Daniel from blacks. Towing thinks he’s better than his customers and doesn’t know how to communicate with customer service in mind. He let me know that my address was not showing up on his device. I told him that’s odd as it should. He then proceeded to say well it’s not are you sure that’s right in an obviously condescending way. As if I don’t know my own address I offered and pulled it up on my phone and my location services were not on so he quickly said see you don’t even know it. Very rudely. On January 9th, AAA dispatched Black's Towing for a flat tire caused by a screw. The driver was rude, dismissed the issue by incorrectly stating there was no screw and that I had the wrong tire key. He also incorrectly claimed my spare tire was incompatible with my truck. American Tire later confirmed the screw, validated my tire key, and confirmed the spare was correct. This combination of unprofessionalism and misinformation was unacceptable. I will never use Black's Towing again and urge AAA to reconsider their partnership with this company.
My tow truck arrived exactly on time and I had the talented Augustine as my technician. He was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. What could’ve been a bad situation ended up being pleasant because of his friendly personality, knowledge and expertise. Would definitely recommend this AAA rated company!
My wife and I were driving home from celebrating our 20th Anniversary and our car quit working. We called AAA and within a few minutes Tommy from Blacks Towing arrived. He went above and beyond trying everything to get us back on the road. When nothing worked he towed the car to our home and gave us suggestions as what to do next. Tommy's expertise, professionalism, and customer service changed an almost ruined evening into one we will remember and share each anniversary for years to come.
Augie arrived earlier than expected and was very helpful when we were stuck on the side of the road. Will definitely use blacks towing in the future if needed.
Joe from Black’s Towing responded to our AAA call because our 2018 RAV4 Hybrid failed to start at the parking lot near the Dollar Tree Store on Clinton Kieth in Murrieta. He was prompt and knew exactly what to do but more then that. He was very friendly and explained every step. That was important as I knew nothing about my car. He explained that although the 12V battery was under the mat in the back of the car near the spare he could access it electrically from under the hood. He determined that indeed the battery was nearly dead. Normally he could sold us a battery but he didn’t have our model. But he was able to recommend a place where I could get one at a reasonable price. He was able to jump our car so we could start it and get home. A Big thanks to Joe and Black’s Towing.
Car was towed for outdated smog, they charged $340 to tow it to their yard 4 miles away and charged $95 to hold it for about 12 hours. Complete robbery they were even handed the keys minimal work not far and cost me over $400. The drivers were ok but the company is rotten for charging like this to people that are already struggling
My experience with Blacks towing was hands down amazing ! From the call from dispatch to Tommy driver that saved the day . They were fast and professional.
We had a toy hauler with a broken axle. I have AAA RV +200 mile tow option. When I called AAA they said that their card only covered $500 per tow and that I would be responsible for $3500 to be towed 123 miles home. I was so mad that I have been paying extra thinking my Rv was covered. I called Black’s and they drove all the was to the Grapevine and towed me back charging less than 1/3 what the thieves at AAA wanted to charge me. Thanks to lack’s for looking out for the local residents.
Steve from station 606 came out to give us a jump the nicest man. He solved their problem and gave us other solutions to keep it from happening again very nice Guy I recommend black towing.
Got a tow from church today from Javier, who was both kind and efficient. I was shuffling babies and car seats into an Uber. Husband drove with him and was in a great mood after the drive, given the circumstances. Response time was within 30 minutes, would not mind if AAA sent them again!
I've used Black's Towing many times over the past couple of decades, and every experience has been great. A few days ago, my Jeep Grand Cherokee got wedged against a rock cliff. They sent their driver, CJ, who did an amazing job getting my vehicle unstuck with no extra damage. They are always super responsive and never disappoint
My car broke down and stalled at the intersection. I was able to move it to the shoulder. I called for a JUMP. I know it’s the battery. Lady is arguing me with me about it saying I need a tow instead. Says they don’t do that at intersections LOL. Nice Samaritan stops for a jump and WOW WOULD U LOOK AT THAT… my car immediately started and I made it home. Then they canceled me shortly after. Lol
I couldn’t take my car to work since it wouldn’t start. I thought it was the battery but wasn’t sure. Michael came out and took care of the diagnosis of the problem, quickly and professionally working through his process, answering my questions, and took away the need for me to take the car somewhere or go to the store to buy anything. Now I have a new battery and a car that is ready to drive. Thank you!
The absolute worst towing company in the entire Riverside County. Unprofessional, drivers are rude all of the time. Complete jerks. I canceled my family's entire AAA membership because they use Black's towing as a service. Do yourself a favor and do not call this company. There are plenty of good towing companies in the area and this is not one of them. Absolutely horrible!!
I've called AAA twice in the past month because my car battery keeps dying (it's an old car and I don't drive it very often). Both times, Black's Towing was sent out. Their dispatch staff calls to confirm details and they're very friendly. They've arrived on time and the tow drivers provided a jump start and helpful information on preserving the health of my car battery. They didn't try hard selling me on a new battery which I appreciate. Overall, reliable and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more.

I’m very disappointed with Black’s Towing. We called AAA on 6/14 due to a dead battery to jump start. I had my 18 year old daughter wait for Black’s towing. My daughter called me, placed me on speaker, to ask if I want to purchase a new battery and I said NO. The technician then installed a new battery and charged my daughter. I called Black’s towing right away to report the issue. I was told that I needed to talk to Charles. I kept calling almost everyday and finally spoke with him 6/19. He was not even apologetic and accusing my daughter and I for lying. I am very disappointed that they took advantage of a young person. I wish that this will never happen to other families especially to those who have tight budgets
I have used this service multiple times and they are ALWAYS fast helpful and so nice. The technicians and office staff are always upbeat and happy to help however they can. Today Alberto came to help tow my dad and ended up helping him out more than I can say great guy! Can't give them enough stars 5 seems too little. Thanks so much
Today I had such a bad experience, I called Triple AAA for a tow because I had a blow out on the freeway. I was assigned Blacks towing between the information I relayed to triple AAA and the dispatcher from blacks towing I specified my location numerous times with landmarks,what exit I passed and what exit is next to come. I get a call after waiting 30 minutes that the driver cannot find me. I explained to the dispatcher again my location she said she would relay the information over to the driver. I ended getting no call instead another towing agency called me because blacks dropped the pick up. I called blacks towing back for them to say I was out of their boundaries knowing that all the information had been given in advance and that they never communicated with me etc. I was stranded on a freeway for an hr and half in the night getting the run around. Super disappointed in the lack of communication and attention to detail when taking the calls this could have saved me so much time.
Black's Towing staff was great. Professional and nice. Despite my own unfortunate situation, they were courteous and towed, and stored my vehicle correctly. I also had them tow to my home, which they did quickly and reasonably, in the rain no less. Cheers to them making a difficult situation that much easier.
Definitely recommend this business 2/29/24 got stuck in the middle of the freeway and called AAA and they send this company to assist me. After waiting for 45 mins Javier showed up. He was fast and friendly! He got me to the gas station and gave me some charge . I was so scared but it all worked out perfect for me and the car. I’m home safe ! Thank you again !
This is the best towing company and people around! If you need help with any type of vehicle problem call them! If you need a vehicle removed from your property or a random car that is blocking your driveway. Call them. There good people.

Well everything was good owner was willing to work with us when my van first showed up there after a roll over on the freeway on 04/25. We wanted to sign it over and she was gonna help and waive our storage fees. Well I was working wasn't able to go on 04/26 couldn't go until Mon 04/30. Only to find out I needed my title. I've done title transfers before without the original title and in CA it's not required. So I didnt think I needed it. Well they wanted it which was information that was omitted from prior conversations. Since we don't get into accidents often we didnt know. So we are like ok you need it you need it, fine. Few days later 05/02, no luck with title flipped the house, nothing. Ok we are gonna just get it towed out go from there. $840 later... apparently after 5 days which was 04/30, theres a lien on the vehicle. Another information that was omitted from us, people who don't deal with things like this everyday. We could've saved ourselves $265. So needless to say, horrible communication and service. The guys were nice though. Basically we were taken advantage of after a near death experience.
What can I say, probably one of the best experiences I’ve had being towed. Rates are fair. Service is phenomenal. Driver was one of the most friendly people I’ve ever dealt with in these kinds of situations and was very prompt. Dispatch communicated the entire time. Even though they had one their own trucks in an accident on the 15 they managed to get someone over to me as quickly as possible! I’d give 6/5 stars if I could!
