, but nothing has changed. The truck drivers who pick up our recycle and trash are so messing!!! They leave a trail of garbage behind them EVERY week and seem to take no pride in doing a good job whatsoever. It's too bad they don't care enough about what a beautiful place we all live in.

  I really like Republic Recycle Center, the guys there are really cool and they pay good. Sometimes you might have a little wait but it's worth it.

  Never really had a bad experience here. The posted hours of operation are a little wonky. On the website they say they're open 7 days a week, however on the bottom of the website they say they're closed on Sundays. Top dollar for recycling and free bread when you leave.

  These folks are a great alternative to the Petaluma dumps. They take items that Petaluma doesn't. Concrete and treated wood if you separate it. The only down side is having to go in and out to be re-weighed when you have mixed loads, but overall a great spot, nice people.

  These folks are awesome. In and out with treated wood in a flash. As, if not more, efficient as Meecham Road for the stuff you can't dump elsewhere.
