Worst tow company in Southern California, waited for 3 hours. Guy showed up calls my wife acts like I don't exist. I ask who he's waiting for as his sitting in his truck while it's 101 degrees outside, 2 kids under 4 and a pregnant woman. Gets out of his truck, takes a picture of the car acts like no one was here and then drives off and calls me a name I can't post here. These people need to be removed as AAA providers immediately and boycotted by the community.
I called to see how soon a Truck could get to us. Unfortunately they were tied up. I told them I'd call back if I couldn't find anyone sooner. A little while later I get a phone call, it was the S&R driver. He wanted to know if we still needed a tow. I told them we found one but I really appreciate the call back. You don't really find service like that anymore. We really appreciated the call back.
Jody, in the office was so helpful and nice. I had rolled my van which was full of tools, dog grooming supplies, my sewing machine, Christmas gifts, etc... A stressful situation. Jody assured me that whatever was in my van would still be in it. Every item was there and she actually helped me. Thank you Jody and S&R Towing for keeping my things safe.
