Would give 10 stars if I could. Hands down best towing company I have ever dealt with! Manny showed up within 15 minutes of my calling United Towing, loaded my car up and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Manny's positive attitude, and wonderful customer service really made all the difference! Thank you United Towing and Manny!!

Great service as always! Yesterday, we reached out to a different tow company upon recommendation from our mechanic. We waited over 4 hrs for them to show and then got multiple excuses as to their ETA. I called United Towing and they showed up with their wrecker in LESS THAN AN HOUR and in a remote location. This is the second time we have used their services and I should have listened to my gut before engaging a different company. Sean was timely, efficient and professional, highly recommend!

Great people and great prices. They beat everyone else and had Shawn has integrity. I definitely would recommend.

This is in response to the Owners response to my previous review since that is not something I can do without a second review apparently.... My work car was towed and when I called to get it out to make it to work as I said I was TOLD they couldn't have some one there that early NO mention of after hours options SHE HUNG UP on me after being nasty! THEN when I tried to call back because you don't get to just keep my car and hang up on me SHE DID it again with a pick up and then disconnect. when my husband on a different number was able to get a hold of your company he was told a time and a price NEVER was he told that that was your after hours number or that it was the after hours price. We also were NEVER told that since it was a work car which had been identified over the phone was I told I would need any sort of documentation. SO we arrived on time and THEN found out about the after hours fee and needing a letter. As I worked to get that Documentation which I had in a few minutes the guy had left and was then called to a scene of an accident.HE told us he would be back in an hour or so. So we left to pick it up later and work out something else so kids and I could get to school on time. We are then told that because he was there for all of 5 minutes and then called away so even if I had everything I was never told I needed we won't have gotten through the process before he would have had to leave apparently that we still had to. pay the after hours prices which we had NOT been told about to begin with. Then when my husband finally got back from dropping us off to pull the car out with the proper documentation he says the different man he spoke with then was also nasty like. he had been. briefed and was looking for a. verbal altercation saying that we HAD to pay the after hours cost because that. was what we had been QUOTED even though we had NEVER BEEN told it was for after hours and we didn't get to even pick it up due to the already unprofessional nasty people who did not provide the necessary information AND due to the employee being called away to another job. SO talk. to your dispatch team absolutely.. do better because the lack of professionalism, information, and basic common courtesy was awful and why I stand by my one star review for your nasty and shady unprofessional business practices.

Through a glitch in our communities vehicle safe list System my work vehicle did not get put on the proper list and was towed at 4am. When I discovered this @5:40 and immediately called to go pick up my work vehicle I was told that they wouldn’t have someone there that early. I said that was unacceptable if they are going to have someone working to tow cars they need to have someone working so people can pick up their cars. She told me not to tell her what she has to do and then hung up the phone on me. And then refused to answer my call when I called back. Nasty business practices. When they charge out the rear for their holding your car they should have someone staffed for car pick ups.

Would give negative stars if could. Towed my vehicle without any notice. I don’t know how someone can live with themselves having this pathetic excuse of a “job”. As if times weren’t hard enough you’re going to come and take my property with my child’s car seat in it with no notice or nothing at all because I parked in front of my own garage for 25 MINUTES!! Shame on you, pathetic excuse of a man and a job.

Kept me on hold for over an hour until business hours were over. Very scummy people

Company willfully violates Civil Code 22658 by taking vehicles parked on private property without giving the required 96 hour notice before towing and does not notify within 30 minutes after the vehicle has been towed. “ A person who violates this subdivision is civilly liable to the owner of the vehicle or their agent for four times the amount of the towing and storage charges.”

Be careful with this company, their employees engage in road rage and other inappropriate behavior on the road in Temecula

Absolutely amazing company, my car wouldn’t start when I went to pick up my kids from school. I called and ask them to jump my car at 4:30 when school was over. Manny was right on time. The car started but keep stopping while driving home. I called them maybe 5 mins later to get it towed. Manny was so helpful, kind and quick. Also the prices are very reasonable and not over priced. I recommend you use this company 100%!!!!

Damaged my vehicle on 2 doors using a slim Jim denied responsibility told me good luck, proving it yet discounted my tow fee 2. Huge guys one. Threatening me when I said there was damage telling me to say that to his face walking up to me .avoid this towing service at all cost unfortunately, I’ll have to watch out for retaliation after this post with the demeanor of the two gentlemen that were running it I am a 62 year old handicapped veteran

Sean “hooked” me up. Thanks for taking care of my rig, the guys at United will handle your situation with prompt and professional service. Loaded and towed my class C with no issues. If I am ever stranded in the valley, I know who my first call is.

Arrived around 8:30 am Only to discover that they were closed and we would need to make an appt, did that and met with Sean @11:30 This was yesterday! Husband and I agree, Sean was wonderful to work with! I would definitely recommend their services.

I just witnessed a United Towing Ford wheel-lift truck towing a minivan on Murrieta Hot Springs road without using any safety straps to attach the vehicle’s wheels to the truck lift. This driver made the choice to skip the required safety equipment, presumably to save an extra minute of time or perhaps pure laziness, incredibly irresponsible in either case. An established towing company like United Towing should employ more responsible drivers to operate their trucks Update: disingenuous response to my review. I called at the time that I witnessed this and told their dispatch exactly where the truck was at the moment so the company already knows about it. Additionally, I have witnessed 2 more United Towing trucks loaded without safety equipment 2 more times in the last week. Clearly you all don’t care about enforcing safety standards and it’s shameful, you should be embarrassed. To be clear; 3 times within a week I have seen a wheel-lift United Towing truck towing a vehicle with no straps on either tire AND no chains connected to the vehicle. Completely trusting gravity alone to hold the vehicle. Pure laziness and putting citizens at risk! Time to report to OSHA

This place is an absolute joke I live in a gated community they came in and towed my car at 11:30 at night they said it was because the tags were expired. They charged me an extra 150 to pick it up because it was “after hours” they picked it up on a Friday night and I picked it up Saturday morning. They had me waiting 2 hrs for someone to show up this places is trash!!

Excellent service with Joe who was very friendly. Got to us on the side of the freeway under the estimated time, got us hooked up and on our way quickly. Took us to a great repair shop in a friendly and safe area. Joe was a 10/10 guy with a 10/10 towing company.

I went to pick up my car from United Towing do to my car being towed away by my management of Gables Alta Murrieta appartments because I accidentally parked in a numbered space ( I'm a new resident) it was late at night when I got home I didn't see the number I thought it was the free parking area. It was towed while I was sleeping. I wasn't thrilled about the situation when I found my car missing. I tracked it down however it was my fault and I do take full responsibility acknowledging that. When I called the towing company a sweet mature lady answered and told me my car was indeed there. I think she even called me sweetie or honey And she said she would call someone to meet me down there because it was after hours. I needed my car immediately to get to work. When I arrived 2 very nice gentleman were there and were very kind and friendly it wasn't what I expected I thought they would be mean or rude. Not at all Top notch customer service. They also did not price gouge me.

Brian the dispatcher decided that he wouldnt send out a truck to tow someone who was parked in a spot i pay for. I asked for his employee id so that i could file a formal complaint and he refused to give it to me. Top notch work guys 👍would give 0 stars if i could.

Visited family on Halloween today, these low lifes pulled a fast one on me and towed my car in a small 1 hour window that I left it. No surprise to anybody, we all know this is just the cruel nature of the tow business. Not understanding, heartless, dont care about the damage they do to families. They charged $441 and my car was only gone for an hour, criminal. Nothing you can really do but just be careful the next time. O well, just handing out the deserved 1 star, happy Halloween 🎃

For an impound yard. I say good job. They opened when I called. "Not, that we will be open Monday at nine, see you in three days". Charge. You for 4 days of storage. They opened when you call. Thanks guys.

They tried to rip me off buy charging me for an appointment on the weekend that I didn't make. They charge people too much money that's why they're so called close at 4:30 p.m. and supposed to be closed on the weekends but when you call somebody always answers the phone. This is so they can charge you extra $$$ for after hours. After three days they put a $70 lien on your car this place is a rip-off.

Absolute ridiculous company. I have a vehicle parked in my spot that I have to pay for at my apartment complex, called and asked them to tow it. "Rico" said he can't tow it unless he gives my name to the owner of the vehicle being towed! Very rude, very unprofessional! Worse customer service ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. Called my apartment complex corporate office explained what United towing said and suggested they use a different towing company.

Towed my car, on saturday and charges $75 for every day they’re closed… They’re closed on saturday and sunday but if I want to get it today it’s an extra $150. Pretty crazy business practices.

This is the worst tow service. Towed my sons car and broke the custom wheel. Only offered to refund my tow charges. Now have to look for replacement or all new wheels on his Mustang. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gave one star because it wouldnt let me proceed without giving one.

This company waits in private parking lot in Halverston community in Temecula. Tow cars saying parking lot was closed. However the chain and sign had been torn down, which the driver pointed out. They charged $417 had car 15 minutes charge for storage. Bad business don’t know how they sleep at night.
