HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This is a place you can rest assured you're getting excellent service. I got an inspection on a pre-owned vehicle still under warranty I purchased online. I wanted get everything fixed before it expired if needed. Turned out to be a great purchase only needing a minor repair. However, if I didn't know exactly what to say to the dealer/service advisor, it would not have been fixed. I'm so grateful to have a shop in town that operates above and beyond expectations.They really look out for their customers.

Beyond being skilled mechanics, they offer very fair pricing and definitely go that extra mile. The CEO is a Christian businessman (I secretly learned)… and I’d like to offer up consideration for our community to support and bless this business. I’ll be back a million times (which is easy to do with a Range Rover my wife insists on having). Thank you Sterling Autosport, you took great care of the SUV and that takes great care of my family’s safety.

My experience with Sterling's has always been magnificent every time I go to receive service for my Jag. I never have to worry about dishonest business practices like I've received from competitors. I like how I'm able to schedule and request my own appointments on their website. I like their mechanical work when it comes to servicing my car. Their service is better than the Dealership. I love how the receptionist takes the time to ask. Is there anything else that you would like us to look into and they give you honest feedback. She's very pleasant and knows her job. Thank you, Sterling's for wonderful services.

I always get quick polite greeting from Bre that always calls me by name while she gets makes my appointment, my bill or my keys for my fixed car. They are Always quick to fix my car at a responsible price and in a good time frame. Thank YOU Always!

Sterling Autosport is my “Auto Repair” Facility. I have used them for the past 13 years, on numerous cars Maserati, Porsche, BMW, Jaguar, and even my Fisker Karma. Angelo is true professional in diagnosing and recommending repair for my cars.

I contracted them for a PPI for my 2010 Range Rover. They missed to detect a major electrical defect including error codes (despite reporting in the PPI that there were 'no relevant current codes)'. This oversight cost me $3,300 in repairs since I bought the car relying on Sterling's PPI. In addition to the error codes they omited to check or report, the issue was also hard to miss since it drained the battery within 20 minutes, which makes me wonder what they even did for the PPI. The reason the business claims they don't know me is because the previous owner dropped off the vehicle so they put him on the invoice, but I paid (see attached screenshot of invoice they sent to me) - another shady way of operating. In addition, as you can see in the attached screenshot, they misreported the milage of the car (real milage is 127k) which now created an issue in my carfax - negligence all around

Angelo is the best, unfortunately the new ownership is clueless. Simple oil change, always told 1-2 hours. Bring in at your convenience. Today brought the Maserati in, told 2 hours. No problem, will walk and eat lunch…4 1/2 hours later have to call, they have not even started. Told them don’t worry, am not happy, very disrespectful of my time. Say what you mean, mean what you say, and stand behind it I told them. Typicaly self serving who cares answer, “we ran into problems on other jobs”. Not my problem…seriously…and the garage is empty! It’s 1 minute to drop an oil pan and unscrew the nut to drain the oil…that hadn’t even been done after that time…much less the waiting 15 minutes for the oil to properly drain on my car, then a whooping 10 minutes off and on to put a nut with washer back in, and set a can of oil to drain every minute for another 8. But they want me to stay around another 2 hours. I would have gladly dropped it off, paid for an Uber to get back to work, and another back if I knew in advance a simple oil change took 7 hours!not a customer anymore.

I took my car in and they diagnosed it same day and then ordered the part and was fixed the next. I was able to take it home overnight. Sharon the shop supervisor was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. I also met the new owner Raul, who is super knowledgeable and has past shop experience a great change from the previous owners.

After our recent B service on our 2021 350 GLE with 19,000 miles at Temecula Mercedes we were very frustrated. Talk about poor service. They told us we needed new brake pads and new rear tires. The brake pad recommendation came 90 minutes before they closed and the pricing was outrageous. Needless to say we got our car and got out of there. Luckily I discussed this situation with my neighbor down the street and he said do not go anywhere but a place called Sterling Autosport in Temecula and talk to Tony. I trusted him and gave them a call. It was simply life changing. They got me in the next day and the brake pads were replaced since the sensor was now going off confirming 350 GLE's eat brake pads. They are the most trustworthy, reliable, fair and affordable. They WILL NOT upsell you. They are that honest. You will also communicate with Sharon who is also amazing. It is so crazy that this level of service and honesty exists that it honestly felt like we were getting punked and could not possibly go this well. Its true, so if you need Mercedes or any European car fixed please call Tony and Sharon and your worries will disappear.

Battery wouldnt maintain a charge. Could find the problem and still i was charged $400.00 for the the diagnostic. Poor customer service (wife and daughter) rude with no customer relations skills. When I inquired about repairs the manager Scott became rude and told be to take my car some place else. I was very disappointed because the way he talked me was in and aggressive tone and I feared for my safety. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for repairs. I felt racism.

After explaining to one of the employees (Angela) over the phone about my situation. That I am currently overseas, and I wanted to check their availability to see my vehicle if I have it towed in with my fiancée in tow. After some small talk about her appreciation for my military service and that she was a part of the military as well, Angela stated they would be able to see my vehicle today with a $124.00 diagnosis fee which was fine and the locate standard. With everything prepared my fiancée and had my vehicle towed to the auto shop and explained to them some of the issues we were experiences, check engine light, oil leak, and rough start. They attempted to charge her$124.00per issues she stated. My fiancée is not an auto technician and could not possibly know what was related to what as it pertains to the issues. Diagnostic fee totaling 375.75. To inspect and verify prior to any work. After my fiancée left, she called me to asked why it was expensive, I promptly call the auto shop and asked for a detailed explanation as to why the diagnostic fee for charged 3x. The employee attempted to explain to me “this is standard to protect the technicians”. I explained to her this was unacceptable, and she placed me on hold to speak with Angela. After a few moments, she came back on the phone and said she could remove 1 of the 3 diagnostic fees placing the new total to $250.00 which is higher than luxury vehicle dealerships. I did not agree with this and I told Angela that I did not want to move forward and halt all actions for my vehicle. I had explained to Angela that we would get the vehicle towed to a different location and she agreed. My fiancée went back to pick up the car and she reiterated we were taking it to another shop. The front desk employee then proceeded to explain how ALL shops charge this way and we would not be able to find a better deal. My fiancée politely told them multiple times that we were just going to take it elsewhere. When the tow arrived, the employee spoke to the tow truckdriver before my fiancée was present and told them they "had worked on the car with 3 hours of labor and it had a huge oil leak and shouldn't be towed." Which was a complete lie. We reiterated that we never did business with this auto shop, they had not looked at the car yet, and my fiancée had to reiterate we are going to tow it to another shop. This was unacceptable, unbelievable, and completely unprofessional conduct. The tow truck driver said that this was ridiculous, and he does not know why they were doing this to us.” Take caution! This establishment's actions display poor business practices in attempts to take advantage of its customers. We are reporting them to the better business bureau as well.

I'm not one to give bad reviews to a local business, but they kept spamming me with messages to leave a review so here we go. I used to take my car there to fix many things, but my last experience wasn't the greatest. I had my exhaust manifold replaced by the mechanic, and everything seemed fine until I started to hear the exhaust leak again. I took it back and they said the part was bad, so they would have to order a new one and charge me again for the labor. I would think it would be done right the first time with a good part, but this was not the case. I feel I shouldn't have to pay twice for labor just because they ordered a bad part.

Took vehicle in for a 30k check up and they were very professional and efficient with my service. This is the second vehicle I have taken to sterling and I and very happy. The staff is Very helpful, honest, no overselling.. Taking all my vehicles to them now!

Very honest and great value, the whole team is involved in making your time comfortable and smooth. Mechanic is very knowledgeable! I don’t live close but would consider pulling my vehicle to them just for the service and pricing!

I just had my car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they were professional, timely and fairly priced. They also have great communication habits with customers. Anytime I called or emailed, they responded back in a timely manner. Thank you Sterling Autosport!

I have been bringing my Range Rover here since I acquired the vehicle 2 years ago and needed service on it. Brought it in this week for front brakes and the turn around was quicker than I expected. I really appreciate the customer lounge which allows me to work remotely, if I need to wait. Great staff, knowledgeable. Very fair pricing.

The Sterling Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They always try to get my car in the same day of the next day. They are very honest and tell us to repair only what is needed and explain to us what was repair and why also let us know what can go longer and why. They Prices are fair.

I paid over 1,200 dollars for something that they couldn't even fix they told me ok now we have to try to fix this and see if it fixes your problem. So they were just guessing to see what was wrong I thought the diagnosis was supposed to tell you what is wrong apparently not with this shop they charged me all that money to tell me oh it didn't fix the problem so now we have to connect it to our computer and fix this thing to see if it fixes your problem. They told me they couldn't tell me why my range rover was turning off when I would come to a stop. I took it to another Shop in town and he said these range rovers have a common problem with the throttle body getting dirty easy and making your range rover stall so he quickly took it apart and sprayed it clean it put it back together and what do you know it never stalled on me. Sterling Autosport is a joke they ripped me off plus they didn't even solve the problem don't waste your time and money at that place complete garbage.

Took my Volvo in for service and front office and mechanic service was AWESOME! The mechanic reviewed documents from my previous service from the dealership and only provided service that was "needed" just an oil change! Sterling is the best! Trustworthy, reliable service and work performance. My car gets completely fixed and they have fair prices. The customer service is off the hook!! I won't trust my car repairs with anyone else.

This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. They treat you extremely well and the mechanic shows you what's wrong with the car and explains everything prior to working on the car. They have a very comfortable and clean waiting room. The service is amazing. I brought my 2003 bmw 325i here and repaired the problems in an hour and the price was very reasonable.

My previous VW service shop closed so I tried out Sterling. My experience with them was exceptional and they have won a return customer.
I am certainty surprised by some of the negative reviews on Google and Yelp as my experience was the complete opposite. They seemed respectful, knowledgeable and price conscious. They were open to perform my requested aftermarket add-on for a reasonable cost. I will suggest my other friends with Euro cars to try them out.Feb 13, 2015 -
I have been doing business with Sterling Autosport since we moved to California. Scott has always taken good care of our Jaguars whether for general service or repairs.
His staff is always friendly and I always enjoy being greeted by his receptionist, Mary.

We started bringing our older Jag and Porsche to Sterling about 5 years ago. From Mary at the front desk, to Scott the owner, and all the mechanics, we have always been treated like valued friends instead of a dollar sign. Not only has the customer service, but also the mechanical service, been top notch. Time has always been spent to make sure we understood our options; what was critical and needed to be done now, and what could wait.
We have referred several of our co-workers and friends to Sterling, and they have been just as pleased with the service as we are.
