My whole long bed was 100% full of un-smashed cans and I only received $24. I usually get around $75-$100 for the same amount elsewhere. Then they ask for a tip SMH. Recycle Strong in Temecula is worth the drive!
Amazing that I finished dumping all my recycling into the bins they have and the minute I finish they go on lunch. It’s super inconsiderate considering I’ve been here a few times before and it only takes about a minute to process on the scale. And it’s not just me either.
I wasted my time & ga$ driving here so yes I'm upset,if your webpage says you're open until 4pm on a Saturday don't lie to my face or u need to update it, I arrived at 245 BTW
I've been recycling for years & compared to other locations this place was too nit picky about having a little bit of water in my recycling,I wouldn't recommend
I went on Saturday afternoon. The staff was great and efficient. They get you through the process as fast as they can while being very thorough. Plenty of baskets and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend.
If you want to go there, verify the weight before they remove the basket from the scale and check if it’s the same on the receipt. I had bad experience there!
Nothing beats being told to unload your stuff and they will process you and then go to lunch as you walk up and only one person out of the three knows how to operate their scale. Probably need to learn time management and not have people wait over 30 minutes for them to start work again. I get people have lunch times, but everyone should be able to keep the business running and not stop mid day. It's just unsatisfactory. Won't come here again.
This place pays $1.43 per pound less than CA rate at $1.65 per pound. These people skin right off the top so don’t give a tip!!!! They are already taking it!!
Poorly run, staff is aggressive. One man in particular, the only English speaking yelling at customers. This was on a Saturday. Won't be coming here ever again. I'll drive further away to be treated better
SO HARD TO LOCATE! ...I was walking in the parking lot, and an elderly woman drove up to ask me if I could help her find the recycling center. I checked Google, then Google Maps, and proceeded to get directions for her... 30 min. later...neither of us could locate this place. She gave up, and I pointed her to a different place that was easier to find.
Saturday, Oct 12, 2024, we arrived at 3:00p.m. (before 4:00p.m. which is time closes on Saturdays listed on web) and was told they were closed! Other people were there who wanted to do recycling including a little older lady who was so upset because she drove "all the way" over there, before 3pm, and was then told they were closed. If 3pm is truly the new closing time then update the webpage!
The team was awesome. They saw how much we had in the truck and even help bring containers over and to get them weighed. He counted how many bins we had outloud and then confirmed and explained it on the receipt. Everyone was helpful and working hard. Definitely will be coming back here!
Come here weekly with my team of adult students with special needs. Customer service is amazing here! Always fair. Always kind. Highly recommend Jose and his team at Go Green!!!
This is my first-time post for Go Green Murrieta, and I felt compelled to record my experience so other patrons may have an honest critique of how much return you will receive for your recyclables. While I did create my own checklist, the friendly cashier kindly said she would print me an itemized receipt. On the note of being friendly, unfortunately the same cannot be said for the basket handler in the photo, for he was extremely rude in telling me my staging area (see photo) was too far into the parking lot where delivery trucks run through. Please note the size of this lot for perspective.
My 3-star review is such because I deducted one star for the value towards the recyclables, and one star for the extremely unprofessional basket handler (yes, I am purposefully censoring my language here). To give a visual of what to expect for your cans, glass, and plastics, in addition to the overall photo, I have individualized each item into its own photo. Finally, I am providing a copy of my receipt for you to review the weights, values, and refund amount. I have recycled with this company on a half-dozen occasions, and like a number of the comments that accused foul business practice, I just wanted to confirm I was getting a fair return for my items. I hope this post is beneficial to current and future customers of Go Green Murrieta.

Just came here for the first time and got only $24 dlls what would usually be around $45 to $50 dlls on the recently closed Temecula Recycling on Diaz Rd., this guys are THIEFS, the guy told me that my plastics were light ( what the hell does that mean) they're regular plastic bottles They probably go and sell the stuff somewhere else and make a 30 to 40 % profit. DON'T COME COME HERE!!
Best place to bring your recycling, PERIOD! Plenty of parking, perfect bins,friendly people working there. Very fast! Don't bring your recycling anywhere else. I've been cheating by other places. Don't get cheated, bring your business here.
I took a truck load and got ripped off this morning they gave me 20 dollars I do not recommend this place this was my second time. My first time was almost 60 dollars for a truck load. This place is no good
Best place to bring your CRV items. They pay top dollar and are always so quick and attentive. I've tried other places in the area and nothing else compares. Lana is the best too!!!
Ive been going here for years now and both Lana and older gentleman always give their 100% customer service and very friendly! There’s never a day ive aeen any negative vibes!
After my first attempt to find it failed, I went back the next day (after reading a review that noted it was behind Barron's!) and found a pleasant person accepting bottles and cans.
I unloaded my car and put the empties into some barrels. (Sure beats throwing them into the garbage!) I opted to donate the CRV rather than accept a few bucks. I'm glad that option was available!
