UPDATE: this response that the dealer put on my review is literal BS! Do your research and DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I posted this same review on Facebook and someone stated they sold them a vehicle in disrepair.
The customer service and SHADINESS of this dealership is literally 0/5.
First I called to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle to have it looked at for a pre inspection by a mechanic. The girl on the phone stated that was fine as long as it was within a 10 mile radius.
We get there and the vehicle is still buried inside one of their very full garages.
The car literally has dust on it and it won’t turn on because the battery is dead.
He shows us 2 minor cosmetic damages on the front passengers fender and states that is all there is, I found multiple others (including inside the vehicle).
Once the vehicle was jump started I asked if we could take the vehicle for the appointment we made and the sales man tells us that the test drive comes later. I told him we were looking to buy this vehicle cash (listed at $24,500 online) and that we need to have it inspected first.
Then he proceeds to tell us we need to go over pricing first. So we go into the office and he tells us the vehicle after everything is $32,000 because of taxes, licensing fees and some up charges for interior/exterior detailing. $7,500 more than listed online. And he never even gave a print out showing what the actual amounts were. Taxes and fees should only be like about $3,000ish. So he was charging an extra $4,000 for quite literally nothing, and then proceeded to tell us that pricing is NON NEGOTIABLE after the test drive.
We got up and walked out.
I don’t know how this shady place is still in business. If you value customer service and the value of your own dollar, shop for a car somewhere else.
Yet another dealer doing the "mandatory" Lojack scam. Expect +$1500-2000 on top of sticker price, and it's taxable. Sticker prices are average and fair for the area, but are ruined by this non-negotiable fee. Stop buying cars from people who do this. Try another used dealership that doesn't do this scummy practice. I just had to shop around, but they exist.
This dealership has a lack of transparency. The car I bought had a dent on the top of one door, the alignment is super messed up, tires are nearly dead, battery had to be replaced a week afterwards (luckily still under original warranty), and the window tint had a crack in it. Unfortunately none of this was disclosed except for the window tint which we noticed at sale. When told about this, they said they just sell the car as is. But then also add on “unremovable” packages that add a couple thousands onto the price of the car. I don’t really recommend this dealership as most companies will fix the car up beforehand at least and sell u at the same price still… Maybe this was a one off but I don’t know. The unremovable add on of extra warranties (none of which actually really matter since most of the problems are w the car itself) are a testament of this.
Dave was my salesperson and the entire buying process was smooth, quick and simple. They also worked with getting me an out-the-door number that I was comfortable with no hassle and no hesitation. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from here. Dave was very helpful and knowledge.
Driveline is absolutely amazing. I worked with David Najim and he was super helpful! I don't have the best credit, didn't have much for a down payment, and my trade-in was in rough shape. But they still were able to help me leave with the car I came in for. I highly recommend them. They're very sweet and friendly. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Went in to purchase a vehicle. I knew what I wanted, had a loan pre-approval, and had all the numbers worked out. Should've been in and out and then they mention an extra $4,000 in options I didn't want but we're not optional. I almost cried and had to get out of there. Horrible experience!!!
Very great experience. Easy, quick. Mo has been the best sales associate so far. I have bought probably 12 cars so far and it usually takes 4-6 hrs. This time it took 2 hrs tops, great customer service and very good inventory. I highly recommend driveline in Murrieta. I’m referring everybody here

From the very moment I walked into Driveline it was a pleasant experience. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming. She asked about the cars that I was interested in seeing and had them pulled up quickly to the front, after then I had the pleasure of meeting Mo my sales agent. He addressed all my questions and concerns for the car and made suggestions into which cars would be best for me. He made this process from start to finish very pleasurable within two hours I had my new car. Mo is very upfront and honest he went over and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away with the new car as well as negotiating and getting my monthly payment to the lowest that it could be he also helped find me insurance as well. If you’re looking for a new car make sure you request Mo. He would go over and beyond to make sure you leave with a new car.

The above was written while were signing papers and offered a $25 gift card for a 5 star review. Not only did we not get a full tank, David told us that there were about
10,000 miles left on the front tires. Knowing that my daughter and I had over a 2 hour drive home, David ultimately sent us home with a 1/2 tank of gas, tires so bald that they violated California vehicle code, and a missing lug nut key. After much back and forth, Mo eventually sent us a check for $250 for 2 new tires.
If you are considering looking at a car from them, be aware that you will pay a couple grand more than the advertised price for theft and appearance packages that you don’t need but are written in small print in their contract.
Also, make sure to find out if there is a second key before you buy the car. Our second fob cost $300, not $200 like David said.
Fortunately my daughter loves the car, but I will not be recommending Driveline to any of my family or friends that live in the area.
Had a really good experience at this dealership. Mo was super informative and helped get into the right car same day. Will definitely be coming back in the future for my next car 10/10

The Mercedes we purchased Monday, May 5, 2025, gave us a check engine light by Wednesday, May 14, 2025. We learned our lesson, on top of tacking on 3K worth of useless warranties, we are now stuck with fixing a car we haven’t owned 2 full weeks. Never again will we buy from small dealerships that are not willing stand behind their cars. Thank you Mo, for showing us that not all people are honest human beings.

I purchased a vehicle a month ago. Everything was fine until two weeks after I realized one of my backseat headrests was missing. At first I thought it was taken at the car was. I called Drive line Murrieta sales and finance specialist (who sold me the car). And requested pictures of my backseat to verify if I was missing when I purchased or not. He stated he would’ve disclosed it to me, but he would send me the photos because they take pictures right before the sale. I never got the photos. I called him for several weeks requesting the photos still nothing! He withheld this info and somehow I missed it. I would never refer them!

5000 miles after purchase I threw a rod. No oil change had even been done for 3 k miles when I purchased. No negotiations. And F rated @BBB I unfortunately did not look before buying. They also added 2k to my sticker price agreed upon sale in the additional features promised section of sales paperwork,for a interior cleaning warranty and the BS security /if stolen promises a pay off if they don't find car.
Sticker was 10900 for a 2015 Honda Accord with only 56k on odometer.
After there Xtra charges and tax my total was$14500.And a Salvage.
I paid cash. They offered my a "legal" option of paying them another$ 750. If I wanted the option to return with in 30 days. The car was beautiful and I was so immediately pleased.
I bought 2 new tires and had 1 oil change. And had from February until it started knocking in October. Need new engine. Another 3 k. My first Honda was supposed to last a while by the appearance of its history. What I also warn is there entire show of car facts was not complete. I signed my life away because I didn't think they'd play that way.
I learned a exceptional lesson. Expensive in time life and money . Absolute disappointment. I WARN YOU. DO NOT BOTHER SHOPPING WITH DRIVE LINE.

I couldn’t have imagined a better experience while purchasing a car! When searching for a new car, your biggest worry is if you are getting scammed, however, I can gladly say that my experience at Driveline Used Cars was very transparent. Mo and Natalie were personable and genuinely searched for the best package that worked for me. This dealership made everything such an easy process from start to finish.

Everyone was very Professional and Courteous. we were shown the cars we wanted to see. Free available Carfax Reports available online for each car listing to see service history and reports. After Discussing the Hard Sell on the vehicle + All Fee's included, We drove away with a beautiful and very competitively priced car. They also gave us Credit toward a Car Detailing and will Redeem that soon. Again, they were very pleasant to do business with, and if you can be patient with them, they will make selling you a car painless and understandable. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for a good used car.
