Super efficient and the best customer experience for having your car or truck towed! I called four different numbers and it kept going to the same company that was charging way more! It was weird. Then I came across this tow company. I’m so glad I did! Having to have your vehicle towed is usually not a good thing, but this was awesome! I will recommend Tom&Sons towing to everyone!!
AAA was giving me such a hard time to just tow my car to a mechanic but Tom was so helpful and kind! Went above and beyond my expectations! So quick too! I didnt even have to leave my house he went to where my car was stationed and dropped it off to the mechanic! Definitely recommend!

Great job doing something that AAA refused to do. Towing an older car that needed a little air in its tires and it was perfectly fit to be pulled on the truck! AAA wouldn't put air in tires, wouldn't try any options other than to tell me they were here for roadside emergencies only! Very glad to have met Tom and Chris. Highly recommended.

I called several companies and received lackluster responses because I needed a pickup in a remote area. When I contacted Tom & Sons Roadside, it felt like going from playing 3rd-grade kickball to joining the Dodgers. Their automated system allowed for precise location and payment processing, and their professionalism stood out. They were unconcerned about the location and provided updates on the driver's whereabouts, getting the job done in no time.
Who deals with a tow truck service when they’re in a good mood or not stressed? Just the fact that you need a tow usually means things are not going well. However, despite the situation, the professionalism of Tom & Sons improved my mood and put me at ease.

Absolute lifesaver! Tom was super responsive to our dire emergency! Even though his driver was out on another call, he came himself to unlock my running vehicle! Hope to never have to use your service again but if I do, you’re my first call!
Wonderful company. Tom and Chris went out of their way to help me. My battery issue required them to make multiple trips but they were super quick and patient with me. Their prices can’t be beat either. They are seriously the best.

I accidentally snapped a key off in the ignition and was stuck at an intersection blocking traffic. Tom & Sons showed up promptly and helped get the vehicle started without the use of a key. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the technician that responded to the call.

We called him at night of Memorial Day for tire issue while driving . He showed up in 10 min. promptly and solved the problem in no time. Everything has finished very quickly and explained well about the leaking tire and how to handle until we get home with temporary tire. We were very blessed to have him. Thank you so much!! Tom is a life saver and the coolest dude ever! After picking up a U-Haul car dolly and it breaking on me after store hours i was thinking I was going to have a long night ahead of me but Tom quickly reached out to me, jumped through hoops to be able to pick up a new car dolly and went out of his way to bring it to me to swap it out, all within the the span of an hour!! If it weren’t for Tom I would have had a long night ahead of me and had to delay my moving plans which would not have cheap! Experienced a tire blowout. T&S Towing was sent by my insurance roadside assistance service. The technician called to confirm my location, after the automated locator provided slightly inaccurate info. Once the tech arrived (much sooner than estimated), he was quick, professional and extra careful with my car.
